I ordered two pairs of the mw576 (hook&loop)in bone color, width 4E extra wide. The shoes fit from the beginning. I need extra height in the front of the shoe. I do a lot of walking & no pain. I had a hip replacement & with the hook & loop I have no problem putting them on. The bone color goes with any color clothing. I am on my third pair.

The shoes I've ordered over the years have always been top notch. The shipping is so fast sometimes it's hard to believe. Great warranty. I'll use this site for a long time for my shoes.

Great shoe. I use to have foot problems but solved them with a combination of these shoes and PowerStep insoles. Zappos is a good service--fast delivery.

Shoes were a Christmas gift and were too narrow. I exchanged them for a wider pair. Zappos made this very easy and it was all done in a couple of days. Excellent customer service.

This is an excellent black traveling shoe, too. Easy slip off/on at airports. Comfortable for long drives, walks, urban shopping, and hiking. Really hold up over time. I am ordering another pair now, though my "old" ones from three years ago are still fine.

This is probably the best pair of walking shoes I have ever had. They are very well cushioned and feel great even after being on all day. The Bone color and hook and loop style are my favorite.

When I heard an interview with the man who founded Zappos on TV, I remember recognizing his philosophy. So when time came to purchase a second pair of velcro New Balance sneakers in black for my 92 year old father (he's been wearing the white ones for the last four years). I called Zappos late at night and had the nicest salesman from Nevada. She was so nice, we talked for ten minutes about food and the joys of living. He was efficient in locating them model number. I had to buy a larger width and he assured me I had plenty of time to make sure this suited my dad. I couldn't have asked for a more stress free purchase. Kudos to Zappos!

All dealings with Zappos have proved to me what a great outfit they are to deal with. At two different times the shoes/slippers did not fit properly. They made it so easy to return I could not believe it. They didn't wait for the returns to arrive at their facility. They sent the replacements right then and I received them the next day. Now that's service and I wont forget it. The reason they didn't fit was that I was having trouble with my legs and feet swelling up and gave them the wrong size. They didn't ask any questions, just made the return easy.

I would recommend Zappos any day. They are wonderful! The employees are extremely courteous and helpful. The service is outstanding! I've ordered shoes from them 2 or 3 times, and to my utter amazement, they were delivered the very next day! Zappos can't be beat! I've never experienced anything like the service they provide.

These New Balance are the best walking shoes I've discovered. Good shoes are so important for my aging back. Thanks for the fast service and free shipping both ways. I didn't need to return because it was right the first time.
