I purchased these shoes for my 94-year old mother who is in an assisted-living facility. Needless to say she does not do a lot of walking; however, in four month's time the soles have worn out. The fit was good, but the quality leaves something to be desired. I expected more from Naturalizer.

They were way too tight on the top part of my foot where the elastic is located, and the ankle was too big and slipped.

The shoe is great and seems to fit my skinny heal, which is always an issue, but the 9 was too big and the 8.5 too small. Can't wear them.

Disappointed! I was so excited when I bought them because I thought they were going to be cute, comfortable shoes that I could wear to work. Unfortunately, as soon as I tried them on, I knew they were not going to work. They had no support, were way too small, and would have definitely given me blisters had I worn them all day. I will absolutely be returning them.

I hated this shoe! Loved how it looked but it did not fit. I ordered a 7.5 Wide but it was still too tight around my toes. This shoe definitely runs narrow. The section where the seam meets and it's in a sort of V-section is the part that killed my feet. I hoped that it was just temporary and that they would fit better once I broke them in but two months later, after going through many bandages, and cut up feet, I gave up and gave them to my mom since I could not return them after wearing them. Seriously, one of the worst purchases ever!

Cute shoe, but dug into my heels and the tops of my feet! My feet are narrow and the fit was great, so I had high hopes, but the shoes are extremely uncomfortable.

Here's the deal - there were SO MANY great reviews on these shoes that I didn't hesitate to order them. I am going on a 4-day trip and just wanted some cute shoes that were also comfortable, to walk around the city in. Everyone else (for the most part) have rated these shoes so highly that I didn't think I'd have a problem with them at all, aside from the style - they are cute shoes but honestly I prefer a more flat-soled flat, if you will - but those tend to be uncomfortable so I had to compromise. Anyhoo - got the shoes home, put them on - OUCH!!!! The rigid back of the shoes cut into the backs of my heels so much so, that I immediately threw them back in the box. To my understanding, I don't have weird feet and I virtually never have problems with shoes and particularly the heels - I can buy them off the rack no problem, so I am confused why these shoes, which were proclaimed so comfortable, were so UNCOMFORTABLE - unless the pair I got was a lemon? I did get the last pair (at the time) in my size, so maybe there's something to that...Just beware; fortunately Zappos has an amazing return policy. Good luck.

Horribly uncomfortable. I ordered two pairs of Naturalizers in different styles, but the same size. The other pair fit fine, these immediately pinched in the heel and at the edge of the toe box. The shoe is curled and doesn't really flatten out when you put it on. The consequence is that it digs into your feet on both ends. Really a shame because otherwise they're cute. One other thing - I'm usually either a 9.5 or 10 (with the latter being a little roomy on me). I ordered these in a 10 and they feel a full size smaller.

I was very excited to get this shoe. But both shoes dug on the top of my toes and the heels slipped horribly. It is a cute shoe and what I was looking for but the fit made them very uncomfortable to wear.

They are ugly, uncomfortable, not as wide as I expected for WW. The toebox is permanently bent upwards. I put them on and realized I could never walk in them without pain; absolutely going back.

Awful shoe! I would not recommend this shoe to anyone with wide feet. The crisscross pattern at the top of the shoe really cut into the top of my foot. The heel is horrible - it cuts into my feet so much, I can't wear these shoes without socks. Unfortunately, I can't return these because I wore them a couple of times, hoping they would become softer like my other Naturalizer shoes - but they did not.

These shoes are horrible. After trying to break them in for a couple of weeks, the entire front toe area on both shoes was so worn it looked like I had owned the shoes for 2 years of every day wear. The back of the shoe where it makes contact with the Achilles is still horribly painful. I hate these shoes. And they are not cute.

These shoes are not comfortable out of the box. Part of the problem is the toe of the shoe cuts into the top of the foot, and that's unyielding. Then the heel of the shoe is bent inwards-which leads to massive blisters. They've gotten slightly better since I've worked at breaking them in. Honestly, I would have returned them, but I went on vacation with them.

I had bad luck with these -- size felt small and the back was so stiff it gave me horrible blisters! Had to return them.
