Too good to be true - I read some of the previous reviews before I purchased these shoes and was hopeful their comments were true about them running a little big. They fit perfect. If you put in long hours like I do (14 hrs. or more), they give you a little breathing room.

Softspots Delfina - If you have a wide foot this shoe will fit you comfortably. Not quite as good looking as the picture--but comfy none the less.

These sassy little ankle boots simply couldn't BE more perfect. After years of being a Birkenstocks-only person, I'm tentatively risking my wide, flat feet in the new world of stylish shoes in wide sizes with arch support. I've tried a few sporty casuals with no or just a teensy heel, but I've really wanted to get something snappy-looking for fall. I fell in love with the Delfina just looking at its picture on the website. And now that I've got it, I'm impressed with how well-made--I took a long close look at all the stitching--and *comfortable* it is. I can even handle the heel! A comment on the leather: the "dark brown," as others have noted, is a yummy medium brown--the color reminds me of a Western-style saddle--not yellowish, not reddish, just a warm caramel color. The leather is smooth and soft. I haven't polished 'em yet, but the leather looks as if it would take polish quite well, so you could take it in a shinier direction if you wanted to. Have fun, cowgirls!

Comfortable, plenty wide boot. This boot is cute, particularly if you have small to average size feet. My husband loves them. Certainly they are nice and wide. I agree with others that you'll probably need a 1/2 size smaller than normal (I did!). The heel part is rather loose and wide, but I put in some heel grips and that seems to cure the problem. The dark oak is a nice color too - more like chocolate brown.

I love these boots! There's nothing like taking a pair of boots out of a box and wearing and walking in them for 10 hours only to find that your feet are as happy as they were when you put the boots on in the morning! My only complaint is that I do not have a pair in black and I would love to have this boot with an exterior design that is a little dressier.

Delfina boots - I was blown away by the super FAST delivery of my shoes! I ordered them in the evening on a Monday night I think it was, and Tuesday they were delivered! I'd never had anything shipped to me that fast! The boots are great quality, and are so comfortable! I'm very impressed with Zappos and WILL return for more purchases in the future! Thank you.

AWESOME! I am a new Softspots fan. I just put on my new boots and they are unbelievably comfy. I have a pinched nerve in my back and it makes most shoes very uncomfortable but these are the exception. Now, off to buy another pair of Softspots from Zappos!

Heaven - These boots are sooo comfortable! The gel heel is so cushy that even someone like me with foot problems can wear them. They look nice, too! My new favorite shoe. I have been wearing them almost non-stop since the arrived.

Great boot! I bought this shoe in the dark brown, which is really a nice neutral medium brown color that goes great with jeans and many other colors. They are really comfortable and I received many compliments on them. I bought the same shoe in the black suede and would buy the black leather but they didn't have my size. As always, Zappos service is great.

Such comfortable shoes, I love it! Since I got the shoes I'm wearing them all week at work, they’re such comfortable shoes. I'm planning to buy the other colors too! The only fault that I made is I ordered a 1/2 size bigger thinking of the 1/2 inch allowance like I always do. Don't get me wrong I chose not to return it. And another thing I would like to comment on is the GREAT customer service of Zappos and the fast delivery. I had them deliver this item to an APO and it got here soon as I thought it would. Thank you Zappos.

Nice short boots, very very comfy, easy to walk in & they don't make noise on floors. They are very wide & bigger than usual sizing. I have wide feet, usually wear 9-9.5 & have trouble buying boots so I ordered these in 9.5 wide & they were way too big, ordered down to 9.5 med... still too big...ordered 9 med still too big finally ordered 9 N (I have never worn a N in my entire life) and they are perfect!!! Zappos is fantastic!!!!

Delfina all the way! This is the most comfortable pair of boots that I own. They are stylish, yet comfortable. I highly recommend. I love them!

Too big! I wear a 7 wide and based on reviews, ordered a 7 medium. Too tight. Returned for a 7 W. Fits great across but too long! It runs about a 1/2 size too big so I'll return again for 6.5 W. Very very comfy casual boot, good cushioning and the heel is springy. Goes great with jeans and cords. I can see chasing my toddler down in the airport in these. Good for wide feet too since it has the top detailing which makes your foot actually look smaller.

I have D width feet in a half size, and my Softspots are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, as well as being cute! I can never find anything cute in stores to fit my feet. Thank you Zappos for carrying these!

Great boot - Very comfortable shoe/boot. Wore them all day, and no discomfort, no blisters!

Very comfortable for a shoe with a heel! Had very little need for breaking in, wore them all day straight out of the box with no problems. I needed thicker socks that usual because they seem to run a touch large.

Review for Softspots boot – The look would be better if the stitching around the boot was black. The width around the leg is too wide, although I did have to put on a thicker pair of socks. The walk was comfortable.

One happy lady - I bought this boot in all the colors available. It is perfect as a wear with everything at any time boot. The leather is delicious and soft. The comfort is fantastic. The style is great, fashionable, and perfect for dress or sport. My only slightly negative has to do with the zipper. I wish it were sturdier. I'm sure it will be fine, but it is a bit on the delicate side. No matter; I love the fit, the feel, and the look of these boots.

Stylish and comfy - Bought these for a business trip. Wanted something nice looking, yet comfy. Wished they had my size in leather, but they did not at the time. They are roomy enough for thicker socks. A little too big around the opening for me. Had to wear higher socks so they wouldn't rub when I walked. This is a great boot with jeans when you want comfort and style because the heel is just high enough. Very well made.

Wonderful boot - My one and only issue with this boot is that it is still slightly uncomfortable after a 6 hour (or longer) day on my feet. I work retail and don't get to sit so it could use some more comfort inside which I am going to try and take care of by buying inserts for heels (as the ones I have cause sliding). Other than that I adore this boot, it's fashionable enough to wear to work (clothing retail store) and comfy too!

I bought these boots for moderate winter city leisure travel and they were the perfect boot. They looked great with jeans and nice with dressy pants. They handled the cobblestones of Madrid nicely! I wore these boots for 5 days/night straight and they were very comfortable. They did run a bit wide/big for size. Order a 1/2 size smaller than you would usually wear. Enjoy!

Cuter than the picture - I wear these boots a lot. The picture of this boot does not do it justice. It really is extremely well made and I receive lots of compliments on them.

Comfy Boots - This shoe has a comfortable fit and yet light weight. It is a 365 day shoe that could be used everyday anywhere!

These are keepers! I went through many shoes in the style of Softspots Oda, Devon & Oreon, Born Moritz, Aerosoles Honey Spun, SoftWalk Montclaire, Sofft Teagan, etc., to find a similar-looking shoe with enough arch support for my flat feet. None had enough. The instep of the shoe would sag too much with all of them. Got the idea to try a bootie and this is the one! Good looking doesn't sag in instep because it isn't a shoe, I got a narrow 10 and it fits like it was made for me. Comfort!!

Softspots Delfina - Attractive, but really comfortable boot - that doesn't happen often. I did order one size wider than normal because I typically need more room in a boot in the arch, so normally get a 10W ordered this in a 10WW and it was perfect, glided right in, could even still wear a sock. Great to walk in from the first wear. Not a heavy boot either, light to pick up, but still well made. Recommend highly.
