Excellent Purchase - First of all I wish to thank Zappos service people for their immediate attention (shipping). The shoes are very comfortable. It is hard for me to get shoes that fit right due to an injury to my right foot which swells off and on. This makes it very difficult as with most shoes I cannot wear the shoe in the afternoon. No problem with these shoes, I can wear them all day (they stretch comfortably even with the swelling!).

Extremely comfortable shoe - This is a very comfortable casual shoe. I have had them a couple of weeks now and I barely know that I'm wearing them.

What awesome shoes! They are simple, well-made, very comfortable, and stylish. I am always on the lookout for "the" perfect pair of black flats and these might be the ones! I disagree that they felt a half size larger...if anything, they were a great fit, if not just a tiny bit small (but not enough to even be considered a half size off) and allow for ample toe space. Do not be daunted by the tab at the heel as it is flexible and did NOT dig into my Achilles tendon (a problem I have with similar shoe styles). I have the "Creston" in black and brown (Tootsie Roll) and am thinking of buying a pair in red and a second pair in black, since I will inevitably wear them out. Bonus: you can never go wrong with Zappos’ fast shipping.

Frequent shopper - These shoes are super, super comfortable and pretty nice looking. I usually wear size 10, but I think a 9 1/2 will fit better. So they run a half size larger than marked and maybe slightly narrower--just slightly.

SO COZY - These shoes are great- they took a couple of days to break in. I especially love that they come in large sizes! Yay!

I'll be the one person who did not find these even remotely comfortable. The back is hard and dug into the back of my ankle. The part around the top of my foot is also hard and dug in as I walked. The shoes are the right length and fit width-wise but just not suited to my foot. I also didn't realize this shoe was as structured as it was. That's not a complaint and it just took me by surprise.

Love These!! I love these shoes! I normally have a difficult time finding shoes that feel good right away but these were great from the minute they arrived! I have spent many hours on my feet and I'm normally someone whose feet get sore easily but after five hours I was still going strong. I highly recommend these!

Nice comfortable shoes - The Naturalizer Creston looks nice on your feet and you can wear them with a casual skirt, slacks, or jeans. The shoes are comfortable. I have narrow feet, so it is hard to find my size (AAA).

Shoe is tight in toes, loose in heel. Look is very casual. I've been looking for a pair of comfortable black flats in a wide width that I can wear to work, since I recently had surgery and I'm on my feet most of the day. These are too casual to wear to work, however. This was my first pair of Naturalizer shoes and I'm very disappointed in the fit. They are too narrow in the toes but the heel is huge.

Good comfy flat. It's hard to find a flat shoe that's dressy enough for work and it's just boring. The more 'European' styling of this shoe made it interesting to me. I have worn if 4 times and am still breaking in the heel. First time out I got blisters, and now it just leaves a red mark on my heel. Otherwise shoe is very comfortable & wearable.

Cute shoe - I originally bought this in an 8N black but changed it for a 7.5N in black. It fits good but the first day of wearing, it stained my feet and toe nails black! Also, my Achilles tendon area was sore from breaking in the shoe, but I suppose after a few wears, there should be no problem. Overall, this is a very comfortable shoe that might just turn out to be my favorite for work once I wear it in!

Too large – The shoes look nice, but they are a full size too big. I’m going to send them back. Very disappointed.

Hip, hip, hooray! I have very wide feet and had almost given up ever finding a pair of black flats that would fit. The Creston actually accommodates my feet well and is very comfortable. I have narrow heels relative to the width of my forefoot so the double wide shoes were a bit loose which I corrected with some heel pads. The shoe is unadorned and plain, but that suits me just fine. I am just satisfied to find a pair of comfortable shoes! Thank goodness for Zappos.

The most comfortable blisters I've ever had - When you put it on, it's like slipping on a pillow. It is soo comfortable. Still, though, after walking a 1/2 mile, I had blisters on both of my heels. The amazing thing is, I hardly noticed. Everything else about the shoe is so comfortable, even the blisters it gives you are comfortable! I'd say to plan for a couple of long walks to break this shoe in if you are buying it — despite the blisters, they will still not be torturous!

Cute Comfort! I am nearing the end of my first day of wearing Cresson - they have been comfortable and look great with my casual skirt. My foot is extremely narrow and these shoes feel a bit wide, but do not slip in the heel. I did end up with a 7S, 1/2 size smaller than my usual. Not much arch support, but my feet don't hurt! Thanks, Zappos!

These shoes are so comfortable, they feel like slippers and they fit perfectly. They are pretty plain and not the most stylish shoes, but they are nice enough for comfort shoes. I would get them in another color if they had my size.

Cute shoes - This is really a nice pair, extremely comfortable, from the first day. It is cute. Looks good with skirts, shorts, jeans, anything. I bought the Camel color, wore it for 3 hours (walked about 20 minutes) and the shoe started to peel off on the inner side of the foot. I immediately called Zappos and they said it could be a defective product, they sent a new pair as quickly as they sent my first order, and asked me to check for any imperfections on my new pair. Honestly, I love the shoe, was what I was looking for, but I am not willing to take the chance with this pair. It might be just the color, since I don't see any reviews with the same problem. I have to say that the people at Zappos are extremely helpful, and responsible, I feel bad, because I have to return the shoes.

Nice casual shoe - These shoes are cute, comfortable shoes. They felt a little bit narrow in the toes, but other than that very comfy. I walked a couple of miles through S.F. without a complaint (well, a slight blister at the end of an 8-hour walking/standing day). They are very versatile and look good with jeans or something dressier.

Nice casual shoe - The shoes are cute and casual, but a little bit narrow for my taste. They are very well made of nice leather and a nice soft lining (my feet did turn a little black at first). These shoes were very comfortable at first, but since they are a little bit narrow in the toe, my feet started feeling squished together at the end of the day. But that might just be my wide foot. Everything else about them was very comfy and I like the versatility of this shoe.

Uncomfortable fit due to tight elastic on the top; love the soft lining but find the shoes painful to wear! Also too wide - does not appear to be a true AAA width.

These shoes are really pretty -- I was impressed with how good they looked and wanted to keep them. But the elastic is really digging in at the top of my foot. Not sure if ordering a half size up would help, but I'm hesitant to try. I'm curious that so few reviewers mentioned this -- maybe my feet are weird?
