I ordered two pair of these boots one in the classic wheat and the other in the rust, both in size 8 which is a half size larger than I normally wear. However, the wheat boots feel much more snug for some reason

I ordered this product and they sent me something completely different. Different style of boot. Very disappointed

I ordered the dark grey. On the image it appears grey but in person it appears brown. I was expecting the same grey as last year's Grey Embossed Nubuck. False advertising.

I love the style of these boots. Previously I had a pair of the nellie style size 10 and upgraded to this style size 10 and am happy I did. However, I ordered the light pink because they no longer make the regular dusty rose nubuck and I really hate the color. It is so PALE. The color on the computer is so much more rich than the actual shoe in person. Im so disappointed. Ive been waiting on getting new shoes for a long time and am very upset with the color I received in the mail. Not sure if Im going to return or not because pink boots are so limited, but if youre expecting a rich light pink, you'll be disappointed. Its a very pale, almost not there, cant even tell its dyed shade of pink. Love the metal emblem compared to the stitched emblem in my old tims.

Incredibly disappointed. Have been purchasing a new pair about every 5 years or so, because they would last that long. I've had a new pair for less than a year, wearing them on rainy or snowy days. The tread is completely warn down to nothing. Even more frustrating, water is getting into the boots somehow, leading to a day of discomfort and squeaking. Not only that but they've ruined all of my socks, staining them black. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is no longer valid for this boot.

I ordered it when thanks giving break, but any of the shoes marked discounted automatically apply 30% off in the shopping cart. I called Timberland.com several times, but they never picked up the phone, and I left messages in live chat and no one ever responded to me. Then, I decided to order first then wait for them to get back to me. It turns out that I have to call them first again. I contact them through live chat in 12/12/16. They told me they cannot do anything since the sale is over. They did not pick up the phone first, they did not contact me back, and they cannot do anything. Very responsible company. I had encountered various checkout situation when doing online shopping, but all of them except Timberland are willing to reserve discount or partial refund to me. I have no idea why a big company like Timberland cannot.

I wanted them as work boots and in the city in winter. Still too big even with lambs wool and cushion pads. Not sure how I will use them

what i now know is correct size is not available online or in store. store staff were not polite to my daughter when trying to exchange.
