The MOST Comfortable Shoes I Own - You really can't tell how great the fit is, and how comfortable these shoes are until you slip them on your feet. I bought them in every color. Great shoes, great service. Every buying experience should be like ordering from Zappos!

The Best! These are wonderful, dressy, but stable, high heels. I am really impressed by how elegant they look even though they have a chunky heel. They are perfect for me because I can't really wear a narrower high heel. Very comfortable too. There is some arch support. And they are fine on my narrow feet since the strap is adjustable.

Very comfortable and stylish - Very, very comfortable. I thought the shoe might be stiff and the heel uncomfortable, but these are like wearing sneakers with a rubber heel. Great shoes. I wear between a 6 1/2 and 7 Narrow and I ordered a 37 and they fit great. The adjustable velcro strap is great to snug up the shoe for a narrow foot like mine.

Definitely a Pleasure! Shoes are indeed comfortable and I love the color. The style will take some getting used to but they are definitely a pleasure to wear!

For narrow feet (esp. narrow heels) & style-conscious! If the title caught your eye, you no doubt have struggled, too, with finding narrow shoes in this "made-for-medium feet world." This shoe is not only narrow enough for an AA foot (though it is, in fact, a medium width), but it is both comfortable & stylish. The line between comfort shoes that LOOK like comfort shoes and those that actually look stylish is exceedingly thin--and these shoes "walk that line" perfectly! The suede footbed is also a major plus, as these shoes feel equally great with or without stockings (also a difficult combination to find). I wear them with jeans on the weekends and with suits during the work week, and receive compliments every single day. I've ordered black and brown and, most recently, the copper, which is AWESOME.

Comfort and Style - This shoe is extremely comfortable and gives lots of support. I can wear them all. The platform sole give you some height and make the shoe look great with pants. This shoe is great for work if you wear business or business casual attire. I wear it with wide leg or boot cut jeans as well. I wouldn't call this shoe high fashion but it's fashionable enough that you don't feel like you’re out of style. Definitely much more fashionable than the average comfort shoe. I have a narrow foot so the shoe is slightly wide on me (narrows are not available from Naot), but the adjustable (velcro) strap makes it fit securely. Length and width are true to size.

Sexy and fun - I have wide feet and a high instep and these shoes fit like a dream. I usually need custom orthotics, which these do not accommodate, but they were so comfortable and spunky I thought I would give them a shot. I haven't been disappointed. I get compliments whenever I wear them and my feet feel fabulous by the end of the day. I love NAOT shoes!

Naot Pleasure - This is one of the most comfortable and cute work shoes I have ever worn. I am a hairdresser and stand all day. I like to wear pretty shoes that are feminine and functional. I wear a lot of Dansko but these Naots are less chunky and look better with a skirt. I bought black but will also buy brown. Great shoe! I've received many compliments.

Naot Pleasure - A really well-made, comfy shoe. The problem is that it is not a true Copper color and that is what I needed. The color is like a darker brown or bronze with a patina finish. I'm debating as to whether or not I can keep them since I just have purchased two pair of "brown" heels from Zappos just recently! I ordered one size down from a 39 to a 38 and it doesn't run wide, for sure! It would be a very good shoe for work wearing skirts or dresses.

Naot Footwear Pleasure - I got these little beauties in black and I absolutely adore them. I normally wear size 8.5 or 9 US. Due to the reviews, I decided to go with a 39 and they fit really well. The one problem I did have was that they are very narrow in the front and took a bit of time to break in. Now, I could “almost” run a marathon in them. The feature that most sets them apart are the bows. They’re girlish in a completely grown up way. I also really enjoy the fact that the strap is velcro. Easy on, easy off. Comfortable and beautiful. I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. They look great with skirts, pants, and jeans. What more could one ask for?

Very comfortable - I am not in love with the look of this shoe (I could do without the bow; apparently, it is detachable, but it's difficult to get it to slide off the velcro), but Naots are so darned comfortable and my feet are so bad (plantar fasciitis from running, plus a huge aversion to any type of heel) that I bought 'em. They are very comfortable although the uppers need some breaking in as my toes bump up against the top of the shoe a bit, but overall, I'd absolutely recommend them. I had to go down a size by the way.

Best pair of shoes I have bought in 10 years - These shoes feel like a glove on my foot. They are adorable. Even my boyfriend thinks they are adorable! Buy these shoes!

These are the best shoes I have ever owned! BUY THESE SHOES - I AM ORDERING ANOTHER PAIR!!! I am not someone who takes time to write reviews, even when a product is good, but no kidding, I have never owned a pair of shoes that were more comfortable. I wore them all day the first day with no problem. All the women at work stopped to ask about these shoes. I wore them with a suit and they looked great. Another benefit, I wear a size 10 and these shoes make my feet look small(er). I have recommended these to all of my friends.

Best work shoe possible - I recently bought 2 Naot shoes; Pleasure and Sea. They are both undoubtedly THE MOST comfortable shoes I've ever bought. I've tried a ton of brands (Birks, Merrells, etc) that say they are going to be good for my feet, then cause me torture and pain. It took my foot about one day to adjust and since then, it's been heaven to walk comfortably throughout the whole day without thinking about my feet. I happen to be a full figured woman, and I feel 100% supported. I will definitely be purchasing more Naots in the future. I highly recommend!

Great comfort - buy a size larger - This shoe is great. It has a heel, but doesn't feel like one. Naot's have an amazing insert that makes them the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have a few foot issues and this shoe allows me to wear a heel without bothering my feet. The toe box is a bit snug so I bought the extra size and it's perfect.

Due to foot issues, I am used to the wider toe box from my Dansko Mary Janes. I really wanted this shoe to work because it is hard to find a closed back Mary Jane in supportive shoes, but the toe box was too narrow.

The 36 was a little big, but it didn't come in a 35. I didn't like the ornament on the strap and removed it. Its not meant to be removed, so it did a little damage to the strap, but its not visible. Comfortable to walk in and a good heel/platform height for me.

unfortunately they are quite pricey in my opinion but i choose these to finish off my outfit for my one and only child’s wedding. they are simply elegant and surprisingly comfortable. i have no problem with sizing, ordered my regular size and they fit like they were personally handmade/handcrafted just for me.

The shoes are beautiful, but the width is much more narrow than it used to be. I have not gained weight so that is not the issue

I am a nurse & needed a great pair of shoes to get me through the long days. I wear a size 4 which is very difficult to find. These were listed as a size 4 but are too big. The only way I can wear these is because they have the strap across the foot. I agree with other reviews, these shoes did seem narrow but not a problem for me. I wore them around the house for 1/2 a day, looked down & the toes had scuffed. So I ended up having to keep them. Now for a $180.00 shoe, that is disappointing. I did wear them today & my feet did not hurt at the end of the day. I don't know if its a size thing, but I do not feel much arch support & again for a 180.00 shoe, I would have expected a bit more padding/comfort. I have to keep them as this is my only option, but if I had an option, not sure I would purchase again.

These are beautiful, very stylistic shoes. The heels are somewhat narrower than their medium width suggests which was perfect for my narrow heels. However, the toe box is not round enough for my bunions. I wanted these but my toes hurt to walk in them.

I was really excited about this shoe. It is cute and just my style for a nice work shoe. Unfortunately, a little snug in the front and TOO BIG in the heal area. I am a wide 6.5 but can usually get away with a medium 7. If the shoes were 1/2 the price I would probably keep them, but for $180, I'm going to have to send back! Sad.

I was really hopeful for these to fit but they were too tight and small. I should have sized up to a 40. The other problem was how high up on my foot they came, they hurt when I walked in them. I don't want to have to stretch out a shoe before I wear them. I need them to comfortable right out of the box. The footbed was very comfortable and they have very nice arch support.
