I love my Hunter boots. They are great for rainy New Orleans days. Not the best arch support though. I get at least two compliments every time I wear them.

These fit really well- they have enough room at the top of the foot to take on and off with ease. They run a bit big, but one size down from what I normally wear was a great fit. The aubergine is gorgeous and subtle.

I bought my first pair of Hunter 19 years ago and it is just beginning to show wear! Wore it mucking out barns, going for walks, riding horses, and everything else.

The shoes are great but the customer service is what I was really impressed with. I had an issue with shipping and even though it wasn\'t their fault, Zappos fixed the problem within minutes. And the next day, I had my new pair of shoes.

I love these boots! I have other "name brand" rainboots, but they make squeaking noises when I walk, and they are not very comfortable. These boots, although made of rubber, hardly make any noise at all. And they have a very comfortable insole too!! Living in southern CA, I did not think I would need them that often. But I\'ve used them on rainy days, quick runs to the store, and working out in the yard. I have the green, and will be ordering at least 2 other colors before the fall season. Don\'t bother trying to buy these at a store, like Nordstroms. They are always sold out, or only have hot pink, or all size 10s\/11s. I am a 7.5-8, the mens 6\/ womens 7 was perfect, with or w\/o a sock.

These boots are so fabulous! I get compliments almost everywhere I go and it feels like I'm pulling on a sunshiny day whenever I wear them, no matter how grey it is outside. I ordered my normal size. They feel a little roomy when I wear thin socks and are just right when I wear my warm wooly socks, so I think the sizing is just fine for how I want to wear them. They are comfortable, but I have worn them out and about all day and I was glad to take them off when I got home, so I wouldn't recommend a full day trek around town unless you really have to. Also, I find I drive about 5 miles under the speed limit in them because it takes a bit of effort to extend my foot that direction. Overall, I am so glad I finally have these, it hasn't been this much fun to jump in puddles since I was a kid.

I wore these to the Kentucky Derby with navy and white and I am so glad. They were bright and cute, stylish, totally comfy, not to mention dry. Love them! BTW, I have large calves and could tuck jeans in. Wow!

These are great, comfortable rain boots. They definitely run big...I usually buy a 10 or euro size 41 and I ordered the size 9. They fit perfectly.

These boots are a classic, must-have for anyone who spends a good amount of time outside in the garden or volunteering at parks and the like. The height of this style of Hunters ensures that your pant legs will stay clean and you feel confident to walk in anything (I haven't slipped once in muddy conditions). Similar to all boots, the sizing isn't exact for everyone. I'm a true 7.5, but I ordered these in an 8 and found the foot to feel like a 8.5 and the calf area to feel like a 7. They're snug, but not overly tight. My sister has the same pair in the same size and her calf-area has room to put a few fingers inside the boot. So take advantage of Zappos great shipping and returns service and try these out for yourself. They're hard to find locally sometimes and the Zappos price is competitive. Hunters are absolutely worth the investment, the only catch being that you'll want a pair in every color.

Love these boots. I have been wanting some for so long and finally broke down and paid the price since we finally moved on to a farm. They are very comfy and keep your feet dry. I was worried when most of the reviews said the boots run big because I'm a size 5 and that's the smallest size they had for me. I was also worried because I'm only 5’2”, that they would be too tall. Well, they fit me fine and the length is just right. If you are shorter than 5’2” I would measure before ordering because it cuts it close on the shaft length for us short girls. I will also warn you not to wear them the first time without socks though. Big mistake, got blisters on both of the insides of my ankles.

Great rain boot! Fit well, keep dry and just fun. The one down side is the yellow scuffs rather easily, so if you want to keep them looking really clean, stick with a darker color boot.

I bought a pair of Hunter Wellies in white a year ago and have worn the boots in both rain and snow ever since. The boots have been in constant use; I have worn them at muddy music festivals as well as county fairs around the country and even abroad. They are still in like-new condition and remain waterproof with no leaks! I always get a lot of compliments about them and the white color is a real eye-catcher!

Love my Hunter Boots! Extremely well made and very comfortable to walk in. Took a long walk with the dogs in the woods and they never rubbed or felt uncomfortable. They do seem to run larger than I expected though. I usually wear a US size 6 and ended up buying the Hunter Size 3. Which would be a US 5. Could not have had better customer service from Zappos.

Great and durable shoe. Looks fabulous with skinny jeans. Does have a rubber odor that slowly fades with time.

I’ve been dying to get these Hunter boots in this color forever and finally Zappos was able to get them back in stock. They are great, I love them. A little awkward to walk in a first, but comfortable with regular socks or the wellie socks for added warmth. Fit: Almost True to size. I would say they only run a 1/2 size larger.

These boots are fantastic! I often find that rain boots are clunky and uncomfortable, but these are surprisingly easy to wear. The aubergine color is very versatile - you can wear it with pretty much any other color. I get compliments on these all the time!

I loved my boots! I am very happy with the purchase and I got them just in time for the rainy spell here. I could not believe how quickly they arrived. I have been telling all my friends to use Zappos. I am an 8 1/2 so I ordered both down and up one size. I chose the larger so that I can add boot liners when it is colder.

These boots are form fitting, but not tight. I am normally an 8 1/2, but an 8 fits better because the toe shape is a perfect match (no rubbing on my long second toe). I wanted them for muddy ATVing and walking in woods. My feet don’t get tired because they are not a clunky rubber boot, like so many are. Not insulated so I don’t sweat too much. Would recommend for muddy, dirty activities or for an uber-urban look (I don’t think that is a word)! You must pay more for quality, but how valuable are your feet?

These boots are fantastic! I've been using them in anything from downpours to slightly overcast with a chance of rain and they've been a lifesaver. Plus, I can walk forever in them since they're so comfortable. I usually wear an 8.5, but ordered down to a 8 at the recommendation of Zappos and they're still slightly loose in the foot area if I wear thin socks. On cold days, I can throw on a pair of wool socks and they fit perfectly! I'm 5'7" and the top of the boot hits me about a 1/2 inch below my knee.

I love these. They’re very comfortable and make my size 9 feet look small. I’ve heard some people say that they’re narrow in the calves, but I haven’t had a problem.

After searching long and hard and reading hundreds of reviews, I finally found a pair of Hunter boots in my size. I usually wear a size 8.5, sometimes a 9 if it runs really narrow or short, so in these I ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly!!! I went back and forth on the original or the gloss and settled on the original mainly because they had the Navy in my size - I felt that it was a more practical color than one of the brighter ones - though if I had some extra dough you know I would be buying the pink or fuchsia ones!!! I had no problems with any of the white chalky residue on my boots that other reviewers had spoken of - mine were perfect right out of the box. I am 5’7” and my calves are slim veering toward average and I was worried about shaft height and circumference, since that seemed to also be a concern of other reviewers. They fit fine with some room to spare and once I get my fleece liners they should fit well also. The boots come to right below my knees, so someone a little shorter might want to get the huntresses. Hope this helps a future buyer!!! Oh yeah- Zappos also upgraded my shipping... for free! Thanks Zappos!!!

This is a very solid rain boot. No frill no glitz, but very sturdy. Zappos service was amazing. We received it right away instead of being on a waiting list in the store.

These are great! You can wear them with a skirt on foul weather days and you can wear them out in the garden during planting time. They run a little big so consider this when you choose a size. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 in most shoes and I ordered an 8 (US) in these and they are perfect. Because they are made from rubber, your feet tend to sweat and they can be a little smelly. Despite that, they are well made and versatile.

These boots are great! Love the color as they’re a very a very dark, dark purple. For those that didn’t want black, but something muted that will go w/ everything, these are the perfect color! As far as size, they run big so order 1/2 size down... i.e., I normally wear a 6 1/2 & ordered a 6. With thick socks, it will be a perfect fit!
