Felt more like 2 full size smaller...feel bad that Zappos pays the shipping for a product so undersized!

My third pair of Keens and I should have known from the others that the size was going to be a half size small. The web site implied that they run true to size, but, in my experience, all the Keens I've had required that I get 1/2 size larger and this pair proved to be the case as well. Otherwise, super shoes.

I bought the same pair 1 year ago in 10.5. Tried 10.5 now and too small. Tried 11 too small. Visibly smaller than my old 10.5 pair. Not sure what happened to their sizing but they are running very small.

Great fit with a wide toe box. Had to order a half size larger than my other Keens. Had a little trouble getting the shoe to fit my heel without over tightening the laces.

I ordered a size 10 to accommodate wearing a heavier sock and to my surprise these shoes are tighter than any Keen shoes I have ever worn. Order another half size to insure your comfort.

Good shoe but a little stiff. Prefer Brooks Adreniline 17 for hiking, walks in woods where waterproof shoes not required

Love the roomy toe box of Keen, but had too much heel slippage. Agree with other buyers that shoe runs small and had to exchange for next size up. Comfy shoe otherwise. Purchased my normal sz 12 med(too short), exchanged for 13- length fine but heel area too roomy.

Had to return these as they were a size small. Depending on the shoe manufacturer i wear either a 14 or 15. Being they had no 15's i ordered a 14. No Way, nope. Definitely true to same size as Nike in my opinion. Noticed little arch support and for the money the insoles are absolutely some of the worst i have ever walked upon. All the raves about these shoes i hope people are adding their own insoles or omg ya'll have some horrible opinions. I walk on asphalt, concrete, roofs, tile floors etc all day 10-14 hours and would never make it thru a day with these. Loved the styling and construction of these though. If i can somehow find a 15 i would give em another shot with addition of a SofSole. Loved my Merrells!!! Really wanted these Keens to work out but i will have to try again.

I've worn these shoes for years, both Men's & Women's sizes, as they were the best at accommodating my orthotics and helping my foot "roll" forward. Currently, I'm buying a Men's size 7, about a half size larger than my true size and my orthotics fit without making the toe box too shallow or too narrow. My only criticism would be with the life of the sole; I am wearing these down in about 3mos time and due to my various foot issues, they must be replaced so that my walking biomechanics don't deteriorate any further.

I've had these for a year. I don't give them a lot of hard use, but they are holding up nicely and I continue to enjoy wearing them. I usually wear 10 in Keen, but I found it a bit small in some of their hiking shoes. In these I wear a 10.5. It gives me room to use my preferred insole (Finn Comfort cork insole) and still have enough height at the instep. If I wear a thick sock they fit perfectly, otherwise a tad big (but the 10 was too tight at instep with my insole). These are a bit heavy, with a serious sole.

3rd pair of the same style (Voyageur). My only complaint is the sole tread at the edge separates over time.

Overall pretty good shoe, this is my third pair, however...Keen, go to 12.5! The 12 is a smidge too small, would love to have a bit extra room, the 13 is too big. Also, I had to get two pairs through the ol Zappos as the first pair had a weird stitching in the tongue, there's some odd double stitching which makes it a bit thicker and when the tongue folds over, it pokes on a ligament on my instep. The replacement pair also has it, so I'm hoping it gets better once they break in a bit. With a 12.5 and without that double stitching, a solid 5 stars. Need to deduct one for that.

Overall a comfortable shoe, looking forward to hiking in them. Felt like they were a bit too snug in the toe for my shoe size.

I've had several pairs of Keens before these Voyageurs. I know I can order a size 43 and they'll fit. This pair was a bit looser that some previous shoes, but within my tolerance limits. I broke them in for a week or so and then went hiking in Ireland. It was wet! We were hiking in pastures where there was plenty of mud and manure. I took care to keep rain out of the tops of the shoes with waterproof pants, but my feet got wet anyway. My judgment is that Voyageurs are not quite waterproof. They work fine if it's just a sprinkle, but if you're really out in it, they leave a bit to be desired. Luckily I live in Southern California where it's unlikely they'll get another rain test soon.

Took them out to Multnomah and Cape Lookout for some hikes. A little on the heavy side, but definitely comfortable.

I really like the style but they're too wide for my narrow feet. When I tried to cinch them up the tongue pinched the top of my right foot. I wanted to make these shoes work for me but there's not much I can do. Zappos is great with returns, so the risk of buying unseen isn't so bad. Thanks, Zappos!

I've had my second pair of Voyageurs for a month or so now. I use them for work and play - both of which are usually outside. I would consider these to be a low-top boot - fantastic for hiking or scrambling, be it up a rock face or up the roof of a house. I wouldn't keep a pair of these to wear for the occasional jaunt about town, as they're just too big and unnecessary. The traction is excellent, as it should be, as the tread is pretty aggressive. I got a year of 6-day-a-week use from my previous pair in the work world of building, which is as good as it gets without buying a top of the line pair of Red Wings. The downside is the break-in time. I own 4 or 5 pairs of Keens, and these are the only ones that have needed to be broken in. The sole is so thick and hard they need a week before it feels like you're not walking on platforms. But the breathability, durability, and long-term comfort are worth the trade-off.

These shoes were very comfortable at first wearing. But they failed after 4 months. I am not impressed with the durability. I might order them again, because they felt good.

My husband, a contractor, wore these in Havasu heat (up to 120 while working) all summer and liked them. He is moving and on his feet all day and they were comfortable for about 5 months before he wore them out.

These shoes are wide and comfortable. The materials are good, leather darkened quickly and now is nice weathered look. The material seam on the back of my shoe has alread failed. They are probably defective.

This is a good daily walking shoe, which allows me to walk an average of 4 miles each morning without pain or discomfort. The only problem I have with this shoe is that the soles wear out within 6 months or so -- and I mean literally wear out, where you can see the insole through the outsole. My feeling is that in order to make them last longer, Keen would have to make them less flexible or reduce the cushion effect of these shoes. So, I am not unhappy with them...it just means that if you are a high mileage walker, you may have to buy a new pair before the uppers look like they have much use on them.

Have only had these for a month or so. I like the shoes overall and my only complaint is the design of the tongue of the shoe. It's attached as one piece to the body of the shoe. This makes cinching the shoe tight uncomfortable because the materially bunches up sometimes. Other than that, rugged, stylish and comfortable.

Very hard insole. Hurts bottom of my feet, especially the heel area and reverberates all the way to my knees, need more cushioning. Heavy and quite warm inside, despite the vents. Looking for something that is lighter, and has more ventilation, while keeping the gravel and rocks out.
