Comfy and cute - These little boots are super cute, I love the heel. They may run a tad large as I can easily wear them with thicker socks, which surprised me. They look great with jeans or black pants that are long enough. I love 'em!

Most Comfy Booties Ever! Title says it all: I love these boots and practically sleep in them. Plus, they go with just about everything. The other day my sister gave them a great compliment: "Wow, they make your [size 10] feet look really small." And for a minute I was dainty.

Love this boot! It's stylish, very cute, looks great with jeans, and fits my wide foot well. With most shoes, I have to go up a size from my usual (10W) if I want to wear thick socks, but this boot has plenty of room to accommodate them--actually they would probably slip around a little too much if I didn't! They are very comfortable, and the only reason I gave 4 stars for comfort is the fact that the ball of my foot gets a little tired after wearing these for a lot of walking (like on an all-day shopping trip) because of the heel height. In every other aspect, they are extremely comfortable--no pinching anywhere, roomy toe-box, no rubbing across my high instep, soft cushy insole, and a bit of give in the outsole and heel to prevent fatigue when walking on hard surfaces.

Great Service - I've worn Soft Spots shoes for years, so I figured they would be comfortable and stylish. The thing that blew me away was that they were delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. Way To Go! I will be back to order again.

IT FITS! Hard to find wide and extra wide shoes after I had ankle surgery. I needed a comfortable shoe, one that would allow for a bit of swelling, and yet be a good looker. This fits the bill. This is as high as my podiatrist would allow me to go for heel height, and I wasn't sure I could handle it. This shoe has so much comfort and support, that I didn't have to worry. Great with everything and I got many compliments on this boot. I will be ordering it in brown as well. Felt a bit wider than I thought, but with a heavier sock, it’s not a problem.

Perfect!! This shoe is perfect for anyone looking for a dress up or dress down boot in jeans. Very pretty and exceptionally comfortable. There is no break in period with these, just total comfort from the minute you put them on. You don't realize there is a heel. They run a bit wider but it's fine after being on your feet for awhile after your feet swell, your still comfortable. The leather is butter soft and the footbed is heaven, now I know where the Softspots is... right under your foot. Love'em!

Cushion-y - I have the black suede boots which go well in casual or dressier ensemble. The heel height is comfortable enough for long periods of standing or walking. There's a layer of cushion on the inside which makes this pair of boots one of my favorites.

Better in "real life" - I liked these enough to order them, but when I got them, I liked them even more. The leather is soft and supple, not thick and stiff as I imagined it would be. Stylewise, they are even cuter in person than they look online. The ankle opening is quite wide, but I'm thinking it will be okay with heavier socks - maybe even tucked-in pants.

Soooo Comfortable! I got this shoe in one size larger than I needed because I wanted to wear socks with it and it's perfect. I've never put my foot into a more comfortable shoe; it's like walking on pillows. It's not the prettiest or most fashionable shoe, but looks just fine under some jeans.

Nice, comfortable boot. Comfortable, good arch support, only drawback is the style is not the most fashion forward.

Close, but no - I am an 11 wide. I have had major knee surgery and a total hip replacement along with plantar fasciitis in my left heel pretty severely. I have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes and especially nice-looking comfortable shoes. I usually wear Dansko clogs which are always what I return to after trying everything else. I was hoping these would be cute, stylish and comfortable. They are cute, not great, but definitely better than what orthopedic boots usually look like. I was disappointed that although they were 11 wides, they were too narrow in the toe box but really wide everywhere else, so by the end of the day, my foot slid forward into the too tight cramped too box but slid all around in the heel, making them unstable to walk in. Unfortunately, I had already worn them a couple of times so could not return them. I ended up selling them to someone. But all that being said, I love Zappos!

This is a comfortable, good looking, quality ankle boot. The only complaint I have is that it's wider than what I consider to be a narrow fit. I'm very pleased with the treatment, ease of ordering and ease of returns, with Zappos.com! I'm thrilled to have discovered them. I rarely order anything from a company I know nothing about, but any fears I had were immediately abated with their service. Keep up the great service!

Pretty nice - I like this boot, it's very comfortable but the size is slightly too big so you might want to get a half a size smaller than usual for this one. Very cushiony and soft feeling plus they look nice.

Don't love the look - This boot is comfortable and has decent arch support, but I really didn't love the look. The heel shape doesn't fit the shape of the boot somehow. Anyway, beware this boot is a full half size larger than marked. If you wear a 7.5, get the 7. It's plenty big.

Nice boot - I liked the look of the ECCO Brigger better, but that boot didn't have much cushioning at all and the sole did not extend out far enough to protect the leather upper so it looked easily damaged. I was disappointed because I really love my other ECCOs. The Delfina was my second choice because it had more cushioning and was fairly nice looking. Arch support is minimal, which means this boot is only worn on short days! I generally wear an 8, but in this boot a 7.5 fit better than the 8.

Boot review - Pretty comfortable, though heal seems a little mushy -- I feel a little unsteady. They also look wider (from above) that I expected.

Excellent comfort level! I am so pleased with the comfort of this boot. I have worn it all day and night several times and had absolutely no discomfort at all! Great choice for jeans and all day casual wear.

great jean boot, runs narrow - If these had pointier toes I'd give them Look = 5. I normally wear a W but had to order WW so they do run a bit narrow. Normally boots don't fit me with my high instep but I could wiggle my foot in since it has the elastic gore. It was a tight fit but once in, they were comfortable. I wouldn't walk a mile in them but for average walking around the office they're just fine.

Very comfortable - I was shocked when I first tried these on at how comfy they were. It’s like walking on a cloud. The heel is a good height for still being able to walk yet be stylish. So, if you are looking for a practical cute boot, these are great. They are not as fashionable as I would prefer, but my feet are happy.

Comfy, good fit, great value - Have gotten lots of compliments on these. Comfortable to wear all day. True to size. Will buy another pair in a different color, that's how much I like these.

Wish I'd gotten the Red Oak color - I have these boots in Dark Brown leather, which is lighter in color than the Red Oak. It's an odd color and will probably look best with blue jeans (denim). The toe box is certainly roomy which is a good thing; the footbed feels a little long though, so I will be wearing heavy socks with these. The heel could offer a bit more support... Other than that, they are quite comfortable.

Comfy, everyday boots - My foot measures a 7EEEE - so I found that this shoe fit well at a size 7.5WW. It is wide enough in the ball of the foot area for a truly wide foot. It had a rugged look, although I would like it more if it took that look a little further. A good everyday shoe for wearing with pants (not skirts).

Very cute and comfortable. If you're going to do a lot of walking, the heel is a little narrow and not so good for balancing. But they look great. Tad bit on the large size. I'd suggest ordering a half size smaller.

Great boot for jeans - Comfortable, roomy enough for warm socks - I wore these all day on a recent trip to Canada-looked great, light weight, great cushioning.

Softspots not so soft - This boot fit very nicely as far as length, width and arch support. However, I would not recommend you wear it all day as the ball of my foot became very sore after a couple of hours. The front of the boot rubbed up against my leg causing a blister as well. I now change into a pair of shoes once inside unless I am only wearing an hour or so.
