If you are reading this and the Keen Alcatraz/Legion Blue Voyageur is still showing a picture of a shoe that is mostly light grey with lighter blue trim and yellow writing on the tags, this is not the shoe Zappos has or the shoe you will receive. The shoe you will receive is almost black with a much darker blue and black/dark blue tags. The real shoe looks nothing like the picture. When I used Zappos chat to ask about this, the CSP even knew why I was calling when I only mentioned a problem with the color. She sent me a link to an Amazon page and said, "it looks like this, doesn't it?" She said she would have them correct the picture on the website, which seems like a very quick and simple fix, but it has been almost a week, and the picture has not been updated. Hopefully they will correct it soon, but if not, I have attached a picture of what the shoe really looks like. This may work for you, but just a heads up that it's not the shoe in the picture as of 4/16/18.

This is a great shoe and very comfortable, hardly requiring any break-in. This is my second pair, and I also own 2 high-tops and a pair of clogs. The only weakness is that the glue that holds them together breaks down. So I just buy a tube of Barge cement, and stick them back together, and I'm good to go. As long as you're aware of this, they will serve you in comfort for miles and miles. The clogs are great too, and they don't require gluing!

This is my second pair of Keens hiking shoes, and I like them even better than the first. I just spent four days walking around Disney World in these. They were very comfortable and supportive. They also breathe well -- a big plus in the Florida heat.

Outstanding shoes! I have a lot of problems with shoes because I have Morton's neuroma, which requires me to have wide shoes in the toe box with very good arch support. These shoes fit the bill in every way. I normally have to wear an orthotic, but the standard insert in these shoes are very good. They are the first shoes I have purchased in many years that are completely comfortable for me. Also, I live in the desert, so I wanted a shoe without water proofing, which seems to be hard to find these days in a day hiker. I will definitely buy more of these.

I have bought shoes online with 1 other company and the experience was lousy at best. The shoe was too narrow and when I attempted to send it back they took 2 weeks to get back to me, then said they'd only give me 85% of the money back. I have ordered 7 pair shoes with Zappos and it's been a delightful experience. 2 pair didn't fit right, they took 'em back immediately, no questions asked. The 5 pair I kept are awesome. Not only do they fit well, but they look like they do online. I hate shopping in stores, so I'll stick with you guys

Great shoes! I usually wear wide widths but these are just about perfect. The construction seems comparable to other hiking type shoes. The only drawback that I've seen so far is that when the tread is wet, it squeaks on waxed floors - which is not really a drawback unless one sneaks around a lot and you live in a wet area. Soles are a little stiff but that's great if you want to carry a pack while wearing them.

I wouldn't recommend these shoes, i own several pairs of Keens and i was very surprised to receive these shoes in the condition they were in. I had read some reviews where the rubber sole started to separate from the shoe. My pair had already separated when i took them out of the box. Im surprised that keen continues to produce these shoes when its obvious there is an ongoing problem. I returned them to Zappos with no problems . But its an inconvenience when you have a busy schedule..Buy another pair rather than this model..

Not sure what's going on...maybe it's how my hiker's feet are changing as I get older, but I'm struggling to find women's shoes with appropriate width, arch support, and overall comfort. Even the wide and double wide women's shoes are not working. These men's Voyageurs fit the way my older women's version used to, including narrowing at the heel. Thank goodness, as I buy a new pair every fall. Hopefully, the men's shoes don't change. (By the way, my feet are really not all that wide.)

Runs a little smaller, order a 1/2 size larger than usual

My first Keen - I have "square" feet -- short and wide -- so I was looking forward to the wide toe box. I also ordered my normal size because of conflicting reviews saying they were larger or smaller than normal. Well, it felt the right size, but took a couple of wearings to be comfortable. That might be because these are the first laced shoes I've worn in a while. All in all, I'm looking forward to walking, now!

The Best Shoes - This is the most comfortable shoe out the box I have ever owned! I have a wide foot and these do not rub my toes!

This shoe is great! Easy break-in period, just two days around the house before I went out for a 32 mile weekend hike. Support is beyond what I expected from a pair of shoes this price. I would certainly recommend this shoe. Forget about what they say about this shoe running 1/2 size smaller than marked. I found it to be right on for me in a size 10.

Great shoe - Love Zappos. Upgraded my shipping, received shoes next day. Ordered shoes 1/2 size up and fit perfect. Very comfortable.

Love these voyageurs - I tried several different brands of hiking shoes but none seemed to fit the bill! Then, a Zappos rep suggested Keen's Voyageurs. I love this shoe. It fit perfect and was so comfortable right out of the box. I did order 1/2 size up and that was the perfect fit. Zappos was so great in letting me try several different shoes until I found the right one. Thank you, Zappos!

All Day - I am a Operating Room Nurse and am on my feet all day, and do a tremendous amount of walking. I have the Newport H2 and a pair of Portsmouths -- great shoes! I know these Voyageur's will be the same for work. They seem to run a half size small, I knew the 10's wouldn't work before I put my foot on the floor. Went with a 10.5 -- perfect fit!

I have loved keens for years and had many pairs, but this is disappointing, I’m a painting contractor and I thought ordering “hiking shoes “ would get me some longevity for my work shoes. I’m not climbing serious terrain just yards and roofs. The soles on this pair are coming unglued and chunks have torn off. Very disappointed as they are comfortable and breathable for working. I’ve only had them since late May.

I really tried to like these shoes, but they have been a complete disappointment straight from the box. They are comfortable and supportive, but extremely heavy in comparison to other hiking shoes. The grip/sole to me was DANGEROUS - I put these on the shelf after my first trip of the season. My wife and I went hiking in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia, in June 2021. The area had a lot of inclines, streams and wet rocks. I slipped multiple times on damp rocks and gravel, and even on slightly wet muddy hills. My wife had no problem in Merrells. I started wearing these again as a casual shoe in November. Within a few days, the sole peeled off the shoe. I would estimate this pair of shoes has less than 50 miles on them and I am extremely disappointed. Not recommended.

I buy a new pair of these for my guy every year. He has wide flat feet and is VERY hard on his shoes. Other brands he can ruin in a month or two of wear, but with Keen, he can get a good 2-3 years of wear out of them. He lives in Keens!

Great shoe. Took the advice of others and ordered a size up, a little roomy but nothing some tightening down can't fix. This is an aggressive and solid shoe and sole and very comfortable.

My husband hates buying and trying on shoes. I ordered these for him and he saved them for a month before he would even wear them. And now loves them. Excellent shoes. Size is true. You don't have to guess if they are too small or narrow.I would buy them again.

Very Good - My husband really liked these shoes. He got them for work and they fit right away- he has a hard time getting shoes to fit. He has wide feet and a high instep- these are great. He also likes the rubber toecap, keeps the toes from wearing out too fast. Very light weight too, so nice to wear all day. He also said they don't feel hot on his feet. Which is good for our very hot summers here.

Great shoe - Any day I wear shoes, I wear these! Super comfortable, especially for feet a little on the wide side. Good toe protection (although that adds a little to the weight).
