Very disappointed, shoe is probably the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever tried on. Especially on the ball of the foot, both shoes. Toe bed is very wide also. Going back today. Zappos as always is tremendous.

I was disappointed when this shoe arrived. The metallic material was peeling and cracked on both shoes. It was such a comfy and cute style, but I'd be worried that with any wear it would create a crease and peel.

Shoes smell like toxic paint! So much so that a co-worker commented on it when they entered my office. I had noticed it when I first put them on, but I thought for certain that the smell would fade with time. Two nights out on the porch, and they still reek. Sending them back!

These shoes looked so cute in the photo, but when I put them on, I felt and looked like Minnie Mouse! The width was the only thing right with these shoes (I ordered the wide width) but the size 9 was too short. I got the patent leather and when I opened the box, the smell almost knocked me over. Returned!

These were KILLER. I couldn't take more than a couple steps in them upon trying them on. I'm usually a 10W, but just in case, ordered these in a few different styles - the patent leather in 10W and 11W, and the soft leather in 10W. All three of them felt like my feet were being squeezed and stabbed and tortured. I admit I don't wear heels much, but I do have a couple pairs that work, that I can go several hours in. These were not made for people with big feet.

These are cute and fit true to size but they REEK. I opened the box and the whole room smelled like a strong chemical, sort of like nail polish remover. Just horrible, and it doesn't fade. They have to go back.

I got the turquoise pair of these in August and fell in love. Over the next few months, I ordered two more pairs because I adored them so much; they are adorable with jeans and look nice with dresses and skirts. I can walk 10,000 steps in a day and have no discomfort and they have helped my plantar fasciitis heel. For this price, however, I expected the shoes to last more than a few months. Two pairs are unwearable; the buttons have fallen off of them. One of those pairs is also ripped where the motion of my feet causes the shoe's material to bend. The sole of the third pair is coming away from the shoe. That is something that I can fix with glue, sure, but it is still annoying. The takeaway, based on my experience? Do not buy them. You can buy far better quality for the cost.

These shoes are not bright red, as pictured. They are a deep wine red with bright red stitching. If you're looking for a darker red, they are gorgeous. I, however, was looking for a bright, candy apple red to match the rest of my wedding decor. As you can imagine, I was disappointed when I opened the box and they were not the color I expected. I did try them on and they fit like a dream. Easy to walk in. Just not the right color.

This silver shoe appears cute and was comfortable, however silver "spray painted" color was flaking off within 15 minutes of wearing shoes. Very disappointed with these shoes. Quite embarrassing at church to have shoes on that looked like I had just played a soccer game. Maybe the other colors don't do this? I will say that Zappos has great customer service as a whole, and they make it extremely easy to return shoes and received my shoes the next day.

Definitely olive, not grey. And, if you have long toes, you're seems will show.

These shoes are pretty cute. Was looking for a low heeled dress shoe. Have to return them. They run small. They are very cheaply made. No padding or support of any sort.

I purchase this shoe for my daughter in sliver for a wedding. Nice heel for a 11yr old but when I receive them, the silver was peeling off and crack in some places like a bad spray paint job. Wasn't happy at all had to get another shoe. Love Zappos but not this shoe.

Cute! But uncomfortable! It was too wide, the smell of shoe glue out of the box was terrible! And I personally don't like toe cleavage.

These are cute shoes. Not especially comfortable, but not uncomfortable either. Unfortunately they're not very well made. I only wore them twice -- once to a wedding and once to work and the patent leather has already worn away from the collar of the shoe. I didn't dance in them and my job is mostly sitting so it's not as if the two times I wore them I was very hard on them. Just thin, lousy leather. I was hoping against hope that Zappos would take them back, but no such luck. Guess I'll color in the worn spots with a Sharpie.

This shoe is not comfortable, smells of a strong chemical, feels and looks cheap, would surely be returning it.

Adorable shoe, but poor quality. I literally tried them on and the inside lining started to come off and crumpled up near the toes. Very sad. I had to return them because I can only imagine how much worse it would have become had I actually worn them out for more than 2 minutes.

These shoes look wonderful, but are very uncomfortable. They widened as soon as I walked out in them, and it was very difficult to keep them on my feet. I thought of just throwing them away, but am going to try insoles. I cannot recommend them to anyone. I ordered these for a wedding (my son's) and actually spoke with a lovely Zappos employee about wanting comfortable dressy shoes. These were so bad; I thought I wasn't going to make it down the aisle next to my son. Awful shoes.

I'm sad because these were cute shoes but very poorly made and literally fell apart the second time I wore them.

Really cute and comfortable and the grey suede would have been perfect. However, due to the overpowering chemical odor of the shoes, I had to return them.

These shoes are very comfortable and the perfect color for my outfit. But they have a strong chemical odor so I had to send them back.

I was in love with the style and fit of this shoe, but previous reviews are correct about the smell. I bought grey suede, and the smell was wretched. It was so powerful, that just sitting in a box in the corner of a room, you could literally smell it all over the house. It did not wane, it just permeated everything!

I completely agree with the reviewer who said that these shoes are horribly uncomfortable and have a chemical smell. Too bad. Yet another cute style that is unbearable to wear. Back in the box they go!

This shoe is horribly uncomfortable, smells bad (a strange chemical smell that permeates my entire closet), and is an odd color--more olive than grey. The quality is just not there.

Liked the shoe but unfortunately they broke the first day I wore them. Button fell off. Luckily Zappos accepted the return.

I thought these shoes were the cutest things ever, and very comfortable. I wore them once, and when I got to my office, just standing there talking to my boss, the button popped off. They're held together by an elastic string, and I attempted to sew it back into the shoe, but to no avail. I was incredibly disappointed. Luckily, Zappos took them back, despite my minor alteration and wearing them for about an hour.
