This shoe has excellent arch support. I am 5'10 and wear a size 12 shoe. The arch support is of primary importance because without the arch support, my back will hurt. Although size 12 shoes are "out there" if you look hard enough, they often are not made well, and the arch support is nowhere near what my foot and back requires. The shoe has a slimming appearance, which is a plus. When I first opened the box, I said "no way" to myself. The shoe looked way too slim, but it fit quite nicely. I may sound like I am going on and on about the arch support, but I know there are others who need this and appreciate it as much as I do. This shoe is a pleasant surprise, not clunky looking at all. I do not wear heels because of my height, so I wear these to work with slacks. For the record, my shoe size is actually 11 1/2 C...try finding that size. I usually can order a 12 B, and the extra length makes up for the width. I hope this review helps someone who looking for a shoe with great arch support. Thank you.

Love these shoes! They are my fourth pair of arcopedicos, and not my last. They are soft, supportive and comfortable. The only downside at all is that the shoes need a couple of days of stretching across the top where the adjustable pull thing is. Not a bother, but I was aware it was there.

What can I say, I own all colors of this shoe. People are always asking about these shoes. It's very comfortable, and style appropriate. This color is like a taupe/grey, very nice!

The closest thing to walkin' around in one's sox!! This is the second pair of Queens I've purchased in the last 6 months. I have a narrowish heel but the front part of my foot is not so narrow. These fit like a glove--and are just as soft. This brand uses a European sizing--but the 38 is pretty true to my regular 7 1/2 - 8.

I looked at these for quite a while before ordering. This brand had been recommended to me many years ago. They have good arch support (from the sole design as well as the interior) and reasonable lateral support for such soft leather. They do, however, take a little bit of time to mold to your foot. I was aware of a minimal amount of pressure over the big toe. It does give. I would go up a size if you plan to wear them with socks. I'm wearing them with a sheer knee-hi. I wear an 8 (occasionally a 7 1/2 in a couple of brands) and the 38 is just right allowing for give. They are cute in the simplest of ways (less is more) and a perfect choice for slacks/capris/city shorts. I am waiting for the gray/taupe to be available again. I would compare these to a stylized sneaker.

These are the best! I have "challenging" feet. I bought them for a trip to Europe...walked and stood in them all day with great comfort. Got back and ordered two more pairs!

OK, Arcopedico is my new favorite brand! These shoes are so cute and comfortable to wear. I did find them a little small at first, but after wearing them around the house for an hour or so, boom! They felt great! The color is really a taupe but it goes with just about everything!! If you're looking for a cute, comfy shoe, this is the one!

I have narrow feet and find this shoe to be very comfortable with good of arch support.

Very cute shoe and I'm sad I have to return it because it is too wide. I ordered the green and it would be a cute spring color.

These are my favorite shoes. I have them in three colors (so far). I have wide feet, and often find that wide sizes aren't wide enough, so I'm very grateful that these shoes fit so well from the first day I put them on.

Love these! Comfy, fun colors (I have brown for the subtle days) and light weight. Love this brand. Red is next! Please carry more size 10's.

When I opened the box and tried on my first pair of Arcopedico, they felt as if they were my favorite shoes, worn daily, that never seem to make it back to the closet. They felt like my best friends - shoes that I have had on my feet many times. Having brand new shoes that need no break-in time; that have no stiffness or tightness, that feel like they were made just for my feet. How great is that? I have a wide foot, so I ordered a size that was a half-size up, which is what I usually need for European styles. The shoe is so comfortable and enough support to keep my feet happy yet stylin'. I had also purchased another brand and Zappos' swap program got me a replacement pair in two days and a return policy that is the best. Thank you and I will be back - all too soon according to my husband.

I wasn't sure these about these shoes. I was worried they'd look chunky and orthopedic on my feet, but they really don't. They are certainly very casual. I wouldn't wear them with anything dressier than jeans but they don't look chunky on my feet. The leather is soft, but not buttery (although I could see them getting much softer with time). The footbed is shaped, but not overly well padded; that said, they are quite comfortable. As far as the size goes, I'm a pretty reliable US 7.5/UK 38. The 38 fits me just right. I suspect they'd be too tight for someone who's a US size 8.

At last--the Queen in a new texture! I have this shoe in just about all the colors offered--it's the only shoe I can wear comfortably, as I'm a retail salesperson, on my feet all day. The shoe wears like iron and never has to be replaced due to wear. But I am always interested in a new color or texture. Fits true to size--THE BEST!

Well, this is the 3rd pair of Arcopedico New Queen II for me. Why do I like them? They are so soft on your feet and extremely light. The leather stands up to lots of wear and I have big feet with an extra long big toe which isn't a problem. I don't have access to shoe stores that carry my size here so Zappos service is a lifesaver for me to.

Love these shoes, love Zappos. Fit is true to size. Very comfortable. I dont wear them with socks. That may make a difference to some.

Truly a wonderful travel-walking shoe. Walked many hours while touring Athens, Barcelona, and Valencia in total comfort. Will definitely buy another pair.

Super comfortable shoe! Very soft leather, so they fit like a glove. They look a little plain, but I've got them in green so they still add some "spark" to my wardrobe. A little pricey, but still worth it.

The shoes are perfect...walking shoes with a bit of style. This was my first Zappos buy and I am impressed. I ordered the wrong size and Zappos made returning them and reordering very fast and easy. I have little patience with online anything! Directions are usually confusing. Zappos is great. I even wrote down my password--a real sign of return for me.

I received many compliments on the way these shoes look. They are great for work if you are on your feet all day - like wearing slippers.
