Very comfortable. I wear these in extra wide with orthotics and they are so comfortable, I wear them almost everywhere. I don't care for the reflectors on the back, because I'm not walking outside at night, but otherwise, these are my favorite shoes.

This is my first pair of New Balance shoes. It took a day to break them in. I really like them and I am going to order another pair in case they quit making them. 5 Star shoes!

Good shoe. Black isn't the best color for Chicago, since salt kind of shows up. But really comfortable, really great for work. Originally ordered a different size, so get a width bigger than you normally get.

While these aren't non slip, I used them at work and due to the comfort they have been wonderful. If these came in non slip, this would be the perfect service industry work shoe!

I've owned two pairs of MW576 shoes over the past year and a half. The shoes are very comfortable for active walkers, and they provide reasonable support for other activities as well. The shoes fit well right out of the box. The boxy toe is absolutely what somebody like me needs! (I wear a 13EE.) I've noticed that the reflective strips on the rear get partially covered by my pant legs, but that's a minor gripe. I highly recommend these versatile shoes!

Lots of support with stiff sole. Needed shoe like this for work while I recovered from foot injury. Feet not as tired at end of day.

An exact replacement for an old pair. I have been wearing New Balance for at least 10 years. This particular model can be worn for walking, work and going out. They are comfortable and easy to break in with a minimum of perceived discomfort.

My husband has been wearing this particular style shoes for more than 2 years. Even though they don't look worn out, he gets a new pair every 5-6 months. Very comfortable.

I'm very happy with the shoe I purchased. I have a wider foot so I require a 4E shoe. The shoes fit true to size and are as comfortable as I'm familiar with in New Balance.

Very good walking shoes with a solid sole. Fit is perfect. Normally I have no toe room in my shoes, but these "D" width NBs fit just great!

I purchaced a pair of these and found them to be very comfortable. I was also impressed with the quality of craftsmanship. I especially liked the fact that they were made in the U.S.A. That is always a determining factor in my choices.

I use this shoe primarily for exercise, walking about 21 miles per week. It's very comfortable and offers excellent support over paved and gravel surfaces.

This is a wonderful shoe. Someone told me, long ago, that New Balance is the shoe. I wore them all day today. He is right. They are the best.

A great pair of walking shoes, extremely comfortable and shock-absorbent and kudos to Zappos who beat their own delivery promise and got them to us in time for our trip to China. Great shoes and a great company to support them.

Great shoes! New Balance are the only walking shoes I can find that fit my narrow foot. The sizes tend to run small. I have to buy a full size (11.5 vs 10.5) bigger than dress shoes, but that's true of all sneakers.

I had been looking for a long time for an essentially all black sneaker that I could wear with black pants on evening social occasions, because I love the comfort of sneakers. When I ordered a pair of white New Balance sneakers with which I had been happy, I decided to try the black color as well. It was my first order from Zappos, and was made on the phone around 1 PM one afternoon. To my surprise and delight, my door bell rang before noon the very next day. I rushed to try on both pairs of sneakers, the black and the white, and was thrilled to see that they both fit me perfectly. I plan to order some jeans next. I'm still most comfortable ordering an item that I already own and know that it fits and am simply re-buying that item from Zappos because of the convenience it offers. Perhaps, in time, I will feel comfortable buying an item that I have never before owned. Zappos great return policy makes that a no-risk option. I should note that I now have two pair of the white New Balance sneakers. One is used for when I play tennis, and the one just received from Zappos is used for dress wear, when I would otherwise be wearing white shoes. When the tennis sneakers wear out, the dress whites will be switched to tennis use and a new pair of whites will be ordered.

They're just good shoes -- and the most important thing, they fit! I couldn't find "narrow" shoes in any store. Zappos had 'em.

If you have wide feet with a tall instep and flat feet, this is the daily work shoe for you! I'm able to place my orthotics under the insert. These are pretty tough. Not real fancy, I can't seem to find stylish/cool shoes that fit my Bam-Bam feet, but these will be comfy!

Great shoe! NB shoes are very well made and being able to pick the right width makes is perfect.

These are a nice shoe and were true to size at 10 EE. It took about 20 hours to break in. They were just a little tight, but by day two they were fine. I put gel inserts in from day one and OMG what a great combo! I work 50 hours a week on my feet as a City Delivery driver, I'm in and out of my truck 10 to 20 times a day walking on blacktop and concrete. Shipping was very fast, thank you Zappos! My feet were killing me in my old shoes.

These shoes are great! They are my work shoes and I am on my feet all day so that helps out. For one, New Balance is a good product. So if you are just going for a walk or on your feet all day I would get these shoes in a heartbeat. Zappos rocks!
