Absolute comfort - These boots were much more comfortable than expected. I thought I'd insert my orthotics, but didn't have to, because the innersole was so well padded, it felt great.

Very useful - I got the suede and I love them. They are comfortable and I've gotten compliments on them. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day -- no problem in these. Great look with black tights and a cute dress.

Softspots Rule - Absolutely wonderful boots. Buttery soft leather, soft, supportive soles; these are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Great styling as well!

Softspots Delfina - This was a x-mas gift for my mom; she loved them!!! They are well made; the leather is top grain, first quality, shiny and soft. Interior is super soft, cushiony and suede like insole feels like heaven. The wide size offers plenty of room not just in the toe box but also throughout the instep and ankle, which was my mom's concern. I only gave it a 3 for look, because... well, why oh why do they make every pair of shoes either comfortable OR beautiful?!! Why can't it be both? I want my Stuart Weitzman's to feel just as comfy inside! And my mom wants her boots to look like my Stuart’s... oh, never mind! These are great for any lady with problem feet; plus they are great in the rain, because of non-slip stable outsole. I got her a 1/2 size larger than her usual to be able to have socks for cold weather. Perfect!

Exactly as expected - I love these boots. They are perfect for Jeans or dress pants . Very comfortable, fit perfectly, and look great. Wore them when I got them the first day to a Christmas parade. On my feet for hours with lot's of walking involved , no problem no break in time nothing, JUST PERFECT

Very, very comfortable. these are the most comfortable boots! I wore them on a recent trip and had no problem walking through 2 airports. They go great with jeans.

Stylish & Comfy - Boot interior is fantastic. Soft and comfortable. They fit me true to size. Heel is perfect for wearing all day. Ordered the red oak and a few weeks later went back and ordered the black leather. Lots of compliments. I wear with everything, skirts, dresses, (with tights) and jeans. Thanks Zappos. I love this little boot - I wore these boots yesterday for the first time. I wore them to work all day and walked around a lot. I found them to be very comfortable as they have an arch support that is nice and padded so as you take a step the feeling is comfort. I may get another pair in another color.

Very Nice boots, I am finally able to wear a heavy sock without my foot being sqeezed.

Love them - These, along with my Born boots, got me through Europe's cobblestone streets, museums, and LOTS of sight seeing and they still managed to look really cute. They survived the Paris 9 day transportation strike! Enough said!

This is a great boot. I really like this boot and am debating to buy it in brown also. It is very comfortable. The foot bed is padded which makes it really comfortable. It is nice and wide and the heel is just the right height. This is a great boot.

Great casual wear boot! These shoes are great! I could not believe how good they felt when I initially put them on. Comfort was the key for me and these shoes delivered. I wore them to a football game for the first time and had none of the usual pain you get wearing a new shoe for a long time. Great look with jeans or slacks and comfort too. It is a win-win!

Great walking boot! I have purchased Softspots sandals before and have found these boots just as comfortable and true to fit as my other footwear from them. I've worn these boots for 18 hours at a stretch and my feet never were uncomfortable. I highly recommend this brand for both shoes & boots.

Comfort and Fashion - I love this boot. It is well-made, fits true to size, and gives you a bounce in your step. The really great thing is that the ankle opening is wide, too, so no more leaving the boot half unzipped so I can be comfortable. Now I have comfort and fashion.

Fabulously comfortable - Originally I ordered these in a 9W because they didn't have a 9WW which I normally wear. When I received the boots, they were so cute but a little too narrow for my wide feet. I was so disappointed that I couldn't keep them...but then I received an e-mail telling me that Zappos had gotten them in a 9WW and sent them out. I was so lucky to get them. What a difference a "W" makes. I can wear them every day because they are so comfortable. And they look so smart and go with everything. I am waiting for Zappos to e-mail me when they get them in my size in brown. I love these boots! I wish they came in a brown or grey suede. That would look nice. I recommend these as well as any Softspots shoes. They are the best for wide feet for sure. Love Zappos!

Beautiful boots! I love how these boots look. The leather is very nice looking, and the detailing is nice and takes them a notch above "ordinary". The heel is cute and a bit unusual. The toe is a bit squared but not so much as to make it look utilitarian. These look great with jeans. I gave "comfort" 4 stars. I'd have given it 4.5 if I had been able to. The only thing that is wrong is that the heel feels just a bit unstable. Not to the point of being wobbly, but not rock stable either. One overall comment. I have very wide feet, and I got the EE size. They do not -look- wide on my feet. In fact they make my feet look narrow and small, because my feet are not straining against the material.

My new favorite shoe - I love these shoes. Very comfortable right off the bat--no break in period necessary. I have Fred Flintstone feet (at least that's what my family says) and these are a dream. Can't wait to buy more Softspots.

Most Wonderful Boot Ever - This is the most wonderful boot I have ever put on. It is stylish and super comfortable. I spend all day on my feet and they don't hurt in this boot. Also it is not too hot.

Softspots Delfina - I love my Softspots; they are so comfortable and stylish at the same time. I go to a lot of hockey games and there is plenty of room to wear the toe warmers in this boot without them feeling tight. They do "give" slightly in the width after a couple times wearing. I have gotten many compliments on them, well worth the price.

Delfina Review - As usual I was blown away by your amazing service and the quality of this shoe. I ordered on Saturday and had my shoes Monday!
