Love the look but... Ordered 9 narrow...always order same size. Feel overall big...love the look and comfort. I'm going to order an 8.5 narrow and see if they fit better...Hope so!!

Love them - With my 8 1/2 EE+ feet it’s terribly hard to find attractive shoes. The heel is gives me much needed height!!!

Love em'- I really like these boots. They are comfortable and pretty stylish. A little boxy, but still look nice. I got the "red" color, but it is more like a dark brown and goes great with jeans. The only problem is there is a bit of rubbing on my baby toe on my right foot. I'll try with a band-aid on the toe and see if that helps for awhile. Cute shoes, though!

Delfina by Softspots boot - The Delfina boot is a beautifully crafted product but was very loose and almost sloppy in fit. The shoe fit in length but not width. I ended up ordering a narrow, which solved the problem. I do not have a narrow foot. The customer service and shipping is superior at Zappos. Why shop anywhere else?

Great waterproof boot - I am a 9.5, which wasn't in stock, so I went with the 10. They are really big - enough that it makes me wonder if a 9 would actually have been better. Nevertheless I am wearing them with thick socks which makes them perfect, and they are very stable for walking in bad weather, without looking frumpy. Nice heel, nice stitching. I am very happy with them.

FINALLY!! Boots that fit! I wear size 6 Extra Wide - that's EE. All of the stylish shoes/boots come in B width. Most EE widths are orthopedic shoes! (Also, it is assumed that if you have wide feet you have wide calves). I have searched the internet and visited hundreds of websites for nice boots. Not only did I receive these boots in LESS THAN 24 HOURS - but my foot just slipped into them WITH my usual heavy cotton socks. The width is true to size and I will order these in another color. They come up to just above the ankle bone. You will be more than pleased with these boots.

I love this bootee. It is comfortable and I didn't have to break them in. I have gotten lots of compliments on the style, and the fact that it makes my feet look smaller. And that a good thing! Oh yes, and the leather is very soft. LUV!

Classy boot for any style - This boot is so neat looking. In retrospect, I wish I had ordered 1/2 size larger - it's fine with hose, but sometimes I'd like to wear a heavier sock and it is too tight with other than hose. I'd already worn it and could not return it.

A nice boot for wide feet and ankles - After a LONG search for boots to fit wide feet, I found these. I sometimes wear an 8W and sometimes an 8.5M. With either, I frequently use a stretcher. I ordered an 8W about a month ago and they fit right out of the box. I have not needed to use a stretcher on either one and I have worn them with either trouser socks or lightweight crew socks. The top edge is comfortable, too, in spite of my wide legs. My preference is for comfort and the heels are a little too high for that, but still quite manageable although these are the highest heels I have worn in years. Being a teacher, I like that they are quiet when I walk. They look great with pants and long skirts, too.

A good choice for troubled toes! I haven't worn any kind of heel in 5 years. This boot has a nice stylish little heel and lots of room for my "high heel ruined toes"! I'm happy with my choice.

I STILL HAVE THEM ON!!!!!! Today is my first day I wore these boots. I have been dressed since 7:30 AM and I still have them on. These are the best boots I have ever bought. I also purchased another pair of boots but they were horribly uncomfortable. I will be sending them back for another pair of these in a different color.

Extremely comfortable - This is a very comfortable boot with a nice wide footbed and lots of padding. It is a little more casual that I imagined but looks great with jeans. Extremely comfortable and true to size.

Love these boots! Having a wide foot and a high arch/instep, finding a boot that fits is rare. These are wonderful! They were comfortable the minute I put them on... no need to break in. They do run large. I usually wear 8 or 8.5... had to get 7.5 for good fit. Some reviewers have not liked how wide this boot is at the top... I would not have been able to get my foot in if it was narrower. If you are looking for something on the casual side, but stylish, these are great!

Sooo comfy - I wear them every weekend to run my errands and I’m a sneaker girl so I was nervous at first but they actually feel like sneakers. They are the best.

Best boots ever! I have had these boots for about 3 months and I've worn them at least 4 times a week since I bought them. I'm usually pretty rough on my shoes, but these boots have really held up. They look almost as good as new. They are incredibly comfortable -- the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. The heel height is a perfect compromise between comfort and style. They look even better on my foot than on the website. Who could ask for more? This is my third style of Softspots that I own and I will buy more and more. Keep the new styles coming!

Softspots boots - I was very pleased at the quick shipping of these comfortable and cute boots. They are very comfortable as are the Avenue style, which I use for work shoes. I was surprised at the width and size. They do run a little large, but work great with a thicker sock. Thank you Softspots for making such a comfortable and stylish product. I am a waitress and have difficulty finding shoes that fit well and look good.

Love These Boots - I was in need of a first pair of boots after getting the cast off of a broken foot! I'm a dance teacher and reeeeally needed to be careful and follow Dr.'s orders. These boots really filled the bill. They were VERY comfortable; and, I think, stylish, as well. I ended up buying them in brown AND black. Highly recommended if you want comfort, and don't care about a high heel.

Love these boots! These boots are wonderful. They are style and comfort personified. I wear a 7.5 med. and ordered 7.5 med. They fit perfectly. The heel is slightly high but does not make the noise of a high heel.

Super comfy! These boots are sooooo comfortable. I wanted something besides sneakers for comfort to wear with jeans. I usually wear a wide shoe, but ordered these in WW so I can wear padded socks with them. I love them! Will probably buy another pair in a different color. The only minor thing I would prefer is a pointier toe.

I bought this shoe a month ago and they are SO comfy. They look nice and I've gotten a lot of compliments, but they're not trendy by any stretch. They're a great everyday at the office or running errands boot because they're so comfortable, but not something I'd wear out at night. The heel is wide, but not so that it slips and the elastic is a bit unnecessary since there's tons of room at the ankle, but in either case, it doesn't change the look or comfort of the boot.

Very Soft - These shoes are very comfortable, soft to walk in and true to size.I thoroughly enjoy them. And they're not to warm for CA winter.

This boot is wonderful. I had almost given up finding a boot that fit. I have a very wide foot and a high instep, and this boot still fits great. My toes have plenty of room, the boot zips up easily, and it is comfortable to wear, even when walking on concrete. It even has arch support! I'm not sure how to rate the true-to-size questions. This is how I feel a 7WW should fit - how they used to fit - but I often find shoes now that are too small or too narrow.

I'm hesitant to buy boots because I have a high arch and often I can't get them onto my foot. These fit perfectly and are true to size. No ordering them a half size larger just to get the arch fit! The heel is a bit chunky but is a good compromise, trading only a bit of fashion for walking security. I have loved Softspots shoes and now these boots are added to the list! Zappos' delivery was on time as promised also!

Very comfortable boots - I really like this boot but I should have ordered a 1/2 size smaller am thinking about the black leather. I bought in suede and love them. Keep up the great work Zappos my most favorite shoe website...

Softspots! I was looking for a comfortable, yet dressier black boot - and this one really hits the mark. I got it in a wide, since I have bunions, so there's plenty of room. Also, the heel is low, which helps too. I purchased the black suede boot which I think looks a bit dressier than the leather version. This boot looks great with slacks, and jeans, but I've also worn them with long skirts, and the look is awesome.
