No mistake about it, these are luxury boots. Absolutely LOVE them. Mine were purchased as snow/slush/muck boots and they are fantastic. Built to last, very comfortable, great traction and super stylish. Purchased some welly socks to go with them and plan to get more. I find myself reaching for these before my Sorels unless we are sledding. Just so convenient to slide on and go! Love them so much that I will be purchasing them for the rest of the family.

Size is larger than expected. Yellow is great color but shows scuff marks very easily!

Love, love, love these! An absolute necessity for stomping around the city on a rainy day, and still looking cute. I debated sizes, I wear 7.5 or 8 in most shoes, the size 7 are perfect. Not much for support, but that isn't the function. Thanks to Zappos fast delivery they arrived before the next storm, while the local stores were sold out. All the girls are jealous of the purple color too!

Zappos was awesome to deal with. Item was sold out and I was emailed as soon as it came in. Delivered within a couple of days.

Bought for my daughter to for the rainy northern CA weather and to use in the field. She loves them.

These are amazing. Super comfortable, I wear them almost every day. Possibly a half-size too big, but would not size down since when you add the Hunter socks, its a perfect fit.

Love these boots. I had a pair in hunter green, but my dog destroyed them, so decided to go with navy. Zappos was great and even though I ordered the wrong size they immediately returned them and sent the correct one. They are perfect for rainy days or if you wear with thick socks, on snowy days too!

Excellent boot, however, you must wear them a few times to get used to the feel of them. I would recommend getting the Hunter socks as well for a warm snug fit. As always a great experience using Zappos.

I tried on several styles of Hunter boots and ultimately went with the Hunter original. I liked the height and the slimmer calf. I typically wear a size 9, and tried both the 8 and 9, since some reviewers recommended going a size down. The 9 definitely fit better, esp. if I want to wear a heavier sock in colder weather. Many reviewers commented on the boot being narrow around the calf. I have an average size calf and can wear the boots comfortable with skinny jeans and leggings. it is just big enough to stuff a normal jean leg in. I tried on the Huntress also, but liked the height on the original. I agree with other reviewers that the boot is a little large in the ankle, but felt it was better with the Hunter original compared to the Huntress.

These fit exactly as I had expected and based on previous reviews I purchased the size 9 when I am a true 9.5.

I bought the original in shiny black. Although I ordered my size, an 8½, I find I need thick socks or the Hunter socks to keep my feet from slipping around. This is probably good for the snowy New England weather as I doubt that I would wear them in the spring or fall.

I usually wear a size 7.5 and I bought a size 7. It fit perfectly. I have smaller calves, but these boots fit around the calves nicely. Very happy with the outcome.

These Hunter boots are the best rain boots ever! They are so comfortable, fit true to size and are beautiful. I love the purple color because it is a more neutral tone and I have worn them with many different outfits while out trudging in the rain and they looked great. You can't go wrong with these boots. I would like to get them in other colors as well.

I bought these boots because the Uggs that I usually wear during the fall and winter were not holding up in the rain (nor are they supposed to). I bought a size 8 in Olive Green and love them. I usually wear a 7.5-8 and the 8 is not too big but has room to wear some heavy socks. Keeps me dry and stylish- the green matches with almost everything. One thing to mention though is that my calf size is normal if not a little thin, and there is not a ton of room to spare over leggings or skinny jeans so if you have larger calves I might recommend a different style of Hunters.

These boots are too cool! I bought them for my daughter as a gift. The foot fit well but the top of the boot was too tight. So sad, have to send them back!

Such a great rain boot! I bought half a size smaller as they seem to run large. I am typically a true 6 and the 5.5 fit perfectly.

I love these boots. I got my first pair 5 years ago in navy. I wear them enough to justify a second pair, this time green. No boot competes with these boots in the slop weather of New England or the rain season of Manila. I did not size down this time and the fit is better in my calves.

Love these boots. They are comfortable and go with everything. I can wear them during summer as rain boots and can wear them during winter as snow boots with wellies.

I love these boots! I was mulling over ordering them for a while but they were well worth it especially since I ordered these right before Hurricane Sandy. So they were put to good use! They are very well made and very comfortable. I was worried that the shaft would be tight due to previous reviews because I have athletic calves but have enough room to wear over skinny jeans without being too tight and should have enough room for the boot socks I plan on getting for the winter. I wear a size 7 and felt these were a little bigger than a traditional 7 but they would not go smaller due to the nature of the shoe. I also like the height of the boot shaft, it comes right below my knee (I am 5'4"). I feel that other rain boots I have tried are shorter shafted and do not look quite right. Also, I love this color (cafe latte), it goes great with everything!
