These shoes made my husband's very narrow, long feet very happy. So happy that I ordered another pair for him after he wore the first pair for only one day. No break in period required. Blissful, happy hard-to-please feet are very pleased.

These shoes look as good on your feet as they do in these pictures. They feel great, too. Combine them with Zappos' world-class service and, well, I really don't know what else to say other than buy them!

Good price, solid sole, nice rubber trim on leather sole to prevent slipping. Finish was outstanding. Comfortable without more than an hour of wearing.

The Cole Haan Calhoun is a high end, well constructed business shoe designed with the professional in mind. It has a wonderfully cushioned insole for support and heel comfort. The Calhoun has a highly polished finish. If like me, you’re tired of the flat finishes that are available on many business shoes, and are looking for a business shoe that will make you stand out in a crowd, then the Cole Haan Calhoun is the shoe for you.

I bought some Allen Edmonds shoes from Zappos recently for double the price of these. These are a much better shoe at half the price. I highly recommend them for their looks and pretty decent comfort. I've had them 2 weeks. The break in time was very quick.

A liitle dissappointed in this shoe as it does not flex well at the toes and digs into the top of my foot. Have other Cole Haan's that fit much better.

I got these to wear with my tux, and they look great, super well proportioned, just the right amount of shine, and a nice fit overall. Almost wearable with jeans, but not quite.

Simple elegance. Comfortable. It's a good everyday shoe for those who have to wear a suit. It's a bit shiny at first, but that gets toned down after a few weeks - or maybe I just got used to them.

I needed a pair of shoes to go with my tuxedo. The shoes fit like a glove. They looked great and were very soft. I danced in them all night. I highly recommend them.

Cole Haan runs 1/2 to a full size small as compared to Johnston & Murphy. Beautiful shoes, but too small.

They are shinny but a great shoe. I wore them for a couple days to break them in at home. It's hard to find leather soles.

I like the shoe as it is difficult to fit my left foot. Very confortable and easy on my feet.They are a little wider than I hoped but I do have a little narrorer foot than normal. I would order them again its not too often you have a shoe that is true to size. Most of the time I have to order a size 15.

I needed a good-looking, comfortable, lace-up shoe to wear with a black suit to my daughter's wedding, and this one met my specifications. I had procrastinated to the point where, once I received the shoes, I would have virtually no break-in time, so that was a concern, but from the moment I put them on, I had no issues whatsoever. Time will tell how well they wear for me, but I'm mainly a loafer-guy (the shoe type, not my lifestyle), so I don't plan to wear them that often. I wore them for the second time this past weekend at another daughter's college graduation, where I put about a zillion miles on them - still no problems. I read the other reviews prior to purchasing, and there were concerns about the shiny appearance. They're shiny (the photo is accurate), but for my taste, they give the nice, professional appearance I was looking for. Zappos' service was wow-inspiring as usual - ordered at 8pm and they were on my doorstep by noon the next day.

I really like them. Came out of the box super shiny almost like tux shoes but they look great now.

Shoes like great, and feel great. Although I indicated that they felt true to size, I felt they were a "tad" bigger than the size I ordered.

Great shoe, very comfortable. Stiff leather (and squeaky) at first, but once broken in, they feel great. I have another pair of Cole Haan's that lasted 2.5 years with 5 day a week wear.
