These Timberland Gore-Tex Chocorua Trail Hiking women's boots are the best I have ever had in my life...and I've had quite a few of them over the years! To the reviewer who said the waterproofing doesn't last more than 1.5 years, my goodness! Just get the Balm Proofer Protector and apply to your boots; they will be waterproof again. That's just basic boot care. Seriously! Anyway, I am about to purchase another pair. My others are still in great shape. I just want to have a spare in case Timberland stops making these (PLEASE DON'T!!!). These boots are the most comfortable after many hours on your feet, they look great, and are extremely supportive. I have no foot pain wearing these boots and for me, there was no break-in period at all. Many times I wear them for daily use; not even hiking, just around town. Supreme comfort, durability, and awesomeness in boots! I couldn't ask for more in a hiking boot. If you are looking for great hikers, or just want a totally comfortable boot, buy these. Just buy these! You will not be disappointed!

And that's just what they'll do! I go on fairly frequent 10mi+ hikes, work as a carpenter and spend long days on my feet, and walk at least 25 miles a week just commuting to and from work and running errands. These boots are holding up well for their first year of being put through the ringer and they made an amazing difference in my energy. They feel so comfortable even after a 12hr day at work that my feet don't feel nearly as tired.

Mom let me borrow her boots exactly like these! She wanted them back so I HAD to get some exactly like hers!! Go buy some!!

Hadn't had a pair of timberlands in years started wearing Danners. But I love these boots so far!

Loving this new boot on our somewhat rocky and tree-root trails. Love the look, weight, and that it comes in wide width. Have crossed a few creeks and my feet have stayed dry. Nice cushioned insole. I usually replace with an upgrade but haven't had to. Nice the way it curves slightly and cups your foot. Absolutely love my new hiking boots. Another win, win, win from Timberland.

It's hard to find shoes that fit my feet well since I have a wide foot, but these babies are perfectly snug and comfy right out of the box. I took my pair, within a month of getting them, to Madagascar on a Study Abroad. We travelled all over the country through all kinds of weather and these broke in quickly and adapted to whatever was around us. I hiked through water, mud, desert, rain, and they have still held up now two years later. Completely waterproof so you can step right in that creek you pass on your hike and not have to worry about getting your feet wet! Overall, amazing shoe. I really will be buying another pair once my pair now gives out.

I had my last pair for 10 years, I wear these every day. I have a bad foot and this is the only boot it likes. I am an Assistant Scout Master, so they get a lot of use.

Bought this hiking boots together with the Columbia ones.. I ended up returning the other one as this is a lot more comfortable and high quality. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Great boot. Little break in time. Had to finally say goodbye to my first identical pair, many hiking miles on them.
