Overall, great quality, great looks, great shoe. Very comfortable, very light, again great shoe. For someone like me who's on their feet 13 hours a day five days a week o'clock sent over 12,000 steps a day, this is an awesome shoe. Would recommend this to everybody. I've only had issue one we, but would honestly say this is a better shoe for walking than my previous Z-coils I have owned for over 10 years, and my recently purchased spira shoes I own for one year. Brooks are the way to go. Thanks again zappos!

These are good shoes. As other reviewers mentioned, order them one full size larger. I've had them for about a month now and they've held up well. I got them because I needed something for standing on a shop floor 12 hours a day. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Enough said.

This is my second pair of brooks shoes. Excellent arch support and all day comfort. My ther pair of brooks is about 9 months old and is wearing well.

Great shoes but stitching that hits outside bump of foot causes too much irritation. Brooks needs to keep that area smooth.

After trying a dozen pairs of shoes, both from Zappos and brick-and-mortar walking and running stores, I have to say that the Brooks Addiction is the best walking shoe I have found. After having surgery on both feet, and having wide feet, finding comfortable and supportive shoes has been a challenge. These shoes were comfortable from day one. The standard liner is fairly supportive and there is plenty of room for orthotics. I hope Brooks keeps selling this model for a long, long time.

Very comfortable shoes and nice looking as well - they are very likely the most comfortable walking shoes I have ever had. I bought 2 pair in black and brown.

The best shoes on the planet! I suffer from bunions and plantar fasciitis and have to wear orthotics. The wide width and the capability to remove the insole to insert the orthotic makes these shoes like walking on a cloud. Super light, super comfortable and no need to break them in. I'm lucky to be able to wear these at work, and because of that, I wear them every single day. If you suffer from tight shoes and foot pain, buy these and you won't be sorry you did. Can't recommend them enough.

My third pair. Very well-constructed. Extremely comfortable and supportive. Wore this brand back in my running days and continue to do so.

The only shoes I can find that have an excellent arch support and do not hurt my feet. My job requires me to be on my feet the whole shift. I really appreciate these shoes!

I have narrow feet, high arches and really long toes. The pic looked like a rather narrow toe-box. So I ordered a half-size longer than usual in B width. Perfect fit. I do a lot of walking, and this is the shoe of choice for me.

Amazingly comfortable and make my 12 hour work days much less painful!

The only bad thing about the shoes is they have very strong new shoe smell, much stronger than any other brand I have bought.

This is a very comfortable walking shoe, and you actually "feel" the comfort.

A good shoe for a bad foot! This sneaker is a good fit for a heavy duty orthotic and provides good support throughout the day.

This shoe was recommended by my podiatrist. The shoes fit the day I put them on and are very comfortable. I walked a couple miles the first day I wore them. This is remarkable only because I am recovering from foot surgery. As with all my shoes, I pulled the insert out and used my own orthotic.

I ordered this shoe based on all of the reviews I read. It seemed to be a quality shoe, but did not have as much cushioning as I expected. The main complaint I have is the heel area was too large and my foot slipped out when walking. I returned them because I think there are better shoes out there. I am trying Asics and Saucony next.

Very comfortable walking shoe - My husband, who has very low arches and wears orthotics, is finding this to be a very comfortable shoe. It's a bit clunky looking, but of six pairs of walking shoes he tried out recently, this was by far the most comfortable.

I loved everything about the Brooks Addiction. I have a lot of feet issues from planters fasciitis, flat feet, overpronation and tibial tendonitis and they felt awesome the second I put them on, except they are definitely NOT SLIP RESISTANT!! One drop of water and it feels like you are ice skating on bare feet... I really had high hopes, but I did do the water test as others mentioned, and if it was not for the slipping I would have kept them, but my job requires that I wear slip resistant shoes.

Previously I have had to replace my shoes about every 3-6 months (worn heals on my boots, worn bottoms on shoes, etc). I bought the Brooks Addiction Walker shoes in the summer of 2015. They quickly became my go to shoes for work and for after-hours when the wife and I go out and about. 4.5 years later - they are still holding up great and are still my primary shoes! I am only getting ready to order another pair because I have a coupon that is getting ready to expire - so ... AWESOME SHOES!!!

These are very comfortable even with orthotics.

It fits the same as my Adrenaline but perhaps a wee bit longer. I like the nubuck and I did go ahead and spray it with nubuck spray. The color isn't as dark as it looks online--kind of like a coffee with medium cream. Overall very comfortable like all my other Brook shoes. I swear by this company and was so glad these came in narrow.

This is a great shoe! My husband loves his so much. He loves alot of arch support. I don't so I had to return mine. But its a very fine shoe.
