Great shoes, and fantastic service. I drove around to 3 different stores in my area, wasted three hours and they did not have the style or sizes I wanted in stock. What\'s not to love about great service in this day and age of mediocrity.

This was my first purchase from Zappos on line and I was amazed how pleased I was with my purchase. I have had foot surgery and New Balance shoes are all I can wear comfortably but they have been hard to find where I live. I took the chance and ordered two pair and I am happy to say they fit perfectly and I am thrilled to be able to walk without pain. I would not hesitate to order again in the future. Thank you.

I bought these shoes for my son, who needed good support for his job at a restaurant. He says the shoes are very comfortable and fit just right. He has narrow feet, and the narrow size 9 suits him well. I like the fact that the treads do not pick up a lot of squished food. His previous shoes had deep treads that required lots of cleaning. The shoes are not clunky and have a nice, streamlined appearance.

Great walking shoes. Very good arch support. I have walked over a mile for over a month and these shoes are still going strong. I order the 11 1/2 EE because I have wide feet (11 1/2 D in standard shoe size) and this size fit me perfectly.

This is the first pair off sneakers that I ordered from Zappos. My usual order is for Clarke shoes. The sneakers are excellent. I have very wide feet, and if the sneakers/shoes are not wide enough, my feet are in agony. Like the Clarkes, the New Balance sneakers are wide and comfortable. As always, they were delivered promply and without incident. Thanks a lot for the great products and service.

Just what I wanted. At first when I put my right foot in, the problem toe that sticks up felt crowded; however, once I stood up, it felt okay. (I did not need to use my stretcher gadget.) I've been enjoying wearing them. Atthention New Balance Manufacturers: New Balance is a wonderful brand, fits well and wears well. I wish they would insert reflector panels on all their sneakers, as they've done in this one. My black NBs have no reflectors, which I miss when I'm outdoors in the short winter days.

\r\nThese sneakers are very comfortable and provide the foot ample support. I use them primarily for fitness walking, but they also look good for everyday activities.

First time buyer with Zappos. I order my shoes which i have a hard time finding because of my B with, size 11.5 in black. The shoe arrived very quickly and was what I was expecting. I needed them for work \\r\\n Thanks

Purchased these for my youngest son who just recently became employed. Needed them in a hurry and of course your quick turnaround time helped enormously. He has to be on his feet a lot; they are true to size and very comfortable. No complaints!

Very comfortable, even in hot weather and provide good support. I walk a little over a mile 3 or 4 times per week, and also recently spent two days working on a concrete floor in my garage wearing these shoes, with no foot discomfort. I purchased a half-size larger than my "regular" size because I don't like my toes to feel cramped in a walking shoe. Also appreciate the relatively shallow tread; doesn't capture and hold a lot of mud, and easy to clean.

These shoes are tje most comfortable shoes for walking, running and everyday activities. I had a badly fractured ankle years ago and these shoes provide me with the support and comfort I needed.

First and foremost, the fact that Zappos has 4E's is terrific. These are for my husband and he has such a hard time finding the right size and width. We order all of his athletic shoes from Zappos now. This shoe is very comfortable for lots of walking and everyday wear. Thanks, Zappos! Width and length true to size.

I want to start off by saying that (for me) NewBalance shoes are always a size too small. My feet when professionally measured are a size 10 1/2 with my left foot being a solid size 11. I ordered these in a size 11 and they were so tight that after 5 minutes I had to take them off. I sent them back (Zappos rocks for this!) and had them replaced with a size 12. The 12\'s are absolutely perfect for me, and I should have known to just go with this size since I\'ve worn nothing but NB for the past decade. \r\n\r\nI\'m going to be on my feet for 12+ hours a day with these shoes so I did replace the insole right away with a quality one recommended to me by my doctor. I plan on buying a second pair of these shoes so I can alternate days wearing them.\r\n\r\nThe only thing I have a problem with is I have narrow heels so these shoes slide off with every step. This is a common problem for me though and not a fault of the shoe itself, but just be warned if you have narrow heels also you may want to find some good pads to stick in there to help.\r\n\r\nI was a little hesitant to order shoes online but I\'m extremely satisfied with my purchase. When the time comes to replace this pair I\'ll be stepping up to the 900 series, and without a doubt I\'ll be ordering from Zappos.

I made the decision to try a pair of walking shoes when my New Balance MX622 cross-trainers wore out, as 90% of my "training" is walking. I purchased a pair of the MW576's and have been very satisfied! The 2E is an excellent fit--not too narrow and not too wide. There is just the right amount of padding on the upper, and there is sufficient support on the bottom. The finish is excellent; the shoe seems like it will last longer than the MX622's. And right out of the box, I was able to go on a 4-mile walk with no discomfort. Overall, I am extremely happy with this shoe purchase and look forward to many miles in them.

At last a walking shoe that isn't too wide. Suffering with sloppy fit has been a problem for me for years-medium just doesn't do the job for me. I am absolutely delighted by the perfect fit and great comfort of this shoe. The fact that they are light and fit well make for an unbeatable combination for me. Nothing but New Balance narrows for me ever again.
