Overall great, though the straps tighten considerably around the big toe by the end of the day.

I compared these with the Zong-X (double strap) version. The wider single straps feel softer on my skin than the doubles, and I prefer the simplicity. I have an old pair of similar Chacos without the toe ring, and they fit about the same. I have no trouble adjusting the straps when following the instructions on the box, though it takes a few tries to get it just right. My dress shoe size is 5.5, my athletic shoe size is usually 6.5 with socks. Barefoot, I wear a size 6 in these. These have aggressive arch support, which is what my feet like these days.

My first thought when I put these shoes on, even before I adjusted the straps, was, "WOW! Arch support and comfort!" I am still adjusting the straps for my arthritic feet, but the fit is wonderful, the arch support is obvious without being uncomfortable, and the color is vibrant and fresh. I like the adjustable straps as it helps the fit depending on how my arthritic my feet want to be on any given day. I like the feel of these so much that I am looking forward to purchasing more Chaco shoes.

Chaco's are wonderful. This is my third pair. My first pair of Chaco Zong EcoTread lasted 4 years. When you wear them as your main sandal in the summer, as I do, you get what I call the honorable mark of Zorro, cause of the z pattern the straps make. I always feel rather proud of my Z. I know it's silly, but I do. I particularly like the open back Chaco's opposed to the closed ones. When I go hiking I wear my closed back ones, but for everyday use, I really like being able to slip in and out of these. The toe strap is really great to have, especially for hiking, and I have found that in the winter I can tighten the toe strap down flat and wear wool socks with them. Though I do usually wear my Chaco's with the heel strap in the winter, they work better with socks. What I like most about Chaco's is that they really support my body well. I have a lot of low back issues and sensitive feet and these have been a life saver for me. I love them and will never be without a pair.

These sandals were for my daughter as she left for college and was going to do a lot of walking. She really likes them - they are comfortable and look great. Zappos was awesome to work with. I ordered two pair for her to decide which she liked better. Returning the pair she didn't choose was a breeze and the shipping was totally free! Thanks!

These are good looking, incredibly durable, have great arch support, and once you get them adjusted perfectly, very comfortable. I have another pair in a different pattern.

I love these sandals. Just bought my 3rd pair & each has lasted 2-3 years. I can wear them all day long even when shopping all day.

I thought another review summed it up perfectly, and be patient when adjusting the straps. I was getting a bit frustrated, but now they are great! So nice to have a flip-flop type of shoe, but with great comfort and support.

Great shoe and true to size. Great arch support. Stayed on when I was walking across large slippery rocks and across a river. Gave be good stability. As always, Zappos was fantastic service as I needed the shoe for a trip to Peru in two days and it arrived the absolute next day!

I'm wearing them all day, every day. I have arthritis and have had three foot surgeries! I have purchased three pairs of different styles in the last two months.

Best sandal ever. Not terribly beautiful but most important they feel great. I like how I could walk or stand forever. This was my third pair and i am wearing still wearing my first pair tho i have almost worn through the web (after 5 years of almost constant wear). By the way, this is the first time ever i was willing to submit a recommendation for a product or establishment.

The arch support is excellent. I like the adjustable the straps are to find just the right fit. Especially when I have one foot bigger than the other. The foot bed at the ball of my foot could be better. I'm enjoying them and I recommend them.

Awesome shoes--- this is my second pair--- I've had my other ones for 6 years. The soles are still great on them, the straps just faded and I like to dress them up so I wanted new. That's the great thing about these sandals--- you can wear them anywhere and to do anything. They are always the first thing in my bag when I travel, and often the only shoes I take. I wear them all day at Disney, or on tours, etc and my feet never hurt. Perfect in water. Great support! Also, Zappos got them to me super quick so I could take them on my recent cruise----Zappos rocks!

Love these! At first I wasn't sure because the straps did bother the tops of my feet, but after wearing them 2-3 times, no problems. These are very comfortable, great arch support. I have trouble wearing flat flip flops (issue w/my Achilles) and these are the perfect alternative if you are looking for a flip flop with support and all day comfort.

Comfortable, cute, easy to wear. Need I say more? I love these shoes! The first few times wearing them it's tricky to get them adjusted right. Keep fiddling with them. Now they're easy to slip on and off, and I've gotten multiple compliments. Look great with jeans, shorts, skirts. Love them!

Saw this style shoe in another catalog, but didn't like the color so I went on Zappos to see if they carried it and they had a wide selection of colors. This color was my favorite. Very comfortable, but the straps are a little hard to adjust. This is my first pair of Chaco and I would buy them again.

Good choice - This is my first pair of Chacos, but it will not be my last! I have narrow flat feet and these sandals feel great. Having the adjustable bands really makes for a personal fit. The only negative I would say about them is that I have a little trouble keeping the bands exactly where I want them. It seems like the band around my toe tends to tighten up every so often and I have to re-adjust, but that is a small price to pay for the arch support all-day comfort of these shoes.

After trying on many pairs of shoes...these were the best for me. I wanted something everyday casual to slip on and head out the door! It did take several days to get the straps fitted for my foot. In fact, the adjustable straps are the main reason I bought these...as I have a very narrow foot. They are not "cushioned" shoes and the firmness of the sole takes some getting used to as well. All in all, I am satisfied with these shoes.

I really want to like these shoes. They look nice on, but are not at all comfortable on me. I have tried them on three times now (again, I really want to like them), but each time I have to take them off pretty quickly because the straps are very uncomfortable.

Got these to wear to Disneyland. I have wide-ish feet with really high arches, aching, arthritic hips and knees, and these provided the support I needed to do both DL parks in comfort. The adjustable, continuous strap was good in that it was adjustable for when my feet were swollen at the end of both days, but bad when it self-tightened at the toe loop and required loosening a couple of times daily. However, that has since settled down with wear and I'm now an expert at manipulating the strap, which is easy once you get the hang of it. I love these sandals and highly recommend them. Absolutely no problem keeping them on my feet, even when Soaring Over California. I am now a Chacos fan and will purchase other styles.
