The pictures look cute, the shoe is not. These are just plain ugly. The cross-over pattern on the top makes me want to give these to my granny. The Wide size was too narrow and cut across the top of my foot. I returned these immediately.

Not true to size - I ordered a 7.5W and it was like an 8.5W it was longer than usual. I will have to send it back. TOO BIG!

Sometimes good enough is - I bought this shoe in brown and find it comfortable all day at work. I was hoping it would also be a shoe to pack for a trip this fall but it does not quite have enough support for all day walking.

Looks better in pictures - I was very disappointed at how this shoe looks in person. It looks 'old lady' like. Comfort is ok. I was hoping this would be my everyday work shoe but I feel ugly wearing it.

This shoes were a dissapointment. They tore at the seam and where hard to break in. I wear a size 8 in almost envery brand and being that this brand is known for comfort I was shocked to experience such a hard time with them. I will try to get them fixed but not sure if it is even worth it. Maybe I should of returned for a size larger. Short story, not a fan.

I have a wide foot. Some Naturalizer wides fit me and some don't. I ordered a wide in this style and it was way too tight. It cut the top of my foot. There is no way I could wear it. I wish Naturalizer were more consistent with its sizing. Also, the shoe looks more old-lady than in the picture.

It Hurts! This shoe seems to be made funny across the top of the shoe. It is not comfortable. I thought I could wear it for awhile and it would fit alright. I was wrong.

Unattractive & not for wide feet - I am very surprised that most of the reviews said this was a comfortable shoe. I could not disagree more. It strangled my toes, my instep and my heel. I wear a 7 1/2 W normally and it felt like a 6 1/2 narrow. I bought and 2nd WW pair just in case and could barely get them on. Very disappointed. I feel that the shoes' description was misrepresented and that mostly just the good reviews were printed further misrepresenting this shoe. I purchased another 7 1/2 wide shoe from Zappos and my feet swim in it. I am losing confidence in shopping with Zappos.

A comfort shoe that massacred my feet! I had SUCH high hopes for this shoe. The leather is buttery soft and they make my feet look really good - that is until I had to cover them with band-aids!! BOTH my heels have been rubbed completely raw by the back of these shoes. It seems that the elastic that keeps them on makes the back come in a weird way. They were not even snug when I put them on. I guess the best solution would be to order 1/2 size up, but alas I cannot since I have worn them outside. AND **WARNING** if they are still a bit on the snug side - not even tight - send them back for an even bigger size.

I should have listened to the other reviews. They run small! Killed the back of my ankles! But I like the sole and the overall shape of the shoe. I will return and order a 7.5.

urchased these shoes in March, it is now July. They are falling apart at the seams, literally. My pinky toe pops out of the side! For such expensive shoes, you would think they would hold up a little better! I wear them to work (desk job) where I sit all day. These shoes do NOT get a work out! I'm very disappointed.

Instantly comfortable, very high quality shoes. Inner cushioning not mulberry as pictured, but rather a cream color. Great for the office.

While the fit was perfect, I did not like the shade of brown when these arrived. Very, very comfortable, however. Sorry I had to return.

I bought these shoes five years ago to wear on our Disney World trip, as I read that they were a very comfortable shoe. Unfortunately, because of the elastic on the heel, they rubbed sores on my heel within the first day. However, if I would have gotten to break in that heel beforehand, they would have been the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! Five years later, I need to order a new pair as I pretty much have worn them at least 3/4 of those five years. Love these shoes. Just remember to break the heel in for a week or so before you try to wear them 24/7!

These are the best shoes ever if you have foot problems. I have arthritic feet and these are about the only shoes that are really comfortable. I wear a size 4 and I do not understand why that size does not come in all the colors that the larger sizes come in! Black and brown are boring. Come on, Naturalizer!

Wow after reading all of these wonderful reviews I was so looking forward to wearing these shoes. I have a hard to fit foot; wide width, short toes and a narrow heel...and believe me it's not easy to find shoes. I normally purchase an 8.5WW or a 9W. I purchased a 9WW in the Creston and these are still too narrow! It feels as if the bottom of the shoe is still a medium size, with my foot encased in the leather hanging over the bottom of the shoe..makes sense? A really weird sensation. There is absolutely no arch support, so if that is important to you do not buy these. I am a cured plantar fascia patient and I know about arch supports and these have no arch support. I also did not experience a cushy foot bed in any way. All in all, a very disappointing experience for me with my foot issues. On a positive note, the shoe is very well made, with soft leather. Wished it would have worked out..now back to ordering 10 shoes and hopefully finding one I can wear. But with Zappos great return policy, easy peasy. Believe it or not, I did purchase a Croc ballet flat in leopard that fits and feels fantastic...and me an avowed Croc hater. :)

Very comfortable and good looking. Still not quite enough arch support for me without adding orthodics, but can be worn all day without any break-in period. Wish they came in red and navy!

Love these, they are very comfy. I wear them all day running errands and they are still comfy at the end of the day.

Super comfortable shoes! (And I have a foot problem that makes fitting both feet with one pair, particularly difficult.)

I love this shoe. I have a very narrow foot. And this shoe in 10 AAA fits like a glove. I haven't worn them yet, but plan for them to taking me walking a lot of city miles at the Miami Art Fair.

I love the shoe, I did end up ordering it in three different colors. I did have to break them in. I found them at first, to be a little tight across the top of my foot. I receive many compliments on them when I wear them.
