Comfy and good looking - These fit great. They're true to size, and very comfortable. I walked all day the first time I wore them!

Cute, comfortable footbed, odd fit - Very cute bootie. Stylish and generally comfortable. They are extremely easy to walk in. I often forget I'm wearing heels. They fit a little weird. They are wide in the heel way wide on my ankle. There was also an odd ridge in the arch support. The memory foam is comfy but it makes it hard to shove a sock in. I kept them but I put an insert in to cover the ridge and make them easier to get on.

Surprisingly Comfy - Let me begin by saying I have difficult feet. Hence, finding a comfy shoe is tricky. This ankle boot is comfortable. Granted it's not the sexist boot out there but, if you're in it to wear all day, it'll work for you. The only gripe, and it's not a biggie, is that the top of the ankle opening is rough. They should have finished it with a small turned down cuff. By the end of the day there's some chafing at the ankle.

Comfortable but no ankle support - I'm a teacher, so I'm on my feet all day long. These boots are very comfortable; I have no issues with standing in them for hours at a stretch. They keep my feet warm without being too hot and my feet aren't smelly at the end of the day. They make a nice sound, too, soft not clacky to disturb my students. However, I can't wear them more than one day in four. There is NO ankle support, and I have bad ankles, so my ankles feel rather sore the next day.

Very nice shoe - I was looking for a nice, comfortable low-heeled leather boot, and this one fit the bill. I had to order a half-size less than I usually wear, and it feels oddly loose, still, around the ankle. But it is a very comfortable boot and I really like the look of it - works fantastic with jeans!

Softsport's Delfina - I bought the pair since I was going to Utah and needed warm boots. The width is nice and they look cute although my twenty something daughter did not like that it was too short around the ankles...I wore for them for 2 days including the airline flight. The third day my ankle was hurting a little. I have not worn them since but I intend to for only several hours.

Fashionista on her feet all day - These are super comfy, but not too sexy. However, if you're in retail like me, it will save your feet during the holiday season. Cute enough to pass, just not an outfit making shoe.

Got what I was expecting. After I read all the previous reviews, I was prepared to love the way the shoe looks and the comfy footbed, but to be a little bit annoyed that the heel is rather too big and your heel will slip around in there when you walk. I decided I could deal with it because I wear my Dansko clogs all the time, and they don't hold my heel in, either, and I love them. I've gotten compliments on the boots, and they look great with my work pants or my jeans, and they give me a little extra height with a feminine heel that I definitely need because I am only five feet tall. The extra room in the heel was kind of annoying, especially since the sides are kind of narrow by the toes, so I can't wear thicker socks with the boots, or else my toes feel too squeezed. So I wear trouser socks, and I'm fine. Only thing is, I do a lot of walking in NYC where I live, so after a while, my foot kept sliding forward, which wasn't so great, but again, I like the boot a lot overall, so I can deal with it. I don't wear them every day anyway. The only other thing I would change about the boot is the weird seam around the toe that doesn't seem to have any purpose, and was put there for the sake of style, but I do not think it actually adds anything good to the style and the boot would look better without it. However, that is really moot because that is the way the boot is styled, and I bought them and wear them, so obviously it's not a big deal.

These boots are extremely comfortable. They look nice with either jeans or slacks.

An okay boot, not everyday wear to work - I was disappointed with the comfort of this boot. It seemed tight through the toe area and didn't have enough support for all day wear. I am a school librarian and am on my feet all day. These were not comfortable for the entire day. They are, however, great looking with jeans for a day of shopping or out to dinner.

Good for high-arched WW feet - These great looking ankle boots were the best fitting of several that I tried. I have a very high arch and double-wide feet, so finding shoes is challenging. The shoes are wide enough and they provide good (not excellent) arch support. The heel is not as stable as I would like, which means I would not be comfortable walking on the sidewalk more than 20-minutes, but overall, they are extremely attractive and good fitting.

Fashionable comfort! I can't get over how really cute these booties are and how comfy! I have problem feet (metatarsal pain at the moment, but have had plantar fasciitis in the past) and miss being able to wear something with a bit of fashion sense. These really fill the bill. I got the black suede and they're just elegant! Great with jeans or nice slacks.

Wide heel - I love this boot. I have been searching for comfortable boots with a heel to wear with jeans. This is so cute and fits my wide foot with a high arch well but the heel was so wide, my foot almost slipped out of the back. I am going to try a medium width and I hope it fits. The red oak is beautiful- you can wear it with anything!

Nice boot - These boots run really wide. I ordinarily wear size 10.5 - 11 medium, but I had to order a narrow. They are still a bit wide, so I wear them with athletic socks. Otherwise, they are cute and comfortable for messy winter weather.

Boots for function not stylish - I ordered these boots a half size larger as one of the reviewers who has wide feet like me suggested. They were too long. I also didn't care for the rounded toe look and the outward sole around it made it more noticeable. I returned them for a different style.

Delfina Softspots - I really like the look and comfort of these shoes, however, the design of the ankle portion needs help. They are WAY too loose and have no support in that area. I don't think my ankles even touch the sides at all! I will have to send these back and find something else. Still LOVE Zappos!!

Great looking but not so comfortable. I really needed some stylish and comfortable shoes. I know that is a tough shoe to find. I thought these would be the ones. They are ok in the comfort department. I would not recommend them for someone who is looking for a comfortable shoe. However, they are cute. Even my 18 year old daughter wanted some. The shoe is loose like other people commented on, but not in a bad way. They don't feel like they are about to fall off.

Leather is a little hard and a little cheap looking - I was a little disappointed by the look of the shoe. I think I like the more expensive leather boots. They were only 100 dollars so I should of expected that when I bought them.

These are darling! Before I ordered these I read all the reviews, because I often order by mail this is one feature I really appreciate about Zappos. The reviews kept saying that although comfortable, the heel was too wide. So I took a chance and this is what I found, they are cushiony soft inside, there were wide as reported, the problem about the heel is the following; the shaft is too wide. Very few people have an ankle with that circumference. In other words, where the shaft narrower the shoe wouldn't pop out. So it's not so much the heel as the large shaft opening. And why it has an elastic band eludes me because it is so wide that the elastic just ends up being a decoration. So because I have a problem finding shoes and these include three very important features 1)the heel height (Yum!) 2)the inner bed (Yum Twice) 3)the style I have an idea to modify them myself. So all in all, the shaft is way too wide. Enjoy. Thanks Zappos! I love that free overnight shipping!!

Delfina - My usual size is 7. I ordered these in 7 wide because of my bunions. The length felt right, but my foot wallowed in the boot. It's still a cute boot. Just don't order wide unless you really need to. :) The color is a nice shade of dark brown (red oak). Zappos got these to me almost before I could take a deep breath--over the end of the holiday weekend, no less!

Delfina Review - This shoe is very attractive. Although, it did not work well with my knees and posture. As an average sized woman, I need shoes that are both attractive and comfortable. My feet start to hurt after wearing them for a few hours.

Wide heel - I ordered these in a medium width and was surprised how large they were in the heel. I don't think I've ever felt that with other shoes, so it was surprising. Also, I wanted to order the dark choc color and there was a cross up of color and picture, but I went with the color listed -- unfortunately I ended up with the lighter brown. Otherwise they are pretty cool looking, but just don't fit well.

Major Bummer... These boots feel as if I am walking on the side of my heels, which makes them extremely uncomfortable. I've worn them three times since purchase, and that's indoors only (at work) where I keep them in a draw for no apparent reason...Go figure. I cannot quite put my finger on it. I can say it's the heel of the shoe that's unstable, or the construction of the shoe per se that's poor. I can definitely say with certainty, this boot is not for my feet.

Updated review after wearing them - OUCH! At first I liked these but after wearing them walking around the office (on carpeted floors), I'm limping, these things hurt. I'm in the minority however since the vast majority of the reviews are positive. I wear 7W in most shoes and these are painful.
