Not well sized - I am a very standard size 10. However, wearing these shoes, my toes were right up to the tip. Definitely too small. I tried the 11, as there is no 10 1/2, but it was too big. Now I have 2 pairs to return.

Great In Theory - This shoe is either too narrow or too long. It pinches in the heel and the sides of the feet, but there's way too much room in the toe box and the strap is a little loose. It also has spiky little glue-covered stitches stabbing out right under the ankle into the softest part of the foot. It's really cute, and I'm inspired to buy more turquoise blue shoes, but if I want to sacrifice comfort for style to this degree, I'll go to a discount store.

Very bright red shoe - These shoes were much too shiny for my taste and a little too short in the toe.

Wanted to love it...but I didn't - I was hoping to find a replacement for my well-worn Kenneth Cole Reaction mary janes. Thought this shoe looked very cute from the pictures but they didn't look so great on my feet. Other reviewers were right when they said "too much toe cleavage". Yikes. Also, the front part of the shoe curved inward too much. It looked slightly strange when looking downwards. The shoe also looked a bit cheap. I really wanted to love these but I had to return them.

In theory, this is a great shoe... The Ginger is exactly what I wanted style wise. I love the kitten heel and the rounded toe and the teal color is hot hot hot. The construction of the shoe is where things start to fall apart. There is something about the toe box that isn't quite right. It fits okay, but doesn't seem deep enough. Your toes are way more exposed than they should be. The seaming is not straight and the leather is cheap looking; you can see the glue in some places. Also, the shoes smell weird and chemically too. I probably would keep these if they were cheaper, but the price is just too much for this level of quality. I expected better.

Chemical smell - As soon as I took these out of the box, I was overpowered by a horrible chemical smell-maybe glue? Since they were too small anyway, I am sending them back. If they had fit, I might have had to reject them anyway.

Very disappointed in this shoe, right out of the box. It was not the smell that the majority of the review mention, but the fact that the bright yellow from the inside of the show box had stained my blush patent shoes where they had touched the box. Very disheartening. Fit was fine, though they are unattractive on my feet. Overall very disappointing.

I'm holding out hope that one day, shoe designers will learn how to scale up a cute shoe. This shoe looks great on the website, but like a math equation gone wrong in real life.

Plastic shoe--Where is the leather? This is not a leather upper as claimed by the manufacturer. This shoe reeked of petroleum by products. Returned.

Returned this shoe! The shoe did have an awful smell right out of the box, which I overcame by keeping them in the garage for a couple of weeks before wearing to let them air out. The true problem here is the craftsmanship. This shoe's strap broke after only about 10 wearings. I read another review prior to purchasing but really thought that the reviewer probably had a wide, fat foot, which would not suit this kind of shoe. I have narrow thin feet, and this strap broke very quickly. Sad Sad Sad, because it's an adorable shoe!

They are cute and comfortable and I thought I'd get a lot of wear out of them. Unfortunately, without one real event to wear them to (have just been breaking them in around the house an hour here or there), the gold has started to peel! So odd. Good lesson of you get what you pay for.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this shoe. The sole is made of rubber and offers no more support than a pair of rain boots. Pick and pay sells shoes of better quality for a better price. I would not recommend to anyone.

We opened the box and it smelled like the shoes had just been spray painted. So strange! I agree with other reviewers, we had to put them right back in the box.

Very, very disappointed with the shoe quality. First, I received the wrong color but decided to go with the gray that was sent. Then, when I finally did wear the first time both heel tips broke off at the bottom. I don't know if this was specific to my pair only but will follow up with zappos about a return. Very disappointed.

These shoes are adorable, they fit very well and are comfortable - the problem is they are not at all well made. The strap comes off, they fall apart. Overall, and despite my desire to love these shoes I am giving them one star. Fundamentally they are flawed and after having not one, not 2 but three different pairs (patent purple, patent black, and reg black) all fall apart I am beyond disappointed. I will not purchase any additional shoes by Gabriella Rocha for fear of more of the same. If you improve the durability, these shoes would get a 5 star rating. Until then, you've lost a customer.

The plastic cover on the heel wore off after only a very few wears. Also the strap across the top of the foot is very poorly secured. It seems like it could pop off at any time. These were a waste of hard earned money!

I wore these shoes for 1 day and the heels came off completely. I can't believe they didn't last longer than a day, and I was inside most of the time.

Disappointed that these shoes are so terribly uncomfortable. The leather is cheap and hard and it rubs against my foot in all possible directions. Ordered two different sizes, and my heel still slips out with every step even though the smaller size is definitely as small as I can go. And yes, they smell horribly.

I loved these shoes when I got them for Christmas. Unfortunately the first time I wore them the heel cap completely disintegrated on both heels. One broke in half, exposing the nail head, the other crumbled all around the nail head. If only one had broken I would probably give them another chance since they were so cute. Unfortunately with both breaking in less than 6 hours of being out and about, they are going back and something new will be chosen.

They broke on the first wearing! I purchased these shoes to wear at my son's wedding. The heel tip broke after three hours of wearing leaving a nail head to walk on. Thankfully I had another pair of shoes in the car, but the overall look was gone. Although these shoes were comfortable and looked nice, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I walked all of about 10 minutes down the sidewalk in these shoes before the plastic heel plates broke off (the bit covering the tip of the heel), leaving me to clack around on the underlying metal tacks for the rest of the day. The box came with an extra set of heel plates, but that won't do me much good if they also last only 10 minutes. Luckily, Zappos accepted a return. Overall, you can tell the quality of these shoes is not high, but I was hopeful they'd get me through a few holiday events. Spend a little more for something that will last.

I was very disappointed. The shoe looked cute, I ordered an 11 D and they were so tight I felt like Cinderella's step-sister trying to squeeze into one of her shoes. I like the style, short heel and wide looking front, but ouch.

Fell apart within 3 weeks of purchase. I walked through the heel caps, plus included spares within a week and a half. If you sit at a desk all day, this is a great shoe. If you are on your feet all day, look elsewhere.

So upset! Beautiful shoe but the smell was so awful I could smell it a foot away.
