I just started a new job and I am on my feet most of the day so I needed a comfortable shoe. I chose to get a walking shoe and I have been a fan of New Balance shoes for several years. I have also been a Zappos customer for several years. Ater research and reading reviews I decided on the MW576 model. I ordered a 10 knowing that I\'m on the border between a 10 and 10 1\/2. The 10 was just too tight so I returned them for a 10 1\/2. Zappos service is always impeccable and extremely fast and I had my size 10 1\/2 in no time. These shoes have been a god-send for my new job. Comfortable all day long from the start and they are also wearing extremely well. Another great Zappos experience!

The fit and quality are superb. very good arch support. I had 3 pairs of the mw575 before but they are replaced by the mw576. You can't get any better customer service and shipping than Zappos.

Just got my new 576 Newbies. Wore my last pair over a year. I'm a big guy with wide feet,work 10 hour days on concrete floors. These take care of my feet. Thanks New Balance. And Zappos, too. You guys even upgraded my shipping for free!

I have been wearing New Balance sneakers for 20 years and these do not disappoint! I spend most of my work day on my feet and needed to replace an older pair of black New Balance sneakers in a different style. These give excellent support in addition to being very comfortable the first time I put them on. After 10 hours spent mostly standing I can say that my feet still feel good.

These New Balance shoes and every New Balance shoe I have purchased in the last 10 years have been wonderful! They are well constructed, are true to size, extremely comfortable, and are durable. They represent great value. I need a B width shoe and I do hope NB continues to make shoes in this width as very few shoes come in sizes other than D or wider.

Coming from a pair of sneakers that were falling apart with literally no support -once I put these on, life melted. They are very comfortable and great for those who are on their feet a lot. They can also double as a "dressy" shoe for more formal occasions than most other sneakers or a pure dress shoe.

I bought these shoes for my son who is a size 15. I buy almost all his shoes from Zappos. He needed these for working at a fast food restaurant. He says they are comfortable and true to size. They are holding up very well. I love to order shoes and have them show up the next day. They get here before you can even try to track them! Great service from Zappos!

Some sweet kicks, I am a wedding photographer, and decided that dress shoes just dont do the job. I needed stability, style and comfort. Yea twelve hours on my feet, and running around for the best shot is the reason I am now buying my second pair. Great shoe!

I love the cushioning, because it\'s firm enough to give your feet support, while it does its job of softening your landings on hard pavement. It\'s a beautifully-designed shoe with equally great looks.

Very comfortable...sizes seem to run a little narrow so I got extra wide (I have wide feet). All in all, very satisfied with price and quality.

My husband loves these shoes; he has a wide foot and has had trouble finding a good shoe before these. He is on his feet 12-16 hours a day, 6 days a week and finds these shoes to be very comfortable and supportive. The only thing he isn't crazy about is the reflective patch on the back but it doesn't stop him from buying a new pair every year.

My 14 year old son wears a 14.5 size men's shoe which is very hard to find. We liked the free shipping because we ordered two different sizes and he picked out the ones he liked best. Every thing worked out really well with the return and went back on the credit card. These shoes are American made, they are sturdy, comfortable,true to size and not going to fall apart like other shoes. For us it was worth the money. And it was so helpful to read everyone's honest reviews on the shoe before we bought.

I really like these sneakers. The break-in period is very short. I am on my feet for most of the day. No more sore feet with the MW576!!! This sneaker has a wide toe area which is very comfortable. Great sneaker!!! Zappos customer service is 5 stars all the way!!!

This is the 3rd time that I ordered these shoes and have been very pleased with each one of them. Two days after I ordered them they were at my door. They are true to size and wear very well. Have been very happy with shoes from Zappos and will order them again and again.

I bought these for my father who is 6'2" and on the larger side. He loves them! He needs to wear black shoes for work, and said these are by far the best pair he has had. He loves that they come in extra wide 4E. We also experienced a problem with shipping. It was our fault, because I shipped them to an old address. I called Zappos and they contacted UPS and had them shipped to their correct address, with no questions asked! Thanks!

My pair of New Balance MW576 offers the comfort and support needed for a person who spends much of the day on his feet. I am happy with this purchase and will order again.

This was my first Zappos purchase and of course I didn't pay attention to reviews like these and got a pair that was too small. Well, let me tell you the customer service of Zappos is stellar and way beyond anything I've experienced in web shopping. They have a great reputation and exceeded it with me. So: 1. Pay attention to the size comments from users 2. Got a problem? Call and it will be taken care of. Zappos rocks!

I have a narrow foot, so I usually resort to sizing an athletic style shoe a half size short to limit my foot movement in the shoe. This shoe in a B width and my correct length (11.5) fits great. The shoe is not flexible, almost rigid, which took some getting used to, but they really hold my feet well. The construction and quality are excellent. As usual, the Zappos web site and shipping were great.

Great service and speedy shipping. I ordered the wrong size and Zappos immediately sent out the right size before I'd even returned the wrong ones. Customer service was helpful and the whole process, even with the return, was no hassle.
