Cute and sooo comfy!!! I just got these boots today: black, size 12 B. I am so happy with them!!! I have been having really bad problems with my feet... hammer toe and then a torn Achilles. Each of these have further limited the kinds of shoes I can wear. I'm a teacher, on my feet all day on those hard floors, and have begun wearing good running shoes every day to school this year. This has been a big adjustment for me, so I am thrilled to find these so cute boots that feel great, fit perfectly, and look stylish!

WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love these boots!!! The only thing that others should know is that they are wider than expected. That means that you can wear thick socks and still be comfortable!!

Cool look and comfort, too! At last, a stylish short boot wide enough for my feet, not too high a heel, and wonderfully padded within! Other reviewers found the heel too wide, so I ordered a size down, then had to exchange for the size I would have ordered originally. Not all feet are the same, which is why Zappos easy return policy is a lifesaver!

I love Softspots! I purchased more than 15 pairs of Softspots shoes from Zappos so far. Softspots manufacture the most comfortable shoes and they are stylish, too. I will continue to buy from Zappos as their service is excellent, too.

Not very happy - This boot is as cute as can be, but that is where pleasure stops. Standing empty, the footbeds tilt outward and when one is wearing them it is a struggle of the ankles to keep them upright. The last is strange and uncomfortable. The more they are worn, the more ferocious the foot pain. I don't think that I can return them since I have worn them but I would if I could.

These are the boots I was looking for! I was looking for a boot to wear with jeans and pants that I could stand and walk in all day; something that I could look nice in but still take the dog for a long walk on hard sidewalks. These are the boots! They are so comfortably padded, not only on the ball of the foot but the heel. You can really feel the cushioning. They are generously sized and you can wear a warm sock with them. I immediately ordered them in brown after receiving and wearing the black.

Great boot! These are extremely comfortable boots. I usually don't order wider widths but did for this boot to have extra room for heavy winter socks. Now that I've been wearing these, that was a good plan.

Very comfortable! Since I had foot surgery 6 months ago, my feet are still swollen and I couldn't wear any of my shoes, so I ordered these in a wide. They are wonderful! I can actually wear them all day without my feet hurting at all--the only shoes that I can honestly make that claim about! I ordered the red oak because I wanted the dark brown and that is what they looked like in the picture--I was right! The heel does slip a little, but not where it is uncomfortable or bothersome. I think I will order another pair in black since they are so comfortable.

Dark brown Delfina - Very well made - all leather lining = instant comfort. The color is not dark brown. I would like dark brown better. They are medium brown (sort of orangish) but, I could not resist the soft comfort and pretty foot flattering look.

Great boots - I ordered wide and with thick socks (which I like for cushioning anyway) they are perfect. Very comfortable, perfect heel height, and not bad looking. I love squared toe boxes for comfort and the look. I have bunions, high arches, sensitive skin, AND I'm on my feet a lot - especially when teaching. Softspots have proven the best overall of every brand I've tried, whether super-expensive to inexpensive, for long days on my feet.

I have a lot of problems with my feet and am tired of always wearing sneakers. This little boot is great and comfortable. I highly recommend this boot.

A boot with arch support! This boot actually has arch support! What a concept! I do find it a little tight over my high instep, but otherwise, reasonably comfortable.

Great for mommies, too! These boots are awesome! Great for walking. Highly recommended for women who want something fashionable, but have spirited toddlers to chase around!

Softspots: stylish and comfy - These ankle boots are so soft and comfortable, the leather is very supple. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a casual stylish boot.

I have wide and deep feet, and these boots accommodate both. Because my regular size was unavailable, I ordered a half size up, but it doesn't look or feel "too big." I wear thick wool socks in the winter, so this gives me a little breathing room. The Red Oak color is good, a deep brown with a little red, which blends well with other neutral winter colors.

Great ankle boot - This boot is, indeed, as great as advertised. The leather is extremely soft, and the inside extra insole pad makes it heavenly to wear.

My new FAVORITE! This boot is so comfortable that it even passed the Disneyland test. After walking all over the Disneyland Resort for several hours, this boot gave my sensitive feet no problems. The extra cushy, form fitting foam soles are amazing! The boot is on the wider side if you have a narrow foot. They fit my normal to wide foot perfectly, and I like wearing thicker socks with this type of boot anyway. I will be ordering Softspots again. I highly recommend this shoe for comfort and a kind of sexy/ casual look. And Zappos is just the best as usual.

Softspots Delfina - Beautiful boot. Lovely, classic design; soft leather, roomy toe area, good sole. I have the "red oak" color which actually is the dark brown color. The color designation between the red oak and dark brown is confusing. Beware of the heel. The heel and the ankle are too wide. My heels slip out and up when I walk. If you have a fat heel and ankle in proportion to the rest of your foot, this is the boot for you. I put in heel grips (not easily) and I have to roll down my socks around my ankle, but even this doesn't help much. I kept the boots, though, for the good looks and because the footbed is so comfortable.

Delfina boot is fine - I found it to be stylish and have a surprisingly roomy toe box so you have space for heavier socks in the winter.

Nice boot - I saw these boots in a catalog, but I always check Zappos before I buy, because I love the free overnight shipping! These boots are so comfy, and they are great with pants.

Comfy Boot - I take a 7 1/2 medium, but ordered a narrow based on the other reviews. The narrow is good, except the heel is still a little too wide. I also could have gone up a 1/2 size. Other than that, they are very comfy.
