Pleasure's a dream!! I couldn't believe how comfortable these shoes were. I returned them only because they're a bit clunky for my taste and I wasn't sure I'd wear them enough to warrant the price. But you would never know this had a 2 inch heel; it was so comfortable that I wished I loved the look. And it DEFINITELY fits a size or half size larger than marked - good for Naot that they have that noted.

Comfy shoe - I was a little hesitant to spend so much money on these shoes, but I prefer buying quality instead of quantity. I have only done some walking in them, but they are fantastic! They haven't blistered. I haven't worn them all day because the weather is still cold, but I have been wearing them around the house. Very cute. Make my foot look dainty. I'll take care of them so they will last for years!!!

Naot pleasure/shoe - Product lives up to every expectation, processing, and delivery were extremely prompt. I love these shoes, and will buy more when my budget permits!

Wicked cool shoes - This shoe NEVER fails to draw compliments; and it is comfortable too! It was the perfect width for me - which is a bit narrower than most medium width shoes.

Naot Footwear Pleasure - Normally I am a 7 1/2. The size 38 fit well. Instant comfort. I love these shoes. Follow the suggested sizing instructions.

Removed the leaves - Because I wear these with pants, I have removed the leaves. They stuck out in an unusual way from the pants leg. I love the shoes. They are comfortable and nice looking.

Fabulous shoes - I was a little hesitant when ordering these shoes. I was afraid they may not be as comfortable as my other Naot shoes. What a wonderful surprise! I suffer from a bad knee and a heel spur and these shoes are so comfortable. There dressy enough for formal events, yet when I take the bow off, I can wear them to work where I'm on my feet all day.

Not as comfy as I expected - After the first wear I took these to the Shoe Doc for stretching. My foot is not typically considered wide. The length was true to size. I thought the insole would be like walking on a pillow, but not really, it is fairly standard cushioning with little to average arch support. For the price, I will go to a brick and mortar store next time to make sure I am getting a comfortable fit.

Unbelievable comfort!! Wow! I am blown away by these shoes. I wear heels all the time for work. My feet always felt like they've been put through the wringer at the end of the day. Not with these! I no longer have to kick them off the second I get home. They are sooo comfortable but still look fabulous.

Comfortable Shoe - Naot does it again! Here is a high-heel shoe that is not only comfortable to wear but quiet on the floor. I have a narrow foot and my feet are happy. Do order a size smaller than you normally wear.

Dressy casual & very comfortable - Nice shoe. Very comfortable and can either go dressy or casual. Good footbed and support. A platform, but not clunky. Really like this shoe.

LOVELY SHOE - I'm so glad Naot has come out with a sleeker line of shoes! Naot has always been one of my favorite brands. They look elegant and are very comfortable. I did not have to order up a size. I'm a size 8 and the 39 fit just right. They are a little bit narrower than previous Naot styles, but after wearing them for one long day, they felt fine. The leather is just a little bit stiff, but is well worth the initial break in period! I've received many compliments; people were surprised to find out this was a "comfort" shoe!

Exceeds expectations! I have never spent so much on a pair of shoes before. They were worth every penny. I spend most of the day on my feet and they remain comfortable all day. I have been struggling with very sore feet on the job- not in these shoes. They look great with dresses and pants. People have stopped me on the street to ask where I got my shoes. I followed the recommendation to order a size smaller. I normally wear an 8 1/2. Actually, shoe that I've purchased with European sizing has been a 39 and these were a 39 although that size was tagged with the 8. I couldn't be happier. If you are considering this shoe I say,"Give it a try!"

Very comfortable - Customer service was outstanding, more mail order companies should be as good as Zappos! The shoe is adorable, normally I wear a size 7, the size 6 fits perfect just as the review states. Thank you. :)

Pleasure dress shoes - These shoes are cute with a dress or with pants. I am unable to place an orthotic in them as the soles are not removable, I will wear them for short periods of time. Cuteness over orthotics...

Great shoes, Love the shoes, get lots of positive feedback from fellow teachers. Comfortable and are easy to match with my fall/winter outfits. A bit narrower in the toe than some of my other Naots.

Like walking on a dream - I am always a big fan of Naots, so when I saw that they'd come out with a sleeker shoe that I could wear as an everyday shoe to go with business casual attire, I was very excited. And, I'm not disappointed! The "Pleasure" shoe is great if you want something a little dressier and less clunky than the usual Naot fare; it is just as comfortable as all of their other offerings. I really appreciated Zappos' warning that this shoe tends to run large; I ordered one size smaller than my usual Naot size and it is perfect. The only thing that I don't love about the shoe is the velcro closure - I find that I have extra velcro on the sides and that doesn't thrill me. However, it truly isn't noticeable (to anyone but me), so I am okay with it. Overall, I would highly recommend this shoe - cute, trendy-looking, and SO comfortable!

Great shoe - Very happy with this shoe. I am on my feet most of an eight-nine hour day. I weigh 120 lbs; I only note this because I hesitated purchasing this shoe based on reviewer's complaints of toe scrunching. I decided to give it a try anyway - it's such a pretty shoe. I had no problem; the shoe was very comfortable. It looks very nice on.

Great fit!!! I have a narrow and long foot and have a very hard time finding shoes that fit properly. These are absolutely wonderful. They fit, are comfortable, and stylish. Thank you Naot! The shoes are worth the price.

Better than expected! I bought these shoes in my regular size even though there was a warning that they run small. I was pleasantly surprised when they fit perfectly and are amazingly comfortable. (My feet are pretty average, I think.) I could wear them all day every day, and they look beautiful with everything from dressy to casual.

I really love these shoes. They look great and are really comfortable. No breaking in time was required. I would buy them in every color if they weren't so pricey. The price is the only issue I have with these shoes.

I love these shoes - I am on my feet all day long and these shoes feel great from first thing in the morning to the end of the day. My foot is on the wide side and I read that I should order a size larger, but I ordered my correct size and they fit perfect. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who wants to have happy feet at the end of the day.

Comfortable and classy - A great shoe with pants and skirts that survives the sidewalks of New York City. I can spend all day on my feet without pain all day. As a 6½, the size 37 was a perfect fit.

Ultimate comfort and style from best online shoe store - This shoe is incredibly comfortable - I ordered these and the Naot Charm thinking I would only keep one pair depending on which was the most comfortable and I could not make a choice they were both so wonderful to wear. I thought these might be uncomfortable over long periods because of the higher heel height, but now that I have worn them I don’t want to wear any of my lower 'comfort shoes'. Good support, never get sore feet. A number of reviewers recommended sizing down and so my first order was one size below my normal size and the shoe was too short - I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly. Because the shoe is narrow I think you should order your actual size. And of course Zappos is the best of the best!

My idea of a Mary Jane! These are adorable, stylish and sassy, compared to the average mary jane shoe! If you’re daring and love extra height while staying practical and comfortable these are the shoes for you. Love the detachable bow!
