Thee boots are so stiff when you first get them they are extremely uncomfortable and take forever to break in. I don't think the boots run true to size.

I bought these in the rust nubuck color, and they have been great; however, it has been almost two years of wearing them now and I have had to stop because the bottoms of the boots still squeak on the floors. It's to the point where a manager commented on it so I can no longer wear these because they squeak too much, even after almost two years of wear on the bottoms. Sad.

The boots came with scuff marks. They were very small and not wide enough to even put on..

The tongue digs into the front of my foot when I walk. I read this in reviews other people posted, but thought if I didn't tighten the laces too much they wouldn't. NOPE. Not sure I would recommend buying these boots

My boots are heavy and I can not walk more than 2 hours with them. Also I slip a lot in snowy weather which I didn't expect that!

These boots are rugged and cute but I could not wear them. I broke my ankle many years ago and the boot is just too heavy for my foot. The leather around the ankle was irritating and I had bruises on my ankles especially when driving. I don't know if they would be better after being broken in but I could not risk waiting and wearing them and then not being able to return. I love the style but if they could find a way to make them lighter (not so heavy) and make the part around the ankle softer, then I'm sure I would buy again.

The product I received was defective as it has scratch on one boot... will be sending them back.

I ordered this product second time as the first one was really small for me but the second one is not comfortable either also I saw a scratch on it that really made me worry about the durability of the shoe stuff.

I tried on the 6" wheat nubuck in a Journeys store to get the sizing right and the 8.5 fit perfectly! Since they didn't have the tan distressed nubuck in-store, I ordered them online. When I got my order, I was so excited. These boots are gorgeous! The perfect combination of style and functionality. There are a few negatives that I would mention... Very hard to get on! You have to do some serious work to slide your foot in. They were much more narrow than the pair I tried on in-store. And since this style doesn't come in wide, I will not be able to re-order in a wide. I read reviews before purchasing and knew that they would take some breaking in, but after wearing them around the house for a few hours, my feet started to go numb and fall asleep. I tried to see if the fit improved with a thinner sock, but since I live in Colorado and usually wear medium thickness wool socks in the winter, a thin sock just won't do. I also tried them on with a Dr. Scholls insert and they were next to impossible to get my foot into.

Boot is very stiff and uncomfortable even after using a few times. Hard to break in. I would return if I could.

Make sure to read the color description. It's not as pink as it appears in reality. It's more of a dull tan.

These were WAY to narrow. Had to return through the mail. I should have listened to the other comments and got the mand version but those cost more & feel ALOT heavier on the feet. A shame too I loved the way the boot looked.

Shipping took a week longer than the estimated ship date, which was suppose to be 2 day shipping, and didn't get a refund for it..

I have had these shoes for a while and I can't break them in. They seem to be made out of concrete they are so inflexible. I get scabs and bruises everytime I wear them. Last Timberland pair for me.

No Safety Toe option for us working ladies that still wanna show some style? Disappointing.

Worst pair of Timbs I have ever owned.Above the ankle is extremely stiff, it is painful and causes bruising.Even with untied laces and multiple attempts to stretch them out they remain stiff and hurt

Boots came in a beautiful red leather & red box but that was about it. Disappointed that it's not the comfortable soft leather that I usually expect. Trimming around the ankle was stiff & hard.

I ordered three pairs of Timberlands, all in different styles. I was so excited when I received these in the mail, but those feelings were extinguished when I tried all the shoes, including the one in this style. The left shoes for all the pairs fit okay, but the right shoes were unbelievably tight. This issue is consistently noted in the one-star reviews I have seen so far. I come from a construction family, so growing up I believed Timberland was a great brand. The men in my family owned Timberlands. I even owned pairs in high school and college and experienced no issues. To find that quality has changed is surprising as it is disappointing. I hope Timberland reads these reviews and does something about this. This type of problem should not be happening with this brand.
