Love my Fryes! I originally purchased the Melissa Button boots and the shaft of the boot was too tight on my calf. I did my research and ordered the Paige Tall Riding boot and love everything about them! The shaft fits perfectly...even over jeans.

Love these boots! I think they are worth the price because they are timeless. They are hard to get on and off the first few times you wear them. I purchased a 1/2 size larger for that reason.

I own many Frye boots and shoes. One of the best quality made products out there. This boot looks so could with dresses, jeans, leggings, and even a swimsuit (well, I hadn't tried that yet!). I am quite smitten with my Frye Paige boots! Try them. You will never go back!

I love these boots! I wear them all the time. My husband also like the way they look. I wore them for several hours straight out of the box--very comfortable! The only downside I foresee is having to have them resoled from wearing them so frequently.

These boots are just what I was looking for. Easy to get on and off, very comfortable and stylish and the best part is there enough room to go over skinny jeans even though I have muscular calves. The boot is not stiff and easy to break in. Even though they are a little pricey, they are worth every cent.

Sized down a half size and that was the way to go! Love these boots. They're cute, they're cozy and stylish! They'll be a life fashion staple.

Boot fits loose in the ankle. The calf is very roomy--enough room to tuck in your denim. Not a very "slim" fit. Originally wanted the gray Paige boot, but this is a great color and has a nice weathered look.

I bought these boots for my daughter as a Christmas present. She has the Paige Tall Riding boots in Cognac and wears them almost daily - they look great with everything. Now she'll have a black pair to give some variety to her life.

These boots are incredible! The cognac color is a gorgeous brown, and they aren't too difficult to break-in. The shaft was a little taller than I expected (I'm 5'5" and it came all the way up to my knee almost), but they look great. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7, but I purchased a 7.5 so there would be extra room for heavy socks and they fit great. The ankle is a little tight to start with so they can be difficult to get on and off, but it's well worth the struggle. I wanted these boots for almost a year and finally made the purchase and that was a great decision!

Decided to treat myself to these boots...they are beautiful. I'm 5'5" and they hit just below my knee. My only complaint is the heel box. It is a little stiff and will take some wearing in to be comfortable. Width is fine (I have wide-ish feet). I have to sit to take them off but that is fine.

I love the way they look and feel, they fit like a glove and I have wide calves. My skinny jeans fit in side perfectly. I love the boots. Thank you Zappos for the super fast shipping and amazing service!

Spent a lot of time going back and forth between these and the Paige Trapunto. Ended up ordering both, and kept these. Super comfortable out of the box, but a bit tight in the calf area. Super cute boot, and I ordered in the dark brown burnished leather color. I was worried when I first took them out of the box as they had a powder substance on them, but my hubby used a soft brush and the powder went into the little crevices and I love them!

I absolutely love these boots! They are beautiful and look great on! I love the color of brown they are and can be worn casual or dressy. Frye makes great boots! I would not look at any other brand.

I received these in the mail today and am absolutely thrilled about this purchase. This boot is breathtaking. I've owned other high end riding boots, but the quality of these is truly stunning in person. Part of why I chose this style to order is because I usually have problems finding boots that fit my calves to my liking. I'm 5'6, not overweight but certainly not an athletic build, and I like that these give my calves a little extra room to tuck in jeans comfortably. I will say that these are pretty tall. Like I said, I'm 5'6 with long legs for my height, and these hit directly under my kneecap. I would think that people 5'4 and shorter wouldn't be able to wear these. The height is fine for me though. I also read a lot of reviews saying they were hard to get on and off, but I had no problems. Withing 60 seconds of the UPS man handing them to me at my door, I had torn open the box and gotten them on my feet. I didn't find them any more difficult than any other pair of riding boots. As for size, I am usually an 8 in everything. I ordered and 8, and they fit perfectly. A 7.5 would without a doubt have been too small, so I'm glad I didn't order down like some reviews suggest.

Zappos provided fast delivery, and these fit perfectly. I do not know what these other reviews mean by hard to get on and off. These are boots, so you cannot just slip them on and off. But it is no harder than any other boot I have ever owned. I agree about the slick soles, though. Be careful wearing them the first few times. Other than that these boots are amazing!

Great boot and it is sized correctly. They fit like my other pair of Paige Cuff from several years ago. The height is tall enough for my 5'10" frame.

I have these boots in Black and Cognac and I love them. They are the only tall boots I have found that fit over my jeans and my somewhat bulky calves. They also hold up great and my black pair is over a year old and after a quick resoling at the cobbler, they're as good as new. (I live in NYC and walk a lot, so I don't consider resoling after just over a year a sign of poor quality; if you live in a less walking intense place they would probably go two years on the original soles).

Cute boots! I am a size 9 B and was so excited to order my first pair of Frye boots! I have normal calves so figured no zipper would be okay for pulling on and off. My only problem with that was my high instep. Once in, my heel slipped with each step. So sad to return. Oh and I will find another pair, but want a 1 1/2 inch heel. Hope that helps.

I had grown tired of watching my wife buy cheap leather boots from department stores that last only two years, so this year I bought her a pair of Frye boots, and she absolutely loves them. She usually wears a 7 1/2 or an 8, and the 8 fit her very well. We also just purchased the Frye conditioning cream from Zappos, to ensure that these boots last her a long time.

I can safely say that they are going to be a staple in my wardrobe for years. I bought the boots in cognac and the color is beautiful. They are slick on the bottom and I am considering taking them to a cobbler to have a rubber sole added. Also, they run at least a half size larger than what you typically wear. I will have to send them back for a size 8 because the 8.5 (I am normally between an 8 and an 8.5) is just a little too big, even with thick socks.

I absolutely recommend these boots. They are great quality leather and go great with skirts, skinny jeans, leggings, etc! I love them.

I love these boots! I had been searching for the perfect riding boot for almost 2 years. These are basic and classic, with just enough detail to make them interesting. I absolutely love these. Unfortunately, they are popular and out of my size in black (they run large), but I definitely recommend these boots!

Love this boot! Was a little tight on the width at first but after a few wears fits like a glove! Super cute and great quality!
