Hunter Boots - I love these boots! I bought a pair for me and a pair for my 8 year old daughter! I'm not sure if you still need to go a size down on the kids' boots, though.

Worth it - I bought a cheap pair of rain boots last year and was delighted that I could go right through the puddles again. But at some point this winter they cracked at the seams (which I discovered when freezing cold slush rushed into my shoe). I decided I couldn't go back to life without rain boots and thought it would be worth it to invest in the real thing instead of the cheap fashion versions that are everywhere now. I was right. I picked my Hunters up at my dad's farm in Massachusetts and spent the weekend tromping through the spring mud. The Hunters are poured rubber so it doesn't seem to me that they could crack because there aren't really any seams. They're not glued together like cheaper rain boots. The water beads on the rubber beautifully and while in my old boots, the cold from water (when walking in a creek) would go right through, in the Hunters my feet only felt slightly cool. I took them back home with me to Montreal and they make the transition from farm to city with a black spring dress very well. They're comfortable (especially with an added insole). I got the red ones and they make me feel like I'm five and invincible...mud? slush? puddles? bring it on. All the other reviews said they run big so I got a 7 (I'm normally 8-8.5) and they were too small. I got the 8's and 9's to try them and the 8's were perfect. I can fit an insole in for extra arch support; they're comfortably loose with cotton socks and bare legs for spring and perfectly snug with heavy wool socks and jeans inside for winter. Given Zappos totally wonderful service and free shipping, I'd say to get a couple sizes to try them on.

Hunter Original's are the best - Awesome boots! I just returned from a 2-week trip to Europe and I wore these almost every day. They are super comfortable; could walk for miles in them. I usually wear a 7.5 but ordered a 7 and they fit great, with socks, too. Highly recommend these puppies - they are one of my best shoe/boot purchases ever!!

Perfect! Perfect! I had seen this rain-boot around, found it in a store, tried it on, and knew that I wanted it. Then I found it on Zappos for much cheaper, ordered it with free delivery, and was thrilled to find out it was expedited the next day for no extra charge. My only comment I that they do run big so I would go one size smaller. I am usually a size 6.5-7.0 and got a size 6.0 which was great.

The real thing at last - Have worn LL Bean Wellies for years. Finally bought the genuine Wellie. These original Hunters are beyond awesome. The fit is perfect around the ankle and instep. No flopping as ya walk. With an added sport insole it feels like walking on carpet. High mid-weight socks to absorb moisture make these devils perfect for living in from sunrise to bedtime. Wish I could wear them all day at the office. My high top Chucks are gonna get a rest. Their new rubber aroma does attract attention of those nearby. I hope the aroma lasts forever. The lightening free shipping from Zappos made the whole scene perfect. You want a pair of Wellies? You've found 'em.

Love them! They fit perfectly, are extremely comfortable, look GREAT and I receive compliments every time I wear them! If you are in between sizes, order down to the next size. I wear an 8 1/2 and the 8 fits great.

Welly Good! My husband bought me a pair of cherry red Hunters as a present. I loved them so much I bought myself another pair, the iris ones. At the same time I bought him a pair as well, yellow ones. We get so many compliments about them, confirming that he looks so cute in them. We wear them all the time around the city or out on our country walks.

Love 'em. I was surprised at how pliable the material is! They are super comfy and very cute. I purchased merlot and am very pleased with the look and fit!

Spring Rain... No Problem! After our seemingly 10th week of rain, I finally broke down and got rain boots... I love them! They were comfortable, kept my feet dry and even warm. Granted I won't be wearing them with evening wear, but they definitely keep feet warm and dry in the rain.

Great Shoes! These are great boots! They are extremely comfortable and look fashionable. Like people had mentioned before, I ordered a size down for the shoe. I normally wear 10.5-11, ordered a size 10 and still had wiggle room for my toes. My only problem is that the shoe buckles a lot in the calf area when I walk because the calf area is huge in my opinion. I was worried at first that it would be too small, but I have room for jeans (not skinny jeans) and some. I am not a stick figure by any means, just average size, but perhaps it is because I am tall. Love the inside material, feels great against the leg. Just wish I had ordered them earlier because these rainstorms may be over now.

Great shoe. If ordering, definitely order one size smaller than you usually would. I ordered a sz 5 because of the reviews and I'm usually a size 6.

Wonderful Boots! Reading prior reviews helped me get the right size and fit in this boot. I needed a half size smaller then my regular size. I had to wait for my size to become available but received an email when it did. I love the look, the fit, the weight... everything. I've told many people about this site and how smoothly my transactions have been. I love ZAPPOS!!!

The Best Rainboots! These boots are the best rainboots! I chose the merlot color and I love it - it is not as bright as the red but more stylish than the black. They do run one size too large, so order accordingly. You won't be disappointed! Zappos got them to me the next day, right in time for a big snow storm. Thanks Zappos! I am very satisfied.

Love the Wellies - This is a roomy boot, and very tall, so it might not fit the shorter individual well. That being said, I love my new boots. There is plenty of room for thicker socks, and the lining inside the boot makes removal easy

I love them! I love these boots! Very comfortable, kept my feet warm and dry in any puddle. I usually wear a 6.5 and I ordered a 5 and can still wear thick socks with them. It's nice that the small belt on the top of the boot adjusts and jeans fit comfortably inside. I'm 5'2 so they hit right below my knee. I recommend these boots for sure!

Love this boot! For those of you who already own these boots or just received them: do they seem somewhat dirty to you? I guess I was figuring that they would arrive very shiny like the picture, but they were a bit dusty and dirty... Anyways, other than that, these are the boots to own no matter where you live! They are great in rain, snow, sleet, ice, hail, tornados, earthquakes, hurricanes, monsoons, floods...ok, ok - enough. But really, they are durable and stylish and comfortable. I have been wanting to buy these for quite some time and finally felt the urge to spend my 100 bucks on them and it was well worth it! So cute!!!

No regrets!! I've wanted these boots for soo long but was hesitant about paying so much for rain boots, but I finally went ahead and ordered them and I have no regrets they absolutely exceeded all my expectations. I'm a size 7 1/2 and I ordered a size 38 in red and they fit perfectly. I love them so much I'm thinking of getting another one in a different color.

True Scottish Wellies! I ordered these for my Scottish mother who wanted a real pair of Wellies. They are a bit wide for her, but otherwise have great traction and the full height is great. She also LOVES the bright red color. She walks her dog a lot, so they are perfect for the wet weather of spring with all the melting and showers.

Love them - Totally worth the price - these are so much more comfortable & fit so much better than my previous cheap pair of rain boots. I was worried about sizing, but ordered one size down & they fit perfectly. Also, others have commented that the calf opening is on the small side, but I didn't find this to be the case.

Great all around boot - Very very comfortable boot. I walk about 3 miles to and from work everyday and unlike most days my feet don't ache at all when I get to my desk! They also look great. However, it's very large in the foot (order a size down) but the calf is not particularly generous.
