I followed advice and ordered a 1/2 size up and I'm so glad! They fit perfectly and are really comfy.

I have wide feet and these fit perfectly, right out of the box!

Another pair of AWESOME KEENS to add to my quite extensive collection! YAY! I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THESE! Opened the box, put them on and have had them on 9-10 hours a day every single day since I received them last week! They are really, really super comfortable and CUTE! I get complements everyday! Great fit, good value, great for hiking.

I always wear an 8.5 in womens shoes but I need the 9 in this shoe. My toes touched in the 8.5. My foot is just a little bit wide and these fit well.

Love this hiking boot! Perfect support! Super comfortable! The round toe is great so your toes don’t rub on the boot after so many hours. I am an 8 and the 8 fit great with a wool sock.

When I first put them on i thought they would be too tight. But after lacing them up and settling the tongue, and walking around the house, they were very comfortable. They snugged my feet and offered support in all the right places. I am a landscape designer and installer and these are great for protection from tall plants and sticker bushes. The width is great for my bunions. I love these boots for outdoor work! Very happy with them so far. The real test will be when I take them outside for the day.

Great boot! Every pair of hiking boots I've ever had have cut into the back of my ankle leaving me feeling bruised the next day except for these. They were comfortable right out of the box, and the first time I wore them it was on a day-long hike but I had no blisters or other problems with them. I wear a 5 or 5.5 wide, and the 5.5 medium was perfect for me. If you have a very narrow foot, you may need to wear a thick boot sock with these since they seem to run a bit wide.

These boots felt great right out of the box. Nice arch support with room for my toes. Have been hiking in them several times over the last month and love the fit. They're light, grippy on rocky surfaces and don't get too hot. My favorite daily hiker!

Seemed to be everything I needed, but runs small. I am seriously a size 8 in every shoe, but that was really really tight. I suggest going up a 1/2 or whole size.

Love the support in these and the rugged sole keeps my foot stable on rough ground.

I love the Keen Voyager low hikers as well as these. I have very troublesome feet from having two foot surgeries. These shoes are wide enough and run true to size. You might want to use an insert for better arch support if needed. These are my everyday go to hikers. Love Zappos and Keen shoes!

Hit like a glove right out of the box. I had a pair for a couple of years and wore down the sole and arch support. Now own two of these. Comfortable for all day wear on trail or in the house. I usually wear an 8 in dress shoes or boots, but always take a 7.5 in Keen and wear a medium weight wool sock with them.

I just had foot surgery, and my older model Keen hiking boots (Targhee II Mid) were no longer comfortable. The Voyageur Mid are perfect. My forefoot requires TLC and width, but my heel is narrow. I ordered my regular size (not Wide) and tried them around the house for a day. Forgot I had them on! Once I decided they would work, I took my first trail walk in weeks--they were solid, lightweight, and comfy, on rocks and muck. A perfect light-hiker!

Love these!! I have a wide foot and even though they don't come in wide, they work great. The heal bed cradles my heal providing great stability, and the sole is rugged but flexible.

These are fabulous boots and I love love love them. I had to get a half size bigger though. The toe portion is nice and wide. No break in period. My first pair of Keen hiking boots will not be my last!

I am no hiking boot connoisseur, and last wore them in the 90's. I purchased these last minute for a weekend retreat in the Catskills, didn't even wear them before the first two hour hike. These boots fit great, kept my feet super dry in a foot of snow and puddles of mud and never hurt my feet once the entire three days, even while hiking hours each day. Are they stylish? Hardly, but that's not what hiking boots are for. Excellent service and shipping as per usual from Zappos.

At last! I've tried on a dozen pairs of hiking boots and despaired until this. I have "duck" feet and bunions but a narrower heel. This boot fits the bill. I recommend going a half size to a full size bigger if you are wearing wool socks and adding your own orthotics. Unfortunately, this boot is not waterproof. The boot maker says the waterproof counterpart is the Keen Targhee II but it does not fit the same at all and I would say it is an altogether different boot. I debated between fit & waterproof-ness and I am going with fit. I'll try to waterproof with some product.

My 6 year old Keen Voyageurs wore out recently. They were so comfortable and gave great support so I knew I would buy the same shoe. After consulting with my hiking friends, I decided to go with the Mid so I would have good ankle support. I am so glad I did. I, also, added the VIONIC Oh Active Orthotic. I am healing from Plantar Fascitis. The shoe and orthotic combination are amazing. The orthotic takes the shoe from moderate arch support to Excellent arch support and no pain. Remember to size up a 1/2 size from your normal size when buying hiking shoes/boots. I wear an 8 in Keen casual shoes and an 8-1/2 in these hiking boots.

Zappos! is my go to place for shoe shopping and Keen is my go to brand for good shoe support. The wide toe box is important as is the excellent arch support. I wear these shoes everyday for walking my dogs through hilly ranch area and find them sturdy and comfortable. Because I've have plantar fasciitis, I replace the insole with one from Aetrex. My last pair of Voyageurs had the heal part of the rubber sole wear out after about 2 years.

Voyager Mid - Perfect fit right out of the box. Bought these for a hiking retreat out to AZ. Haven't really put them to use yet (the trip is still 3 weeks away), so I figured I'd wear them around to break them in. They were perfect right out of the box - with or without socks. I also have a pair of Newports I've been wearing for years - Love that I can wash those when they get dingy. Not sure if the Voyaguer is washable.

These boots are the best!!! I purchased these boots after trying several others. I need a wide in most other boots due to some bunion issues-if there is ANY pain at all, the boots go back. From the moment I tried these on, I was pretty sure they were going to be the ticket for my trip to Glacier National Park, and the Canadian Rockies. Event though they are not a wide shoe, there was plenty of room, and NO PAIN!!! I hiked ALOT on my trip, and was so happy with my decision. I also have Keen sandals, and I LOVE them also.

As a woman with "Hobbit" feet, I was grateful to find these hikers. I have wide, flat feet, and bunions. I find many shoes uncomfortable. These were comfy right out of the box. I put them on and wore them to work to break them in. I had no issues of soreness at all. In fact, they were very comfortable. Admittedly, they are warm, so not a shoe *boot* that you would want to wear for comfort per say, except for me, maybe in the winter. I love the ankles support, and the hook at the top makes it easy. I tried on a pair of Merrell's, and I loved the comfort of them as well - but I *really* needed firm ankle support for hiking on the AT. There are a lot of rock scrambles that beat the crap out of my ankles and this is an excellent boot to help with that issue. I don't particularly like the covered toe *aesthetically* , except for the fact that hiking rocks made me grateful to have that tough front toe box. It's a nice looking boot though, not that anyone is really looking at my feet! HA! Anyway, I give them 5 stars. If you are feet challenged, I would recommend giving these a try to see if they are the right one for you too.
