Love these boots!!!! Great looking boots and so comfortable! Well worth the money. They do run big so order a size smaller. I usually wear size 7-7 1/2..bought the Women’s 7 and was able to put an insole inside the boot for extra support and wear thick socks for warm and they fit perfect.

Love my new Hunters! It's good to have dry feet and a nice, tall, well-made boot. Others say the fit is larger than marked, but I believe this is only because of the nature of a wellie: they're roomy above the toes for socks. However, the length feels true to size. I jump through every puddle I can with these on my feet!

Best Rain/Muck Boots Ever!!! I just got these boots and I can't wait till it freaking rains! I know they are a little expensive, but they are soo worth it. I wanted to use them so bad when they got here I went and stood in my lake. The first pair I ordered went a size smaller than I normally would, but they were too small, so they are pretty true to size. I ended up having to return them. Thanks so much Zappos, you have the best service ever!!!

Fab boots! These are cute, cute, cute! I ordered the fuchsia- you'll definitely get noticed when wearing these boots. I am a size 8.5 on the narrow side, and I ordered the UK 6, which is a mens 7 and womens 8. I've already gotten tons of compliments.

Aubergine Hunter Rain Boots - I love these boots. I ride my bike in them; I took them to the snow. So far I haven't fallen on my face yet. The tread is just what I was looking for. And of course, they are so very good looking. I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half size smaller. I took a 38 and I am normally a 7.5-8. Comfortable and a great color.

Really great experience! This was my first experience with Zappos, and I really was impressed. The shipping was UNBELIEVEABLY fast, and the boots came just the way they should have. I was SO happy with my 1st order, that I promptly placed another one. Anyway, the boots: I usually wear a 8.5, so I went UP to the 9...seems to be fine, though I did get the Wellie Warmers, and that makes a big difference. If you have to order up a size, grab the socks, and you'll be fine. REALLY cute with jeans, OR a fun little sweater dress!

Love my hunters! I've been wanting these boots for 2 years and could never justify the expense. Have been through multiple cheaper pairs of "rain boots" but nothing ever made me feel as confident in the look and durability as these. So I bit the bullet and bought a pair of Chocolates. Love them! They are eco-friendly because they are made from rubber, not PVC. And the compliments I get... such a classic look! They are a little narrow at the ankle to fit my jeans tucked in comfortably. Should have bought the socks too - maybe next year.

Great waterproof boots - I got these boots in Pumpkin and I love them - they are great for wet weather. They are tight around the calves though - I wanted to be able to tuck jeans, etc. into the boots but there isn't enough room (which makes them a bit uncomfortable). I don't have this problem with other boots. My husband also bought a pair of Hunters (size 12); his are a much more generous fit around the calves.

The ONLY Wellies to buy - This is my third pair of Hunter "Wellies". I've tried others, there's no point. If you can afford the price do yourself a favor and buy them. I'm English and growing up in the countryside every posh Mum wore these in green (yes, like the queen). At college I bought them in navy blue (the only other color they made at that time) for a spot of rebellion. Imagine my delight when I logged onto Zappos and saw they make them in a veritable rainbow of shades! I fancied a change, flirted with the hot pink, looked too much like my two year olds rain boots, so went with the adorable Aubergine which is just right: not crazy but not stuffy and boring. These boots last forever (my old ones were stolen and then lost respectively else I'd still be wearing them), so comfy, high in the leg for dry puddle stomping and look elegant for rain boots. They run about a half size big, but changing them on Zappos was no problem! FIVE STARS ALL ROUND and by the way, they're cheaper on Zappos than they are in the UK!!

Found the perfect rainboot! Had some functional, but ugly, yellow Calvin Klein (sorry Calvin) rain boots for a long time, but they were short and if it was windy and rainy, the water went right in the top! Tried on lots of different fancy flowered cowboy-type trendy rainboots, but they either didn't fit my calves (ex-dancer) or they were too foo-foo. Then I saw these in Real Simple Magazine! They fit my calves, they're super comfortable, they're cute, they match my mauve Burberry raincoat. I got them in Merlot, size Eur 37, US 5-6. I usually wear 5 1/2 in pumps, 6 in tennies. I love love love this boot!

Chocolate Hunter Originals - I love the way these boots look with skinny jeans and skirts. They are also the most comfortable Wellies I've ever worn. However, when I wore them for an entire day with jeans, I felt like I had shin splints the next day. My legs are not toothpicks....so this might be the problem, instead of the boots!

Hunter original boots - I read all the reviews about the size and comfort before I purchased these boots. I normally where a 7, and bought the 6. It was the right decision. I even where a heavy sock for warmth, and they fit great. They were a little snug around the calf, as my calves are big. However, I am able to wrap my jeans around and get them in the boots without any problem. I got the aubergine color and love it. I find the boots very comfortable. I have even worn them to work with a denim skirt. I have gotten many compliments on these boots and would definitely buy another pair, just to have another color! Huge puddles don't bother me anymore, you can step right in and stay dry. Walking in the muck and mud on my property this time of year is no longer a concern because I can just hose the boots off later. Perfect! I also have to say that Zappos is great. I ordered them around 1 pm in the afternoon and they arrived the next morning by 10 am. I couldn't believe it!

Worth Every Penny - I'm so glad I splurged and got these boots (in the classic green so I can wear them until I'm 90). I have never had a pair of rain boots because I am petite with big feet (size 8) and they always make me look like I'm standing on mini-barges = huge, ugly and totally unflattering. These are not like that at all. I ordered a full size smaller (US 7) and have plenty of room for ski socks when it's cold. I'm 5'3" and don't find them to be too tall at all. In addition, I have plenty of calf room, even with my "regular" (non-skinny) jeans on and my fairly muscular tennis calves. These are perfect. I would highly recommend them to any woman who has been turned off by every lesser rain boot she has tried.

These are awesome - I love this boot. I got them in Iris which is a really cute purple color almost similar to the purple background on this page. You definitely should where warm socks with these but the fit is awesome and they look really great on and they feel good. Watch the calf though. On some people it might be a little tight.

Too Tall - These boots are super cute and I majorly need some good waterproof boots. However, I am not 5'10". I am 5'4" and even though, proportionally, my legs are pretty long, these boots are too tall in the leg for me. I couldn't bend my knee to sit down b/c they came up too high on my calf. Also, these aren't the best for athletes as the diameter of the calf is more suited for a waif than a person with muscle.

Wear wool socks! Order a size smaller than you normally would, they run quite big. If you are walking through snow or slush you will definitely need to wear one or two pair of woolen socks (smart wool hiking socks work well).

More than a fashion Wellie - I love these boots! I was looking for a size 8 since other reviews said it runs large, but the closest size available in the color I wanted was 9, so I decided to try it. Turns out they're fine - not too big at all - and I can fit heavy socks under them (important if wearing them in the winter, because they're not lined with anything warm). A few things - the boots are pretty tall, and the shaft is a little narrow. I'm 5'6" with average-sized legs and if I were any shorter or any heavier in my legs, they really wouldn't fit very well. I can't tuck pants into them, but that's fine, because they look really cute with rolled up jeans, too (since they're so tall, they actually might look silly with pants tucked in). At any rate, they're perfect to slogging through the slush and puddles that we've had all winter here in Chicago. And the purple color is fun without being too over-the-top.

Navy Size 7 - I love these!! I needed a knee high boot for yard work instead of the typical calf high & these are perfect! Plus they have a slender shaft so you don't look like you're wearing waders. Super comfortable too!! I purchased a 1/2 size larger & they are roomy enough for thick hiking socks without feeling sloppy. Fantastic boots - Worth every penny! Zappos is the best online shopping experience you will ever have!!

Fashion meets function! I had been lusting after these boots for a couple years. Finally decided to pop for them after my flower patterned cheap rain boots got leaks. These are well worth the price and unbelievably versatile. I will say that I read the reviews and ordered a full size down, only to have to return those and get my true size. I like to wear a thick hiking sock with them and they fit perfect. I also added a sport insole for support for walking on muddy trails. Also, being made or rubber, I felt that a tight boot would not be ideal. Originally I ordered the navy, but returned for the right size and opted for merlot. They are gorgeous! Zappos let me exchange without question or before having received the return. They ROCK!

Great classic rain boot - I looked high and low for a good quality, good looking rain boot. This is it! They're a bit pricey, but I think this is the only pair of rain boots I'll ever need to buy. They definitely run big - I'm 8 months pregnant and these still felt a size larger than marked. All in all, I'm thrilled with the purchase.

The best! I love these shoes. They are so cute and comfy. I could seriously walk in them all day! I have them in red, which is a perfect tomato red. However, they do come up really high on the leg. Thankfully I'm 5'8, so it's not really a problem, but they might be a little too high for more petite ladies. And definitely order down. I usually wear 8.5 or 9 and I ordered the 8 and they fit perfectly.

The boots of my dreams - I love these shoes. I am obsessed with them. Chicago has been kicking my butt this winter... but no longer. I will say they don't keep my feet totally warm when its negative degrees out. I have the hunter socks and am working on the correct sock combo. Otherwise when it’s like 30 out, they are great.

Groovy Boot! I bought the Hunter rain boot in orange and love it. It's comfortable and looks great! Whenever I wear them people ask wear I got them. The bright color makes rainy days more palatable too.

A winter must have - I live in northern Ohio and winter is messy. Dirty, slushy snow that melts by mid-day... yuck. I came across these when ordering boots for my little boys. I had to have them. Look fashionable and wear great. I normally wear a size 6 1/2 and ended up with a size 5 boot in brown. (Size 6 was a bit large for my foot) I wear warm socks and tuck the boots in my jeans. I am 5 foot 2" and they are below the knee. I love these boots simply because I can walk through any messy parking lot like a kid an not care or find myself walking gingerly worrying if I will ruin my boots. I have Uggs for those cold days below 20 degrees where there is no snow melt. I am also a soccer mom and looking forward to the spring soccer fields that are usually a muddy mess. I will have these boots for years. I ordered 2 boot sizes and returned the larger. Zappos delivers next day and returns are very quick. I received my refund to my card within a week. I have ordered many times from Zappos and will continue.
