Reportedly, this is a great, very comfortable shoe I bought for my dad who says he has to look down to see if he has shoes on his feet because they feel so good! He has a wide foot & this came in 4E.

I purchased every color that was available for my brother; white, tan and black. He loves these shoes and this is all he wears. These are great and I recommend them for their comfort and long wearing.

Purchased these sneakers for my elderly Dad who has swollen feet and difficulty with shoelaces. Ordered one whole size and width up from his normal shoe size and they fit him very comfortably. Zappos was great with delivery time. The shoes came in 1-2 days!

These replaced a pair that were ready for the trash heap. I first tried a different brand that I returned because the heel slipped. The New Balances hold my foot in position well. These are well made and completely satisfactory. The don't fit exactly the same as another pair of NB's in a different style. Thankfully Zappos makes trying and returning easy.

These shoes are extremely lightweight and comfortable. I want to get a shoe horn so that I can leave the velcro straps in place and simply slip them on and off as if they were loafers. That was my intent all along. The first pair I purchased were a size-and-a-half too small -- my bad. It was very simple to print out a mailing label and drop the shoes off at the post office for a free return and an absolutely full refund. I then stumbled on a shoe-size measuring tool at a local store and properly measured myself. I was so embarrassed at how wrong I guessed! So with the correct size I reordered and the shoes fit to perfection. I consider New Balance to be a premium brand and the quality and comfort really show. I will be buying more from Zappos now knowing for sure how easy it is to correct a mistake on my part. Zappos rocks!

These shoes are so comfortable it almost feels like I\'m barefoot. I wear them all the time and love them. The quality of the stitching and material is impeccable.

Those are very comfortable, I got them for my husband after I got similar pairs for me. I had to use the 4E wide in men after an operation. My new one from new Bass are women type and my husband got 2 already and he loves them, too.

I really envied my grandson when he could loosen and tighten his shoes with the Velcro straps. Now I can too! These are comfortable, easy and are not adorned with a lot of colorful decorations, as are many sneakers. I like 'em and they are made in the USA!

New Balance is my favorite shoe, but after several spine surgeries, it was difficult for me to tie my shoes. The New Balance MW576 (Hook and Loop) shoes are much easier for me to put on and close with the velcro straps. They’re very comfortable, but they’re dressy enough to wear to just about any event.

I wanted a hook and eye sneaker, but most are made cheaply. I picked the New Balance because I have always liked their quality. I recently had a stroke and needed a wide fit to accomodate my brace. Now I can easily put on my own shoes over the brace and ty them myself, and they are very comfortable.

Great shoe, they last me for a year and I do a lot of walking. Velcro does wear out over that length of time though. Fit was perfect.

Zappos is a great company with great products. You can be sure that you will be satisfied. My husband had Zappos sneakers that he could wear (unused) because of a leg and foot problem. Zappos took them back way after the year and gave him a larger size. I don't know of any other company that would do that. Thank you, Evelyn Kastl.
