The shoes arrived in good time, and were the correct size and color. I am happy with Zappos.

Excellent shoe! I bought the 7.5 WW, which fit true to size, very comfortable. I was worried that the WW would be too wide, but W's are way too narrow for my bunionated feet. These are so soft, and well made. I loved them from the moment I stepped foot in them!

Thank you Zappos for carrying this extra wide, flat, cute and comfortable shoe. If you have wide feet, this shoe is great. Best of all is the fabulous customer service you get with Zappos. If only Zappos would teach their customer service policies to the rest of the world!

Lots of coverage in the toe area makes this easier to walk in than other ballet-styles. But it also makes it not as pretty for wearing with skirts/shorts.

This is the best shoe. It is comfortable and pretty. It goes with dresses and pants. I can walk all day in it. And it lasts a good long time; I wore my first pair for about 5 years.

I love these shoes. I was worried about all the negative reviews regarding how they dig in to your foot on top; I am glad that I tried them anyway. For some reason, they are not doing that to my feet. They are comfortable, stylish and I hope I will be wearing these for a good long while.

Simple, comfortable, like putting gloves on your feet. Good for travel because they go with many styles, light weight, easy to pack, easy to take off at the airport. And comfortable.

I love these shoes! They are so comfy for a ballet flat style. The narrow is definitely narrow, so if that's what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed! I wear a 9.5N and they fit great, after a day or so of wearing them in. Plus they're cute, and I get a lot of compliments on them.

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable. I wear an 8W and order their widest width. The fit was perfect. Beautiful leather, light weight and very versatile. They actually make feet look narrow. Now I want the navy and campaign colors. Zappos' customer service is the best!

Love this shoe! I have "nurse" feet (bunions after years hiking the halls:) and I like a shoe wide in the ball of the foot. The elastic around top helps keep this flat on my heels while walking at a fast pace. I have had difficulty getting these shoes, I hope Natualizer does not stop manufacturing! And, of course Zappos customer service is second to none!

I was looking for a basic pair of comfortable and casual black flats, and these fit the bill. I've had issues with Naturalizer in the past being too tight in the toe box, but these were comfortable right out of the box. Thinking of buying another color.

If you never seem to find a shoe that is comfortable, you will certainly enjoy the beauty and comfort of the Naturalizer Creston. My mother (who has a hard time finding a fit) was extremely happy with the Creston. Zappos got my shoe to me on Christmas Eve although I was negligent in my time frame of ordering. Thanks, Zappos.

I love these shoes! I bought them to wear with leggings and they complete the look. I have wide feet and the wide width was perfect. I generally wear an 8 but took a 7½ in these. They are comfortable and make my feet look smaller for some reason.

This shoes are lovely! They have cushioning and it is easy to slip on my feet and wear with jeans or slacks.

I love these shoes. I have wide feet and always have trouble finding flat shoes with enough toe room. These are great. I was able to put them on for the first time and wear them all day. Very comfortable and they go well with leggings.

Bought these for my 13 year old daughter who has a very narrow foot and has a hard time finding a shoe that doesn't look "old womanish." These fit the bill. They are both stylish and comfortable. Look nice with skirts and pants. She and I are both pleased.

Cute and comfortable! They aren't quite as "red" as I expected, but they're still adorable. The heel tab digs in a bit if you don't get it situated properly. But in general, these are great!

These shoes are a dream of comfort! Read reviews, and they do run small. Normally wear 7 1/2-8 and ended up with 8 1/2. Others said they had problems with the toe area cutting into their feet, but it was fine for me, but I wear a slim. Maybe different with wider feet. These shoes have a very cushy footbed and felt great to put on after 13 hours on a feet as a flight attendant. They felt like slippers!

This shoe seemed like it would have been a great traveling shoe but it hurt the very top of my foot. Wish it would have worked!
