These shoes are wonderful.. They are very comfortable. They are also glove soft. From the first time that I slipped my feet into them they have been nothing but total comfort. I wear a size 7 and they fit me perfectly. I hope that they have more colors in the future. Thank you, Zappos.

These are the only shoes I wear, and I wear them everywhere--very comfortable almost like going barefoot.

This shoe seemed small. I felt like Cinderella's step sister trying to put it on. I'm really disappointed that it didn't work out. Cannot rate it.

This is my second pair of Arcopedico New Queen II, so I guess that says something. I love the buttery soft leather and find it very accommodating for my slightly wide feet, avoiding pressure on the bunion as well. These are the shoes to put on when you want to give your feet a rest.

Extremely comfortable, not the most stylish thing around, but quite versatile! This is my second pair of Arcopedico New Queens and I'm tempted to buy the green and make it three! These are cute, lightweight, and flexible shoes, good for wearing without socks in the summer. Although not especially for wide feet, they do a nice job of accommodating wider feet.

Shoes were a gift for my mother -
My mother lives in these shoes. Loves them! Bought a half size larger than her regular size and it was perfect!

No need to break these in.
While I realize this style of shoe isn't the MOST attractive, it goes well with jeans. For me they are super comfortable. I picked up a pair last year in Naples Fl to wear on the tile floor for some cushion. They have become my favorite walking shoe. No rubbing or binding. Now, this black pair I just purchased has a bit of an issue in the heel I am hoping wears down. Otherwise it is comfortable for my wider feet.

Great comfort -
I have troublesome feet that complain about most of the shoes I wear, but my feet are completely happy in this pair of Arcopedicos. I can wear them all day long, several days in a row without sore arches or tired legs.

Trip perfect!
I recently wore these shoes on an active trip through Egypt. They remained comfortable throughout the day and looked as good when I came home as they did the day I left. I intend to get these in other colors.

Ooh - comfy!
I wore this shoe for the first time today and found it quite comfortable. There was room for my orthotics and the leather is very soft. I will probably buy another pair in a different color.

Enthusiastically recommended -
I have NO arch, a high instep (go figure), and bony feet. So, after a few hours of walking, my feet always hurt somewhere, and they're getting worse as I get older. I bought a pair of Queen II's for a 3-week trip in Europe, wore them almost constantly, and put lots of mileage on them. My feet NEVER hurt, and that made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The shoes stood up well, too: they still look good, and the rubber soles hardly show any wear. I wore the shoes in the rain, and they didn't lose their shape; also, the tread has good traction on wet, slippery pavements. One word of warning: because they're so soft, the shoes give no protection against bumps and bruises if you trip over something. I liked the adjustable toggle, but it tends to loosen after a while -- but it's easy to tighten again. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone with "problem" feet.

Comfy shoes -
These shoes are so comfortable and the leather is so soft and lightweight. Unfortunately for me - they were too large and Zappos does not have the smaller size, so I had to return them. I'll keep checking for my size.

Great casual flat -
New Queen II is an exceptionally comfortable casual flat. The leather truly is glove leather and the shoe is finished so well that it is very comfortable to wear without socks. (In fact, I had trouble trying them on with lightweight socks - they bunched up under the ball of my foot.) The shoe is also great looking - my mother is thinking of getting a pair because she likes the look and feel of them. I hope Arcopedico does more with leather shoes. I'd try them in a heartbeat. Thanks Zappos for carrying brands I have never heard of. I have found some amazingly comfortable shoes just by taking a chance on an unknown.

Almost -instant gratification -
I received the pair of shoes I ordered--a replacement of a much-loved and much-worn pair I had ordered some years ago from Zappos--even earlier than the automated notification had indicated. The shade of color is slightly different (lighter) but I am extremely happy with this purchase and will certainly order from Zappos again.

Arcopedico New Queen II -
While this isn't "fashion" shoe, it's fantastically comfortable for walking, standing, or all-day wear. I own this style in four different colors and it's my go-to shoe for traveling. At the end of a day of sightseeing I usually still don't want to take them off! Roomy in the toe area, great support, yet soft.
I find it true to European size -- I'm always a 38 (American size 7)and this is right on target.

For Foot Comfort!
This shoe has super-comfy, soft leather with a roomy toe-box, perfect for those with bunions or other foot problems. I spent an entire day walking around the city in these yesterday - and no tired feet! I hesitated taking them off, so I guess the support is very good! They look cuter on (than in the photo). It has a little elastic twisty thing on top so you can tighten or loosen the fit on your instep.

I so wanted to like these shoes. I loved the styling, a cross between good walking shoes with a fashion forward profile. The leather upper is buttery soft and molds to the foot. The toe box was roomy enough and didn't pinch. Now the downside. The shoe felt loose and sloppy on my foot with the heel slipping with each step. It is one of those shoes that eat your socks with each step. I tried to adjust the snugness with the elastic insert to no avail. I don't think the elastic works at all. Despite how much I tightened it, there was no change in the fit of the shoe. And beware of pulling out that elastic too far because you will never get it to go back in and you are left with a funky loop sticking up. Also, despite the hype, I don't think the arch support was very good. I have way better arch support in my inexpensive Skechers. So, for this price, back they go and I'll continue my search for the perfect walking shoe for Europe this year. Thank you Zappos for making returns so easy.

I wear a size 8 and ordered the shoe in size 38 (7.5 -8). It is too small. I will try the next size. Cute shoe.

These shoes have a bit less support than I expected so they are not good for days when I am on my feet all day, but otherwise they go well with pants and are comfortable. The heel area has virtually no support.

Arcopedico New Queen II - These shoes are nicely made, actually shaped like my feet which is not something to be taken for granted. The construction is good and the leather is soft so these feel good on my feet. They are not, however, as well suited to walking as I had hoped. There is not enough of an arch for me (I need an aggressive arch) nor enough cushioning. My orthotics did not fit in this shoe. I ended up making my own out of craft foam (I've had to resort to this before; it's not elegant but I can put extra padding and arch support in that is better than nothing). I like these shoes, but still can't count on doing a lot of walking in them.

I have bought at least ten pairs of Arcopedico Queen shoes over the years and have been extremely happy with the overall fit and comfort. They are excellent walking shoes but still have some style. My only complaint is that the ones I wear the most wear out eventually above the right big toe. I\'ve never had this problem with the left foot, which is my larger foot. It\'s like there\'s a weakness in the leather upper at that point, and sooner or later the toe creates a hole. If anyone has an answer for why this happens, I\'d be happy to hear it.\r\n\r\nThat said, in the years I\'ve been wearing these shoes, my foot problems have disappeared. No more corns or calluses or tired feet.

This is a smart shoe that is reasonably good looking. Some arch support, but not enough for me. I was surprised (not only with this brand, but with this price point) that there is no shock absorption on the sole. I can't walk for long distances and have my feet NOT hurt. However, for in and out of the car, it’s a great shoe. I wouldn't wear them to the mall or anything that requires a decent walk. The good news is that the supple leather fits like a glove. It'll stretch a bit, too. They feel like a really nice pair of slippers. At first, my big toe was uncomfortable, but the leather stretched nicely without any stress to the appearance of the shoe. After a few days I was fine and added an insert for arch support and some shock absorption. So, if you are looking for a smart shoe for the airport, picking up the kids or other light errands, this is great. If you need decent comfort, look elsewhere. You can do better for the price.

Airless -
I bought this shoe because I thought they were cute and that they looked comfortable. For the price I thought they would be like walking on air, but they are really not that comfortable. They're ok ...I could have sent them back...

Very comfortable shoe. Fits true to size, for me at least. The leather is very soft and light so it is not a very warm shoe (need to wear thick socks if in a cold climate). Seems well made and like they will wear well over time. They feel like your wearing slippers, even after being on feet/walking all day. PS - Zappos customer service is consistently excellent.
