I needed a good pair of rain boots that could do double duty in the snow (I don\'t dig Uggs). These seem very comfortable, even more so with a thick pair of cozy socks. I haven\'t walked long distance in them yet but I\'m not anticipating any discomfort. I normally wear an 8.5 and since the other reviews I read said order smaller, I went with an 8. Had to return them for a 9, which fit perfectly.

Best rain boots on the market. I put foam insoles in them to make them extra comfy. I wear them even when it's not raining.

First of all, they came before I knew it. And then, they fit! And they are perfect! Zappos, you are the best...makes thinking about something, then getting it to happen as easy as typing out Zappos on my computer.

I highly recommend buying from Zappos! I bought a Hunters boot on a day, expecting to receive it 4-5 days after, but, for my surprise, it was here the next day! Then I thought that it was a kind of first time buyers offer. Two weeks after that, I bought my Ugg boot from Zappos again and I had the same benefit (next day delivery). They are awesome, I wish every store would be like them. My son, who is doing his MBA at Cornell, told me that they had a lecture about Zappos, and their high quality marketing strategies and client relationship. My own experience just showed how great they are!

These are the best boots ever! I got mine in black and they look like normal boots, so I wear them with everything and still look chic. At first my roommates were skeptical of my purchase, mainly because of the price, but once they saw them, and how they make your legs look miles long, they were convinced. They really are incredible! And let me add one more thing...as a member of the Big Calf Club, these boots were a bit snug, and yes it is a bit more work than your average boot to get skinny jeans into them, but they are still comfortable. Thankfully, I live in Seattle so I have plenty of excuses to wear them, rain or shine!

Cute looking boots and seem well made. When I wear without leggings, my legs get hot from the material inside (rubber backing), but this might be nice in the winter. These will be extra cute with straight leg jeans. I got one size up so that I can fit jeans inside, but boot-cuts will not fit. These look cute with shorts.

I really love these boots! I have had some trouble with the sizing (i.e. the 6 being a bit small and the 7 being too large) so I am still deciding which I am going to keep. I got them in black with the cream cable-knit wellie socks. They are SO cute together! I am 5'2, so I was a bit concerned about the height of the boot, but they are perfectly fine. They seem comfortable and are quite stylish too. I can't wait to try them out in the next rain/snow.

So excited when the boots arrived today! I was worried about the fit since so many people had trouble. I usually wear a 7.5 and ordered the boots in 39 and they fit. It's a little hard to get my foot in past the ankle area/around the curve but once I have them on they are comfortable. Love the aubergine color! Didn't want plain black but didn't want anything too flashy, aubergine is perfect. Can't wait for a rainy day!

Love the color, it's great with both black or brown outfits. So comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Lots of compliments every time I wear them.

Love these boots! I received them on a rainy day so I was able to wear them right away. They are super comfy and look amazing with my skinny jeans. These boots will become a staple. Good-bye to frumpy in the wet weather. My only complaint is that the boots are not designed for very cold temps so I'll have to buy warm boot socks.

I'm a size 7 1/2 to 8 so I ordered both the 7 and the 8. The size 7 was till big but doable with thick socks. I consider myself to have pretty normal sized calves and had no problem tucking jeans in. Aubergine a great color. Dark enough that it could be perceived as black or navy.

I love them. Perfect for the sidelines of a wet soccer field. My foot is 8.5, I ordered 8 and they fit perfectly.

Love these boots. I've tried all kinds and this is by far the best and most comfortable. I'm tempted to buy another color and definitely am buying a pair for my daughter. I have had them for about a year and wear them year round. I really put them to work at the barn and my feet stay comfy not hot and sweaty even in the summer stay warm in the winter. They get really dirty and I just hose them down and they're good as new. Easy to slip on when I head out in a hurry.

I would definitely recommend that you buy a size down than you normally would. They are great shoes! Very durable! Last rain/snow boots you'll ever need!

I had to bite the bullet and buy the original Hunter rubber boot. The minute I got it (literally 24 hours after ordering) I put them on. They felt great! Totally worth the price! I will never buy an off brand rubber boot again! The fit was wonderful right from the start! I will say I do wear a 7.5 narrow, I ordered the 38 and they fit perfect! The boot cleans up in a jiff, the height is perfect, and plenty of room to tuck into my jeans.

Who knew that a rain boot could make me feel so sexy? Love these Hunters. So comfortable - I could walk for miles in them. The heel is nice for a little height. I have very skinny calves, so the width at the top was a little wide, but not obviously so. A great quality product with lasting brand recognition. I can't believe I have gone so long without a pair of these. They are perfect for so much of what I do (walking dogs, camping, errands in the pouring rain), and I don't mind abusing them since I know they will last. Yay, Hunters!

These boots make me love the rain so much more. Classic boots for classy girls. I got them half a size bigger since I'm a 5.5, but it feels like the boots are half a size bigger (which is not all bad). I noticed a lot of people have been complaining about their calves not fitting but it's actually too big for my calves.

I can wear them all day without my feet killing me or being sweaty, and they've lasted through a lot of wet weather and mud. They're even pretty comfortable to drive in. I would recommend going by EU measuring standards and not US measuring standard, since the EU standard was more accurate to my foot (I wear a size 7US but 37EU).

I love the color of these boots! I haven't had a chance to wear them yet. It's summer here. I'm looking forward to wearing them in the fall. Thank you for your wonderful service, Zappos!

I am in love with these boots! I'm a first time customer and they are excellent quality. I ordered a half size down and they are a little tight. The Hunter crocheted socks are a must!

So much cuter than pictured! I originally bought these thinking they would be hideous, but necessary, but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to keep their feet dry while looking cute at the same time! I ordered at woman’s size 6 though I’m a 6 1/2. Fits perfect even with my muscular calves.

Love \'em. I did however expect them to fit a bit tighter, but I have fairly narrow feet. I\'ll wear heavy socks. They look great. I bought them to complete my beekeeper suit; great protection!

I will start out by saying that these boots are definitely worth the money. They have a sleek look and the leather is flexible, not stiff like so many other rain boots. For me, they fit perfectly in terms of the height (I am 5'7") and the width (I have fairly skinny calves). I can still tuck jeans into the boot, even a pair of boot cut jeans. I would definitely recommend them and Zappos is great as usual, shipping them to me next day for free. They would definitely be too tall for someone shorter. Anyone with wider calves should also consider the Huntress or the short version of the boot. Overall, extremely happy!

I am usually a 9.5/10 and ordered down to a size 9 and they fit perfectly. I ordered them at 1am and had them in 36 hours.
