My feet are fairly wide, but not like Fred Flintstone - I ordered the extra wide, and it would have been a little narrow for a medium! Front of the shoe is also very flat, so it cuts into the top of your foot if you have any arches. Shoe looks great, nice leather, but super uncomfortable unless you have narrow, flat feet.

I bought this style a couple of years ago at Zappos in chocolate suede and loved them. Unfortunately they stretched too big after a while. I was excited to see this style come back and ordered the brown color but it is a light brown and the back is too low so they won't grab on to your ankle and slide off. Sadly they will go back and I have chosen a different style at Zappos.

I love the style, so I called the customer service rep for advise. From the get go they didn't feel right. Sadly I need the shoes for a function and wore them thinking they would break in and all I got was blisters! I should of purchased a larger size, because now they just sit in my closet.

Not comfortable. Toe box feels too small. The elastic rubbed in the back. A little stiff. No arch support at all.

These shoes were terrible. They are made so that the leather overlaps at the very front of the shoe and it hurts! I thought maybe with thin socks, so I wore them. That was a big mistake. Before half the day was over I was walking around in those socks. Great shoes if it was not for how the front was made.

I purchased these shoes because at the time they were listed as the best selling flat and they looked like they would be very comfortable and fit well due to the elastic but I find them terribly uncomfortable. The length is good but they cut across the top of my feet. I had to look to see if perhaps I had ordered a AA Narrow width but no, I ordered a B Medium width. My feet measure as a 9 A width so these should have fit me well. I was also disappointed that the leather feels very stiff and cheap.

I usually wear a 9.5 slim. I bought these shoes 10 slim based on the other reviews of the shoe. The length was good. But as I walked in them my ankle would turn to the inside. There was no support what so ever. They were more like a slipper than a shoe. I know others wrote that they would shop in these. I guess since my feet are so slim I could feel every bump I walked on. Maybe if you have normal to wide feet they would fit better. It's hard to find shoes for narrow feet.

These shoes are narrow and small. I usually do well with Naturalizer WW shoes but this was not nearly wide enough. My pinky toe was clearly visible through the leather. They also pinched across the top of the foot. If you have a long, narrow, flat foot, these would probably be great shoes.

My foot is in between a wide and a medium. I thought these shoes were super cute and perfect for my job which requires I stand for most of the day. I'm a 7.5 for most of my shoes but these seemed to be longer than others so the toe pointed up and the front part was choking the top of my foot. So sorry I have to return.

These are frumpy. Plain and simple. They look like someone took very unfashionable shoes and thought, "Oh, metallics are cool, let's add that." The result is kind of like an elderly person in a mini skirt. Not flattering. Sneakers would be just as comfortable and look much better.

I've bought Naturalizer shoes before, always with great success. I was expecting to love these shoes. Sorry to say, these shoes get a thumbs down. After a month of wear they still chafe and rub. Plus, the leather on the toes is already worn. I have a medium to narrow foot, and on me these shoes are tight and rub. Maybe they would work for someone with a truly narrow foot. I've been really disappointed with these; I needed a black pair of flats ASAP because I was starting a new job, otherwise, I would have returned them. I'll need to buy a different pair of black flats for fall as these have been a big fail. That said, I just bought another pair of Naturalizer shoes, a pair of sandals, so clearly I'm still a fan of the brand. Hope springs eternal!

I had high hopes for these shoes. I ordered WW Width and I couldn't even get my toes into these shoes. They are very narrow for an advertised WW. Checked to be sure they didn't send the wrong size by mistake.

Naturalizer is usually great, but these were not. My foot width is somewhere between a regular and a wide. I always order a wide in flats (since they tend to pinch) but can fit just fine in regular width sneakers, boots, loafers, etc. So imagine my surprise when I get these in wide and they are way too narrow! I thought maybe they needed to be broken in so I wore them around my apartment for a day. They gave me instant blisters! They're cut very poorly. They were true to length but the toe box was narrow and hard and squished and rubbed my toes. The heel is stiff and rubs the heels. And worst of all, the top of the shoe has such a stiff seam it rubs and digs into the top of your foot. There was no give at all. It didn't hug the foot and move with you. It was like walking around in wooden shoes. Ouch! The only positives I could see were that they did have good arch support for a flat and were kind of cute. (More of a granny cute. Kind of plain and old-fashioned, but cute enough.) They're going back.

The shoe only looked okay out of the box, but I was looking for a (more) stylish yet comfy black flat. I wear a 10W-10.5W and I got these in a 10W. They didn't feel super comfortable, and probably would have felt much better in an 11W but they were sold out. Whomp whomp.

I've had these shoes about a month now and they just aren't getting any better. As other reviewers have stated, they are stiff and tight in the back and every time I wear them, I get blisters. Could not recommend this to others...

I found this shoe disappointing. No arch support whatsoever, and the shoe felt awkward on. Boo!

Not a Favorite and would never purchase again - These shoes are definitely not a 3A, the last is short and also the length is a little short. The elastic on the heel pinches and made a blister even when they are not tight on your foot. They are also not attractive. The comment that says it all was by my seven year old granddaughter referring to them as my "old lady shoes".

Kills your heels - I was so happy to receive these shoes. I have one in black and when I bought the black one, I found this in beige and ordered without even ever trying to wear the black ones. So last week I tried the black ones and they killed my heels sooo bad.

Ouch! I also agree that this shoe looks good and feels good when you first put them on. I wore them to work one day (I teach) and within a few hours the backs of my ankles were bleeding from where it digs in. Be careful. I have not tried them since as it's been over two weeks and my ankles are still healing.

Don't be fooled. Shoe looks great, even feels great when you try it on, but don't be fooled. It's not until you've been wearing the shoe for about an hour that it begins to feel extremely uncomfortable. Other reviews state that you need to give the shoes a try - I'd rather wear my stilettos, than these.

Ouch! I can't wear these shoes, they dig into the back of my heel and no bandaid(s) can protect me from my ankles being rubbed raw.

Wish I could give zero stars. What a waste of money. The shoe runs 1/2 size too big. The shoe is too wide everywhere except where you need the width which is right across the foot under the toe area. Terrible fit!

These are such cute shoes and I would have never imagined they could be so uncomfortable. They pinched my toes so bad that I ended up taking them off and driving barefoot! They are the most painful flat shoes I have ever owned. I can't wear them!

I'm so disappointed! Really needed a comfortable work shoe that wouldn't hurt my bunions. The minute I tried them on they hurt! Sending them back.

I wanted to love these shoes, because I needed a pair of comfortable flats for work. But they dig in to the back of my heel to the point that I have to take them off while I'm sitting at my desk to escape the pain. I thought after I broke them in this would go away, but it didn't, and I waited too long to return them. This is really disappointing, but I guess I should have just returned them.
