Purchase a 9 and doesnt fit i wear 9s in every type of shoe other boots included but this one not accurate to size

very stiff and narrow, not easy to break in. The rubber outsoles are terrible for using on a rainy day to walk around the city. The sidewalks turn into soap using those boots. Too bad I can't return them, cause I'm currently outo of the country.

I am so disappointed in these boots. I have bought four pairs of Timberland boots in the last couple months and these are the most uncomfortable pair. All of the other boots have been comfortable to wear right out of the box. I was excited about the beige color for the warmer months, but the material of these boots is so stiff and difficult to wear. I am hoping they soften up. Also, the laces are almost too short to tie. The only thing I like about this pair of Timberlands is the color.

The boots are narrow and the colors are not like the pictures online

Defect in 2 places. I received a return. Poor quality control in warehouse to let this go out.

The color of the fold over cloth part is totally off! It's much darker than the picture

Wish they would have fit! I had a pair of similar boots that I bought years ago and had almost 20 years!! Bought this pair with great expectations. Ordered a wide due to scar tissue build up of my great toe. They were still too tight. Too bad for me! I did return them.

Shoes arrived in poor condition with scuffs and the leather puckered at certain area, and the tissue wrapping was in disarrayed. The employees didn't take the time to look inside the box before shipping. Also, the pink nubuck seems to run larger and wider then the original colors.

I was so excited when these arrived, but was quickly disappointed when I opened the box to find that the right boot was damaged. It's almost as if this had been returned and then sent back out without being taken out of inventory as a damaged product.

This is my first time ordering from Timberland. So, why the shipment arrived, I opened the box and found the bottom of the boots very sticky. It seems like some kinds of gel are on it. The shoe laces are all messed up. Usually, there should be paper stuffings inside the shoes to prevent external damages before customer tried them on. However, this pair does not have them! Just overall, they looked like a pair of USED boots. They do not look they are new to me. So disappointed!

I will never buy a pair of Timberlands again. They literally fell apart off my feet. If you want a good quality pair of boots that will last you a long time buy Dr Martens.

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase I received a defective pair of boots ,the boots were missing stitches along the side and were coming apart ,after notifying Timberland of this I was not offered a coupon code or even over night shipping they wouldn't even ship the boots Until i returned the item.I couldn't even wear them for the trip I purchased them for .I will not be shopping timberland again .if you google you'll find out their polices and customer service are lacking big time .

Did not fit had to send back

It came all oily, it rained my jeans and socks black and it won't go away in the wash. I t came as if it was used. Very disappointed.

I sent this product back because it was way too big for me.
