These are the most comfortable shoes I think I have ever owned, and they fit perfectly, well one full size bigger. I usually take a 9.5, but these are 10.5. Width is true to size at M. I have owned them for about a year and I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the green color is fantastic; looks great with all of my pants. I love the way they look. Thank you, Zappos!

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box, no breaking in needed. The narrow width I needed was perfect. If you want to wear with thicker, wool hiking socks, order a 1/2 size larger. I would buy these again; they're a great hiking shoe and also comfortable for walking around in a little snow. Good traction.

I have had the misfortune of having heel spurs and pain which limited my walking. I have always purchased good comfortable shoes but feel that New Balance gave the best support. These shoes have allowed me to walk on a vacation and I am now restarting an exercise program. I plan to buy other colors. \r\n

New Balance is the best fit for my foot; I have been purchasing this brand since 2004, when I pulled a nerve on my left leg. The chiropractor recommended that I purchase a good walking shoe with proper support. My foot is in between sizes 9 to 9 1/2 so I buy the larger size which is perfect for me. The convenience of purchasing the shoes online is great, especially the quick delivery; Zappos is the best company for this, I'm very happy with my shoes and with Zappos. Thank you.

I purchased these shoes before going on vacation.\r\nThe fit is great, both the length and width run true to size. I did find that they need a little breaking in. I have wore New Balance shoes for at least the last 25 years. I don\'t think you can beat them. Also Zappo Shoes are wonderful, so consider with their returns, and fast to ship your product. These shoes are perfect for me. My foot is size 11 and finding shoes narrow enough and functional at the same time is very difficult. These shoes fill all my hiking needs. They have carried me many miles in the Sierras this summer.

This is my second pair of these and I was pleased to see they still make this kind and this color. They are very comfortable, come in a narrow width, good tread/grip, and are my favorite color which doesn't show the dirt, dirt brown!

I have shopped with Zappos quite a few times and have also had the experience of returning a shoe. Not because there is something wrong with the product but, with the foot. Zappos' customer service is absolutely the best. They make me feel happy after talking to anyone on the phone. I feel confident that my order will be processed in a speedy way. Additionally if you sign up to be a VIP it gets better. On returns, I do not have one problem. No grumbling about the fact that a return has to be done. Just a happy voice on the phone telling me everything will be ok and done as promised. Wow, what a wonderful group! I would love to work for this company. Everyone is happy. I love these shoes! I paid attention to other reviews that suggest getting one size larger, and I'm glad I did. They are a little roomy for me, since I have AAAA feet, so I use gel inserts and they fit perfectly! I also love Zappo's policy of free shipping in each direction, with my narrow feet, it's the only way I could ever order shoes online.

I have a very long, narrow foot and these were great. I added an arch support for walking, but had no break in time. Great shoe.

My experience of purchasing in Zappos a pair of New Balance was exceptional and a surprise. Surprise because in other sites you are only a name; in Zappos you are a person. Their customer service is cordial and ready to assist you with no hesitation. My wife has a disability in her right foot. She buys New Balance because they are very well build and their design, whether it was done on purpose or not; assists her in maintaining her stability during walking. In addition, they are very comfortable. I will strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a pair of sneakers that are comfortable and reasonably priced, to buy New Balance.

I am impressed with the shoes and even more impressed with the customer service. I ordered a pair of New Balance athletic shoes recently; they arrived promptly and fit very well, but I decided that I would much prefer the green to the brown. I called to indicate that I would like to make the exchange and received the best customer service I have ever received regarding an online order. There was no problem at all, I shipped my shoes back the next day and I received my new shoes that same day! Fantastic! I have heard that Zappos is merging with Amazon, is that true? If so, I hope they will learn from you. I can't think of one thing that you didn't handle quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner.

I am wearing New Balance size 11 2-A narrow brown shoes. They fit very good; I have a difficult foot to fit. New Balance seems to run a little narrower than others in this style, which is good for me. I have never gone wrong purchasing shoes from Zappos. Their customer service is excellent and they stand behind their products. I wish they would have more selections in size 11 AAAA and especially the David Tate brand.

The shoe is great. Just what I wanted for fall walking. Same good fast service. It is light weight, but very sturdy and comfortable.

I have nothing but good things to say about the brand New Balance. For several years I have bought nothing but this brand for both work and recreation. I always know that I can buy buy this brand and it is comfortable right away. There is no break in period like with most shoes. The sizing is very true. Each shoe fits exactly the same. I loved my new shoes the moment I put them on. They were shaped just right. They are very comfortable and lightweight. This style looks like a hiking shoe, which I really like. I wear a 1/2 size higher in New Balance than with other shoes.

Purchased these shoes and they were extremely comfortable from the first day worn. Run true to size. It's hard for me to find narrow hiking shoes and these fit the bill. They feel just like the New Balance tennis shoes only a little more conforming to your foot and less stiff.
