I ordered the Classic Black Uggs in black for my 11 year old and the Red Uggs (toddler size) for my youngest daughter. I am very pleased with how quickly they were shipped and they were in perfect condition. My girls love their Uggs. I will order shoes from Zappos again and again.

I ordered these on December 19, and received them Dec. 21. They are beautiful and comfortable. On the advice of my daughter, I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear, and they fit perfectly. Zappos is a wonderful company.

I bought this boot in grey. I love the color..not too light..not too dark. They will go with everything. I wear a size 8. I have purchased leather UGGS in my normal size and UGG slippers in my normal size. However, I ordered a size 7 in these based on the reviews and they seem to fit just right. I know that the insoles will get beaten down as I wear them which will make them even more comfortable. Very comfy and warm! I\'m marking them that they felt a half size smaller due to I wear an 8 and the 7 is fine.

I ordered these from a different website for my daughter for Christmas never got them ordered from Zappos at the last minute and got them in time for Christmas. The boots are awesome fit and feel great cannot go wrong with Uggs and can't go wrong with Zappos!

I have purchased many pairs of Uggs, in a wide variety of styles, as well as other items through Zappos, both online and over the phone. I have been extremely pleased with the very helpful staff when I had questions and I even had the staff help me find a pair of Ugg boots from another company when they were out of the size I needed. My favorite part is having the items delivered to my door within 24 hours of placing the order. Now that is service!

What can I say, Uggs are Uggs. They can be ordered a size smaller than you usually take. My daughter takes an 11 but asked for a ladies size ten and they fit just fine, and are so warm. What was so amazing about this order was the speed and service that came with ordering from Zappos. I ordered them in the evening before midnight and they were on my door step the next morning... I love my new UGG boots. The size is perfect (one size smaller than my normal size). I like the weight of the boot. I would imagine that if I loved in a snowy area I might want to consider the ultra boot.

Wow! These are great boots! They are warm, comfy, and stylish. Oh and did I mention they are warm? You can wear them with jeans to leggings and with just about anything! The only problem is you don't want to take them off.

Zappos really rocks! I got my order in 3 days, and the products were exactly as advertised. I have happy granddaughters as a result. I would buy form them anytime.

I'm sitting in my UGG Black Boots in Maine in 12 degree weather. My feet are comfy warm as if I had bedroom slippers on my feet. I've even worn them snowmobiling without a problem. They fit perfect and are awesome.

I have 2 pairs of fake Uggs and decided I wanted the real thing. My fakes are very comfortable, or so I thought, until I got the real Uggs. What a difference. These are the most comfortable boot I have ever put on my feet. I wear a 9-1/2 in a regular shoe, mainly because of some botched foot surgery and I ordered a 9 in Uggs. I should have ordered an 8. I have way over 1-1/2" left in the toe of the Uggs and I know they will keep getting bigger. But, I wore them Christmas day and can\'t send them back. I just love them though. My sister wears a 10 and they fit her perfectly. If she decides she wants some, I\'ll give her these and order a smaller size, but for now, I\'ll just wear them a little big. Honestly, these are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn and when my fakes fall apart, I\'ll order another pair of Uggs in the smaller size.

First, I ordered the short Ugg boots for a college age daughter. You might know that I got the wrong style and also color. What a no-hassle company Zappos is! I followed directions and printed my own return label. Dropped it off at UPS. And we had ordered a pair that she wanted but were pressed for time because she was leaving on a ski trip with college friends. In two days, she had the new boots so she can take them with her. The other ones are returned and I am a definitely satisfied mom/customer. I will be ordering from you again. Thank you for a positive experience and a great Christmas.

These Uggs were a Christmas present for our daughter. I could have bought them locally for probably less money; however, I bought them from Zappos because I knew that I would get them delivered the next day and if there was a problem with the size I could get that adjusted fast, too. Zappos is excellent. The service is perfect and if you hate going to stores these days like I do, Zappos is the only place to shop for shoes. By the way, they were the perfect size and our daughter wore them out the door on her way back to college.

Zappos exceeded my expectations. I have never ordered something where they can change the size if it is wrong so easily. It is the best mail order experience I have ever had. It came quickly and my Ugg shoes were and still are my favorite boots. They are so comfortable and warm and cozy. I love them. I would definitely recommend using Zappos to buy these or any products. I received excellent customer service.

The boot was exactly what my granddaughter wanted. I had ordered the wrong size, but when I contacted Zappos the next morning, they intercepted the wrong size and sent me the right ones. Great service, Michelle.

I bought these for my daughter. She typically wears a 7 1/2. I was told by a friend to order a 7 as they stretch out and if I got an 8 they would stretch out and look silly on her. (Her niece ordered an 8 and has a 7 1/2 shoe size.) So I did as she said, since I have no idea about Uggs. Personally I think they're ugly. My daughter put them on Christmas morning and first said her toe hit the end. She was sitting! I felt it and there was room in the toe, not a lot, but after she put both on and walked around the house she said they felt good. She was barefoot. I'm told that's how you're supposed to wear them? But I did make her put socks on and try it that way. She said she didn't feel much difference. So we kept them. She loves them and is happy.

Ordered boots and received very quickly. Received emails regarding order in a timely fashion. My daughter loves the boots. We'd buy from Zappos again!

I just purchased my first pair of Uggs and I love them. They are the warmest pair of boots I own. I got the classic short in brown. They go with everything! I normally take a size 6 1/2 to 7; they do run big so I got a size 5 and they are a perfect fit. They are so comfortable they are like wearing slippers; I don't want to take them off. The Zappos loyalty team are the best; they helped me with the size. They are the most professional efficient company I have ever worked with. I am glad I found them! I didn't have to go to the mall for Christmas this year; it was great!

11w is hard to come by for me and I got these in a 11 and they are so roomy and comfortable I wear them all the time in sweats and jeans. I also bought the bailey button and think they are the best boots around.

When it comes to customer service and reliability, there is no one like Zappos. Oh! And the Uggs are wonderful, warm and very cute on the feet.

I love this Ugg! I got gray and they go with everything, but note my regular size is 8, but in Uggs I got 6 and they fit, so go small when ordering. They run big to size. Oh, always go with Zappos because the customer service is the best. I will be getting black when they get my size in. So you order now; what are you waiting for? They are great!

Always wanted a pair of Uggs and finally got these. They are wonderful. My feet are always cold and they are so snuggly. I normally wear a 5 1/2 shoe, but I bought the size 6 and they are fine.

Expensive, but so worth the price. Warm, cozy and comfortable, and delivered in under 24 hours over Thanksgiving weekend. Highly recommended! (I ordered 1/2 size down and they are perfect).
