This is the third pair of Uggs I have purchased from Zappos. Zappos cannot be beat for product and service! Delivery is almost immediate, any necessary returns or adjustments are handled promptly and courteously, shipment and returns are free, and their products are the real deal. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have bought Ugg\'s at Zappos.com before so when it came time to buy another pair for my daughter for Christmas, I didn\'t bother to look anywhere else! Zappos always delivers when it comes to fast service. The ease and convenience matters, especially during a busy time like the holidays!

What can you say? The service and policies speak for themselves. Free shipping both ways and you receive your item often times the next day for no charge? A year to return? I've not been able to find cheaper prices anywhere and it wouldn't matter because you'll pay someone else shipping-both ways. If an item I want is carried by Zappos I don't look anywhere else.

It's was for my 9 year old, who loves Ugg shoes! This is her second pair. They are warm and comfortable!

I bought these boots for my 19 year old daughter. She normally wears a 7, but it said to buy one size down. So I bought a 6. They are a little snug, but because they are suede I think they'll stretch with time. I think if they came in half sizes a 6 1/2 would have been better.

Both times that I shopped with Zappos.com it made my daughter very, and I do mean very, happy. She was singing for at least two days, especially when she got her Uggs for Christmas, well an early Christmas. I have yet to buy myself something and I will one day, hopefully soon. I even got a rave review from the U.P.S. man the first delivery. He loves you guys, as do I. Thank you so much for making my baby so very happy and in turn making me happy as well. I appreciate you putting a rush on the order. Thank you and keep up the good work and to the two guys that processed the last order. I forgot your names, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm very pleased with how fast I received the UGG shoes I had ordered. I'm a first time user of Zappos and couldn't be happier. The order was perfect in regards to size, color and pricing. It was compatible. I received an all over good shopping experience.

The boots were a gift for my daughter. She loves them, very comfortable. We were aware of the European sizing so knew which size to order. Zappos delivered them quickly. If more Uggs or any shoes are needed I will order from Zappos.

The Uggs were a Christmas present for my mom and she loved them. I have been wearing them for years and have never been disappointed. I love the hassle free ordering on Zappos; made my shopping much more enjoyable!

The most comfortable boot in the world. I don\'t want to take them off and wear them around the house also. I am a size 7 and they felt a little large at first, but I didn\'t return them and they still feel wonderful. I bought the taller Ugg boot in a 6 and they fit great also.

Love the boots! Perfect fit. Do order a size down from what you wear. Zappos customer service is fantastic and so is their shipping!

The shoes were sent in the time listed. There was not a long wait for the shoes. The shoes are comfortable and one of my favorite pair. If purchased they will keep your feet warm all winter.

I love these! It's been years since I owned a pair and decided to get them for a 2 day trip to Disneyland. I wore them both days right out of the box and it was the best thing I could have done for myself! I bought the grey and they go with everything. I wear them as slippers, too.

I can't wait to get my Uggs! I received them for Christmas, but since the site recommended to order a 1/2 size down, they ended up not fitting. I usually wear a 6 1/2 and the 6 was too small. I am going to get a size 7 now. I would not recommend ordering a 1/2 size down, if you wear 1/2 sizes. Still, I cannot wait to get and wear them!

I am 11 years old and I got my boots for Christmas! I love my boots and all my friends wear Uggs, too! They are also very comfortable! They are so cool. 5 stars!

I was very impressed with the professional manner in which my order was handled. They are truly customer oriented. I placed my order for a pair of Ugg boots at 4:40 in the afternoon and took the free shipping option. A couple of hours later, I received an email stating that I had been upgraded to priority shipping with no charge to me. I received my package the next day before 2:00 pm. I could not believe how quickly they processed everything. The boots were wonderful. I was especially happy with this special handling because I had been out of town for a long time and was not able to start my Christmas shopping until late in December. I am truly a Zappos fan.

Get them now! I just got a pair for my girlfriend for Xmas and she loves them and can't stop talking about them, it's kind of ridiculous actually. She never had a pair of Uggs before and was never really sure of what all the hype was all about, until she put these on and her eyes lit up like the moon. She was absolutely amazed at how comfortable they are and now she doesn't want to take them off, ever! I have to admit I tried them on myself to see what all the fuss was about and I couldn't believe it! So if you're worried about the price, don't be (believe me they are worth every penny). Just get them now! You really won't be disappointed!

This being my first Ugg purchase I had a little trouble finding the right fit. Thanks to Zappos outstanding customer service I was able to try four different sizes until I finally found the right one. I wear a 7.5, a size 6 fits perfectly. Why shop anywhere else, order one day here the next! Zappos is amazing!

This last Christmas I purchased my daughter the Classic Brown Ugg boots and she loved them. They really kept her feet warm and look great with jeans. So this Christmas, I decided to get her another pair in the Chestnut color. She loves them too. Thank you Zappos! Zappos service is outstanding! I received them the next day!

This is a terrifically comfortable boot with great appeal to all age groups. Make sure to apply the UGG waterproofing as directed before wearing outside. If you order the lighter colors, i.e. sand, also get the UGG cleaner to keep your color fresh.

UGG boots are great already, ordering them online from Zappos makes it an even better deal. At holiday time there's already enough to do and ordering what you can online from Zappos with no shipping and handling. There is an unbeatable return policy just can't be beat. The boots are beautiful!
