I can normally wear regular or wide shoes depending on the brand. This wide boot is not wide at all. I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. Very beautiful boots but will be returning.

I am a usual US 7 and able to fit many standard width brands. However with this pair, a half-size bigger was still narrow. Unfortunately, I did not proceed with my in-store purchase. Maybe suitable for someone with narrow feet. Hello Timberland, please make shoes for generous feet. This the 4th style I tried that my feet are not comfortable.

i like the style and look of the boot, but it was too big. looked like clown shoes. i ordered a 8.5 bcus that's the perf size i wear in nikes. i sent bac and reorder a 8 in black hoping it fits better.

Luv the boots. Very comfy and chic. BUT the replacement laces that it came with are the standard laces, not the matching ones that come with the boots. Makes no sense. Tried to find matching ones on the site but no dice.

These boots are gorgeous, but I ordered a medium and realized how ridiculously narrow these are (can't even wear them with socks). Tried to exchange them for a wide pair (same size), was told they are NOT making them in wide anymore. What the heck? Why would you NOT make them in wide? And if so, add it in the description to save people time, money, and a headache!

I ordered first time 7.5 but it was too small and hard to wear it, so I tried to find bigger size but it was not easr and always out of stock, finally I found only 1 I ordered it and waited for it and I was excited, when I received it I found the same thing its not comfortable at all and not well designed, its support from the end of the boot but not the middle, so I will return this one back too :(

Tongue attached so high was unable to get my foot in the boot.

They are very difficult to put on. The color is not what I expected thought the pink would be a little darker and not so bright. They will get dirty very easily with out light the shoe is. One scuff and the shoe is messed up.

Had these years ago and lovedddd them but finally bought a new pair in a 6 this time rather than 5.5 considering I'm ALWAYS a 6 in boots (but a 5.5 in dress shoes) and only bought the 5.5 the first time around since it was my only option at the time. I recalled having to break it in, I thought, at least. Perhaps the boot has changed, but I don't even wanna wear thesethey are that oversized. No matter how tight I tie them the foot feels loose and it is not comfortable. Makes me feel like I have long banana feet. Shoulda went with my gut when I tried them on and brought them back >:o not happy

These boots are soooooo painful!! I limp because it digs into my right foot. I cant figure out why its paining me but it seems to be something internal. I want to return them but browns shoes doesn't pick up their phone and for timberland to assess the situation you need to pay to mail it back if you have a warranty. These are pretty but they just hurt so bad! It feels like my foot is being ripped off!

Obviously I like the brand, it is a good product. So when this was on my daughters Christmas list, I felt it best to go straight to the source. Not even a week after buying this gift at FULL price, I found the exact same item in 2 different store locations for almost 50% off of what I had paid. I tried for weeks to have Timberland grant me a discount that THEY posted themselves. But this particular product NEVER qualified. If this hadn't been the only thing on her list - I would NOT have purchased this at all. Knowing what I do now - I will NOT be going thru this site ever again for purchases of Timberland items.

Love them...so comfortable to the max!

I returned these boots. I got the red ones and they came in maroon not red.

I have wanted these boots for years but the regular fit was always a bit too narrow. Finding wide fit available on the website was so exciting! After trying on the boots, the wide fit felt the same as regular fit to me, so sad! My feet are not extra wide, only slightly wider than a regular shoe thus going up a half size usually does the trick. Unfortunately, even with going up a half size AND selecting wide width these beautiful boots did not fit .

I bought the green iridescent boot but they're way darker then the picture. It looks like the black iridescent boot. They're still cute just not what I ordered.

I ordered the Dark Green Iridescent. They are NOT green. At all. I would call them a dark charcoal or weird gray black, not even close to what is shown in the listing. And the color is a known problem according to CS! With the reputation Timberland has, I would not expect this kind of false advertising. If it's a known problem, pull the product and fix it. If you're looking to buy the iridescent boot, choose black, that way you're not disappointed.

Last pair was a little big, so I thought I'd get something a bit smaller. My feet were really cramped. Should have stuck with the larger size

I really loved these, so comfortable and warm, but they bent out of shape after only having them for a few weeks. I tried to reshape them but they won't go back to normal. I was careful with them but after only wearing them a few times they bent and became squished in the back :(

I wanted to love these but where the tongue was stitched to the side of the boot, a hard lump of leather hurt the top of my foot. I tried lacing them looser, yet it still hurt. The wide seems to have proportion problems-preventing a good fit -especially on the tongue. I hate it, but mine are going back. The heel was wide, and the boot slipped.I tried these after the medium width boot -caused my toes on 1 foot to press up against the side uncomfortably. Timberland may not be the boot for me:-(
