sorry, these shoes did not fit. I returned

I like the style of the this shoes but I had to return it because it felt bigger and heavy.

I was desperately looking for a new dress shoe and the style of this shoe looked perfect. I ordered my usual size 10 but the shoe was too long but way too narrow in the toes area. I couldn't even get my toes in the the toe area. Sadly, I had to return this beautiful shoe. I ended up purchasing a Rockport Cobb Hill shoe from another supplier as Zappos was out of stock in my size.

This shoe was a bit too small and narrow. I usually where a Naot 9, and had to return these. Was also not a fan of the bow accent. Looks cheap.

These shoes were find length-wise but too tight in the toe box (and my feet aren't that wide). Too bad! I have many issues with my feet. I'm guessing anyone who doesn't would find these to be just great.

Most of my Naot shoes are mules or sandals. I think in a closed toe shoe, I would need to go up half a size. These shoes ran rather wide and the only way I could make them comfortable at all was to tighten the strap as far as it would go. Even then the shoes slipped on my very narrow heels. The heel was comfortable even though it's higher than I usually wear and the arch support was good and landed in the right place on my foot. However nothing could get rid of the clunky look of the heel. Since I needed these for dress shoes, I am returning them. It sees almost impossible for me to find a shoe that is somewhat dressy, doesn't slip at the heel and has a heel that is wide enough that I don't think I'll slip and fall but still looks sleek. Thank you Zappos for making it possible to try so many shoes. When you live in a small town, as I do, this is really the only way I can shop.

This is obviously a well-designed shoe, but I ended up returning it. I have a pair of shoes similar to these and they're well made but very old, so I decided to try a new pair. Compared to my old pair, these were very clunky. From the front they looked beautiful, but my husband said they look "clog like" from the back and I agreed with him. I guess they're just not very beautiful on me. Keep in mind I'm small: 5'2", 104 lbs, size 6. They may look better on someone who can carry a larger shoe.

I wanted to like these shoes as I liked the style. Was was hoping for a nice and comfortable, bit more dressy shoe for work. Unfortunately, these shoes are just to narrow in the toe area. I normally wear a 40 and ordered both the 40 and 41 and both were too narrow. Due to the price I was not willing to hope they would "break in". I have another pair of NAOT size 41 that fit perfectly and are very roomy in the toe area so not sure why these are so abnormal. Found a similar pair of Danskos that are very comfy.

These were too narrow for my feet. It was way too tight in the toe area, so I can't seem to walk in them for a long period of time. I was hoping that they would have stretched after multiple uses, but it didn't stretch at all.

Toe box is VERY narrow. I have a narrow foot but the toe box is like a narrow tunnel...all the same width. I wear lots of pointed heels and am used to my toes being squished at the END but this shoe is the same width the entire shoe. Sure wish NAOT would make it a bit wider where the toes meet the foot (the wide part of one's foot). I could tell it would be a very comfortable shoe if it were a little wider in the toes. Unfortunately I have to return them as I'm afraid if I order a WIDE it will be too big all over.

I really need a half size in these.

This is a beautiful shoe and Naot is a great brand. Sadly it was too narrow for my feet. If your feet are a little wider but you usually can wear a regular shoe without needing to order a wide, then this shoe may probably be too narrow for you. I have many Naot flat "mary jane" shoes but these are a softer suede like leather. I have had the same "too narrow" issues with their mate leather mary janes too. Oh well, back they must go :(.

Beautiful shoe. I thought it was very comfortable, except it was too narrow for my [wide] foot. I have a pair of flat Naots (the popular velcro style) that are quite wide even in the regular width, so I thought these would work, too. Alas! If you don't have width issues, though, give this one a try.

I really wanted an attractive, comfortable shoe for work. Although this shoe was in my usual size, it felt big and clunky. I actually had to double check that they were the correct size. I really wanted to like them and debated whether to keep them. In the end, for the cost I need to love the shoes and didn't really like them.

I compared the Naot "Pleasure" with Alegria "Ella," considering them for a professional shoe that I can wear in court and in the office without sacrificing comfort and style. I was surprised by (a) how long this shoe felt (Zappos indicated that the size 39 is the equivalent to a size 8, but that seems inaccurate with this shoe) and (b) how narrow the toebox seems. I also tried on the Alegria "Ella." I'm keeping the Ella. Side by side, the Ella has a cuter cut and has a slightly wider toe box that will not scrunch my toes together. I have the beginnings of bunions and am trying to keep them from getting any worse. The Ella is also priced a lot less, which isn't insignificant.

Very pretty shoes but too tight across the top. I wear a size 11. I ordered a size 43 which is suppose to be a equivalent to size 12. The length is perfect but need to be wider.

These fit true to size, albeit they are for narrower feet. They hugged my feet comfortably, but I found that they were too bulky. They were weighty, but I may not be use to heavier shoes. They were just not for me. I wish they were, because they are cute.

The bow on this shoe is flimsy and the closure is velcro. Not sure if the velcro will hold up in time, but I don't know of velcro that does.

This shoe is narrow. I have a moderately wide foot, not so wide as to have to buy shoes marked "wide" or known for their width, and I never could have walked around in these shoes. The "bow" is not as much to the side as it appears in some of the pictures (although I suppose it could be if you were to pull the Velcro strap very tight), and I agree with another reviewer who said that the leather seems mottled/cheap. I got these in patent gray and they felt like plastic. Major sweat potential. Alas, they're going back.

The end of the toe area actually dug into the top of my foot and made a sort of "foot muffin-top". Not comfortable! Don't buy this if you have a high arch/foot.

Very pretty shoe, but a little too pretty. They would be lovely with a skirt or dress, but were too dressy with pants. Also very tight in the toe. I never have a problem with width but these were uncomfortably snug.

The real disappointment was the appearance. The copper color looked painted on and cheap.Sending these back, I'm afraid.I've listed it as narrower than marked because it's listed as Medium width; however, please note that the Zappos notes do state that the shoe runs narrow.

So narrow! This is a lovely shoe and well made. However, it runs very narrow. I do have a wide foot, but this is very tight compared to normal shoes. Buyer beware. But, if you have narrow feet, you might like it.
