The gray short UGG shoes are great! I actually bought this pair for my mother, and she loves them. The color goes with everything, and being that they are UGG shorts, they are the most comfortable and warm shoe in the world. I love them!

Not only are my UGG boots fabulous, even more fantastic is Zappos! I ordered on line in the afternoon, received free overnight shipping and had my boots by noon the next day. What service! I didn't even have to endure the holiday crowds. I love Zappos.

I just received these last night and I love them! I got the chocolate and they are a great looking boot. I always wear a size 9, but I tried the size 8 in these and they're perfect. I'm very happy with my purchase!

This is my 3rd pair of Uggs! I absolutely love them! They are like slippers! So warm and comfortable! Everyone should own a pair!

What can I say about Ugg Classic Short boots except that they are perfect. The fit is just right to wear with a thick winter sock. The lining is wonderfully soft and perfect for keeping feet warm on frigid Minnesota mornings. I will say that there isn\'t any arch support to speak of in these boots, so I would not want to go hiking in them or wear them for long periods of time, but for trekking through snow banks and icy sidewalks, they are great.

I bought these for my granddaughter. She loves them. She says they are very soft & comfortable. I think she will be getting more in the future.

Ugg's classic short black! These are my favorites! I just ordered a pair and I am going to start a collection of different colors; they are so comfortable and warm!

First off, I never used to like the way these boots looked. I thought they were just for teenagers and really ugly. This all changed when I learned they were invented by a surfer for surfers. See, I took up surfing this summer and learned quickly that my feet got really cold after coming out of the water in Northern California. I tried warm socks and other supposedely warm shoes, but nothing worked. Then I heard about Uggs being made by and for surfers. I got a pair (size 8 even though I wear an 8.5 - they fit perfectly). Now, I do not want to take them off. Ever. I do though, but reluctantly. My feet are warm, but never sweaty. Uggs are so comfortable and warm that I can\'t ever remember not liking them.

Uggs sell themselves due to their quality so there\'s not much more I can add. The chestnut color is great though, and like other Uggs, order a size smaller to allow for them to stretch. Great service and delivery, Zappos is the best!

I ordered UGG boots for my daughter. Zappos upgraded my shipping at no extra fee to me and I received them the day after I ordered them. They provide great service. In addition, I had price checked in different stores and Zappos was less expensive. I love Zappos!

I love these boots. They arrived with free shipping, which is super fast. I had them the next day to put on my feet. I have ordered UGG shoes from Zappos in the past I knew exactly what size to get. I ordered the gray. They do attract dirt, so spray them down before wearing and they will last! As always, Zappos is my favorite place to shop for shoes. These are great boots. They are the second pair I've ordered from Zappos. I usually wear a size 8/12. The size 8 was perfect. Zappos is fast and convenient. I have ordered other shoes and have always been pleased!

The Ugg classic short in chocolate is great. I have the chestnut and love those, too. My shoe size is usually a 5.5 or 6, but I wear a size 5 in the Ugg. It is a snug fit that stretches to fit your foot. Very comfortable boot! Zappos is my favorite place to shop. The delivery time and easy return policy is a huge plus. The staff is wonderful and always so helpful! If you decide to order, Zappos is the best!

I've wanted a pair of Uggs for years but never could justify the price. Believe me, they are worth every penny. We have been having a very cold winter in Illinois, but my feet don't know it. They are warm and toasty because of my Uggs. I did as others suggested and ordered a full size down. I wear a 7, yet ordered a 6 and the fit is wonderful. I have a narrow foot yet they are not sloppy even wearing them without socks as Uggs suggests . I ordered the grey, my favorite color, and it is a beautiful soft, rich color, just lovely. As usual, Zappos was lightning fast; ordered Sunday, they came Monday. Fantastic!

My daughter usually wears a size 11 or 12 shoe; the Uggs run a little big. She wears a size 10 in the Uggs. She loves the comfort, warmth and the look. Great boot!

Ordered these boots for my daughter who lives in North Dakota. They were for Christmas, but she opened the box early. She spends many weekends at a hockey rink. She said the boots where perfect and kept her feet toasty. I have always been happy with my orders from Zappos.

My first Uggs. Love them! I ordered the short classic in gray. Very comfy! I normally wear between a 7.5 or 8 and went off previous advice and ordered a 7 and they fit great! I ordered a "Dingo" brand in a similar style (a little more western flair) and the fleece lining and suede is a little cheaper, thinner but still cute. These Uggs were quite a bit more expensive. You really get what you pay for sometimes! I always love Zappos for allowing me to order and return to effortlessly when I need to! Thanks Zappos!

I wear a 9 1/2 and purchased the 9. I probably could have gotten the size 8. The chocolate is more neutral than a warm rich brown. They are so comfortable and keep your feet warm. They are quick to slip on your feet especially when your driving your kids to and fro and running short errands.

This is my second pair of classic short in sand, my first pair was bought in 2006 and it lasted for 3 whole winters; they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever had! This year I decided to get another color and I ordered a black last month, but it had this chemical smell as some others mentioned and they were a little bit tight comparing to the pair I previously had, so I returned it and ordered the sand again and they don't have that chemical smell. So I guess it was the black dye that smells bad. And surprisingly this pair in sand was not that tight; it feels true to size as the one I had before, the pure white fleece feels silky and softer than the black dyed fleece, well, guess I just don't like the dye. Zappos provides the best service ever!

These are my first pair of Ugg boots. I needed something extra warm for those freezing cold hockey games that I have to be at every weekend. These fit the bill perfectly. I love them. As with the other reviews that I read, order a size down. I wear a size 7 and I ordered a size 6. They fit perfectly. Zappos has the best shipping and customer service that I've ever experienced online. These came in two days as does most everything that I've ever ordered from here. The returns are very quick. I can't say enough about them.
