The bottom of this shoe is very comfortable! Great arch support, good cushioning. The problem is with the straps - I have to constantly readjust them as they do not stay in place - which has come to be very annoying. The top strap always tightens up too much, leaving the bottom strap too big. I ordered 2 pairs of these as they felt so comfortable - but am now terribly sorry about all the money I spent on them. I avoid wearing them in favor of my inexpensive flip-flops, because the strap slipping is so bothersome.

Had to return, I have a high instep and could not adjust far enough to accommodate.

I already have a pair of Chaco's that I LOVE, so I decided to give these a try for a trip I was going on. They fit well and were comfortable at first, but as I continued to make slight adjustments to get that "perfect fit" that Chaco wearers covet, I found that there simply wasn't enough strap length to accommodate my wide feet. I ended up having to give these to my mom because her feet are very narrow, and they fit her fine.

I have had two pairs of this style of Chaco over the past few years but am disappointed with my new ones. They must have changed the design. I can not get them adjusted right. As other reviewers have commented, they strangle the big toe...

These sandals are like any other Chacos, so if you love Chacos, you’ll love these. I had to buy them a size bigger, but I think that is standard. My husband loves Chacos, but for some reason, these give me blisters no matter which way I wear them--tight, loose, just right--I get blisters. We’re on a year long trip and I have cuts all over my feet 2 weeks in. I wish I just had my Reef thongs.

Hipthong - I wanted these shoes to work in the worst way. But had to return them. I have been in therapy for my right foot four weeks and not much better. I was shopping today and my Merrell sandals were killing me, so I walked into a shoe store. I bought the ZX/2 Unaweep and put them on. I don't usually buy shoes and wear them outside, but was desperate. I loved these shoes and think I will be able to continue to enjoy them. Slight pain in foot tonight, but hoping they break in nicely. Love, Love, Love, Zappos, I can't believe I received shoes the next day. I ordered two more pairs and hope that they are what I need. Thank you ZAPPOS.

The worst shoe I've ever bought in my whole life! Why didn't I listen to the previous reviews? The straps are very difficult to adjust. I actually hurt my wrist attempting to make these wearable. Then the re-adjust themselves as you walk in them so that your big toe has no circulation. Of course, wearing them to find this out means they can't be returned. So I threw them away and had no sandals last year, because how many shoes in this price range can one person take a risk on? It's difficult to rate the fit, below. The sizing of the footbed was as expected. It's the adjustable straps that ruined them.

Loved these shoes- They are now about worn out after many years. I am hoping to find more like them.

Again, Chaco does not disappoint! True to size fit, but you can adjust the straps to make it work for your foot. I'm not a huge fan of the slimmer strap but these still were a great fit and have held up very well.

This is my second pair of Zong EcoTread and it continues to be a very useful sandal. I like that you can slip into it hands free yet, because of the toe loop, I can wear them and drive; I can even run in them if need be. As usual, Zappos service was exceptional. Great company.

My third pair...favorite shoes EVER! I wear a 10 in most shoes but have to go a whole size up in these. If you are having issues with fitting straps please go to Chacos website & watch video! Happy feet await you?

I love these shoes! They are my go to summer shoes. The pattern is really pretty! The best thing about them is that you can adjust the laces to get the perfect fit for you! I hose mine off every few days and let them dry in the sun.

As with all Chaco products I have, I LOVE THEM! The quality, fit, comfort and style are all consistent and outstanding. They will continue to be my sandal of choice!

Run through the jungle with these shoes. I live in Hawaii and these are my go-to shoes! Yes, sometimes the toe strap gets tight but just loosen them. My original pair were the 9s and they were a bit large. I am a true 8½ but got the 8 and they are really perfect.

I have had a pair of these sandals for 3 years. They are so comfortable! I was able to find the exact thing at Zappos.com at a very reasonable price. Actually less than I had paid for the first pair.

I love these sandals. They are easy to slip on and head out the door and can go with anything. I am disappointed that Chaco slightly altered the design from when they first came out, using narrower webbing and possibly a thinner sole.

I absolutely love the Chaco brand and this is my 3rd pair. The problem I'm having and the reason I'm returning this shoe is that I have tried and tried to get the straps to stay in place but they keep tightening so badly around my big toe that it starts hurting. I'm thinking that the strap itself is too thin but it may be something else going on. I plan to get a replacement shoe only with the thicker strap.

This is my second pair of these. Very durable and comfortable for outdoors. In the summer I practically wear them all the time. Short break-in time. Very sturdy.

I own several pairs of Chacos (they do not wear out!) but this was my first pair with a toe wrap. I wanted a slip-on to wear around the house & these are very comfortable, after the normal strap adjustment process. I agree with reviewers who note that the toe strap helps to hold the shoe in place. Chaco is my go-to footwear when weather permits because of the superlative footbed and gripping sole. I would have ordered this shoe in a wide if available because of bunions & etc...but the medium works because of Chaco's roomy footbed.

These are cute shoes. They fit well but the straps would need frequent adjustments with my fussy feet. Bah humbug. It did feel a bit as if the toe strap got tighter as I walked.

These sandals are great for walking and/or light hiking. They are the perfect vacation sandal because they transition well from the pool or beach to a restaurant or museum. They offer excellent support and last forever! This is my third pair. I've been buying these since 2006.

I absolutely love these sandals! I now have three pairs of them. One my dog chewed, but I will not give up, and two more that I just bought so I never have to be without! They provide great arch support! They stay on well! I am too lazy to do a back strap, so these are perfect to slide into! I hate it when winter comes and I have to give them up for a while. They had substantial soles so they do not wear out very fast. I just love them!

My 1st pair of Chaco's and love them! Ordered a 6 and 7 since Zappos has the best return policy! Took my little bit to get my straps just right and now I wear them everywhere! Bought my granddaughter a pair and she has worn hers every day and is also big fan! Thanks Zappos! Will be back for another color soon!

I am a Chaco fan. I wanted a pair that were slip on and these fit the bill. They are as comfortable and secure as my Chacos that have an ankle strap.

Really like the shoe, but for some reason even after adjusting straps, the shoe was still tight across the top. I have another pair almost just like them with a back strap, but these just don't work.
