Hard to please - I purchased these for my Dad who is very hard to fit. I was very pleased and so was he with the look and width.

A little stiff, but don't hurt my feet.

Perfect - Haven't had these shoes off since they arrived. Total comfort and easy on and off. A little clunky looking, but in black they work fine even on more or less dress occasions.

Great Shoe - Perfect for travel. In the car it is easy to kick off while on the road, then slip on at rest stops. For airports it is ideal for the security checkpoints where you have to remove your shoes and get them back on without holding up the line.

Shoes - Am wearing them now. Very comfortable. The buying experience and quick delivery were appreciated.

Feel the fit - These shoes are very well-made. They are sized a little small/tight for their stated width. Overall the comfort cannot be beat!

Feel like slippers - These shoes are so light and comfortable and can be worn all day without feeling like you are even wearing shoes! Incredible comfort--feels like you are wearing slippers!

Perfect Comfort - Purchased for my son. He loved the fit and comfort. He liked the way they looked also. Sort of a dress sneaker that can be worn with black slacks and still not look so casual.

Christmas gift for Dad - I've always heard people say "never give shoes as a gift since the shoes may not fit without the receiver trying them on first." Well, my elderly Dad wanted Velcro shoes so that's what I gave him. He wears wide width and they fit great! However, I was relying on Zappos great customer service and return policy if they were less than perfect. Fabulous store! Fabulous outlet in KY, too.

Hook and Loop - The right shoe does not fit well, do not know why, all the other shoes I have bought have been fine, but this pair does not do well, nice shoe, light, but very tight on the right foot. When I tried them I thought they were going to be OK, but after wearing them for a couple of times, I find that foot very uncomfortable. Would have to buy this shoe 1/2 size larger to fit right.

New Balance shoes and Zappos, a good match... I received my order within four days of placing it online. Quick service and the shoes are excellent! They seem to be of good quality and the fit was just right. I've not ordered shoes online before so this was a good experience. Zappos filled the bill with speed and precision.

Great for the disabled - My son is autistic and cannot tie laces. These shoes are comfortable and very easy for him to get on and off.

New Balance Men's Shoes - Very hard to find wide shoes that fit well. These are great. They were easy to get.

You gotta get 'em! I've had 3 pairs of these, and they're excellent walking shoes! I go through shoes pretty quickly in my job, and these are the most comfortable, easy to wear, fit right outta the box shoes I've ever had. I wear a size 13 4E, Love 'em!

Great shoe, Great service - I was told by my foot surgeon that I could only wear New Balance shoes following foot surgery, and I now have two pair. I also ordered a pair for my husband, and my sister has ordered a pair through Zappos. Great service.

Second pair my husband has purchased; his favorites - My husband has had difficulty walking since his stroke, and the support these shoes give him is very helpful. Good fit and he has a very wide foot. He also finds that with the velcro it is much easier to get into the shoes. The first pair (same style number) was a bit more attractive, but the fit is equally great and that is our main concern. As usual, ZAPPOS came through in record time -- we'd even forgotten we'd ordered them; we love ZAPPOS!

Comfortable, easy - My son has been wearing these for years, loves the velcro, fast and easy to slip on. Bought the white, easy to clean up, saved $20 over the local shoe store. Local store didn't have them in stock and said it would take a week or 10 days, but we got them from Zappos.com in ONE day. Thanks!

Great Shoes - My husband just loves these and gives them a beating as he walks regularly. A few months a year we go to FL and walk in the theme parks almost every day. His feet never hurt, he loves these so much, and I finally bought New Balance walking shoes for myself.

Great walking shoe - despite appearance - Bought for my 80 year old dad who loves to walk. Very comfortable but a tad wide - he didn't want to exchange for narrower. I’m going to order a second pair though in a narrower width. I was surprised that he noticed the shoes appearance - he said they looked "odd" but he wears them everyday.

Great for Oldsters - I purchased these shoes for my 84 year old father who has had a knee and hip replacement. They are just so convenient for him. The look is stylish (as much as it can be for that age group)and the fit is truly New Balance comfort all the way.
