I live near an Ugg outlet store and headed over about a week before Christmas to get the Uggs my daughters were wishing for. Upon arriving at the store I was met with a line about an hour long of people just waiting to get into the store. It was cold, I was tired, and there was no way to know that once I got in they would have what I needed. I headed for home in a bit of a panic and immediately went online to Zappos who came through for me last year. I ordered two pairs of Ugg boots. Later that evening I received an email stating me order had been shipped and they gave me a free upgrade to next day shipping. I emailed them a big thanks back. They e mailed me right-back-at-cha with a link for free next day shipping anytime just for saying thanks! To top it all off, my boots arrived the next day, less then 24 hours from when I ordered them. Cant say enough about the excellent products, good prices, and over the top customer service!

When these boots were hard to find, we were able to order these boots the week before Christmas and they arrived promptly and were in perfect condition. Thank you, Zappos!

I love these boots. They are so comfortable and my feet have never been warmer. We've been dealing with frequent subzero temperatures and record snowfall this winter and my feet are always dry and warm. I bought the black classic short and they are perfect for tucking my jeans into if it's snowy and slushy or if it's just cold, my jeans easily fit over them. I always wear an 8 and ordered an 8 and they're a perfect fit.

So comfy! I was hesitant at first because of the price, but it's worth it. True to size. No break-in period is required. Style is not the best, but they keep my feet really warm and toasty. I would recommend to spray with water/stain resistant spray to protect the suede before you start wearing them in the rain or snow.

Excellent purchase. I haven't stopped wearing them since I got them. Sizing is perfect I'm a 7 1/2 and a 7 fits great, warm and cozy. I did add an arch support. I wish Ugg had one for those of us who need it. I also bought Ugg slippers for my husband and he is so grateful for the warmth and comfort.

I purchased these boots as a Christmas gift for my 12 year old granddaughter. They were shipped via express delivery even though I had not requested it. That was amazing! And very much appreciated! My granddaughter loves her Uggs. They fit well and she says they're really warm, which is good. She lives in Chicago! These boots are great! Comfy and great looking! Size recommendations were right on so I would suggest following them.

Any time I order from Zappos it is almost as if someone is waiting by the computer, gets my order, and ships it out immediately. Usually the merchandise is received the day after I place my order, with no additional shipping charges. Oh my gosh, these are the best things I have ever put on my feet. So warm and yet do not make your feet sweat. And oh so comfy!

I already own the tan color of these wonderful boots. They have become a staple for me in cold winter months. Uggs were originally recommended to me by my doctor, believe it or not, because I get ridiculously cold on my feet/hands in winter. I wear these without socks and my feet actually get toasty inside the sheepskin lining. Amazing. These boots are perfect for everyday walking around and such; they don't take the place of waterproof snow boots, of course. I wear a size 7.5 shoe, so the "equivalent" size 6 Ugg boot fits me perfectly. (Before I ordered my first pair, I checked on the Uggs site to learn exactly how their sizes work.) I also suggest buying the Uggs cleaner (a liquid soap type of product) and spray protector. They've kept my first pair looking brand new for several years now.

I purchased these Ugg boots for my niece Eleanor along with an Ugg purse for her Christmas present. They arrived quickly and perfectly. Both the purse and boots were even cuter in person. Eleanor is a law student in Buffalo N.Y. and is spreading the word about Zappos, and all their great Ugg products, with free shipping!

We gave the boots to our daughter in Montana as a Christmas present. She writes that she had always wanted a pair and that she was surprised how comfortable and well-fitting they are. She finds them equally comfortable with heavy and light socks, and wears them constantly. She thanked us twice for them via mail, and then called. We could tell how excited and pleased she was with her gift from the tone of her voice. Our rating is based on her responses.

Great boot! Wear a size 8, ordered a size 8 and it is a perfect fit! Couldn\'t be more pleased with boot and Zappos A+ service! Just want to include a tip about Ugg boots. While many say you can wear these boots without socks, I do not advise doing so. I know someone who purchased a very expensive pair of Uggs last year, wore without socks and could not get the odor out of the boots! Had to throw the boots out as they did not have a removable lining and could not remove the odor.

I bought 2 pairs for my sisters for Christmas, as my daughter, my husband, and I love them so much! Warm, comfy, only 1 rule: we wear them in the house only. Keeps our floors clean, and I am a clean-freak! So I will get my daughter an 'out-side' pair soon! My sisters are fans now!

I thought hard about spending this much money, but my friends urged me to purchase these UGGs, and to not go for anything less. I\'m glad I did. I wore them in New York City, where upon our landing, a snowstorm started, and continued throughout our stay. My feet were always warm and dry. We walked everywhere, feet were comfy and not tired from walking. Love them.

The UGG boots were a wonderful Christmas gift for my daughter. We had found the size in the local stores, but relied on Zappos to come thru with the style and color that she had wanted. The boots are fashionable, warm and perfect for the day to day Wisconsin cold weather. The shipment was fast and we got exactly what we had ordered. Zappos is so quick, convenient and reliable.

I love my Ugg boots! As soon as the weather gets cooler practically my hole family lives in Uggs throughout the winter. However, I have been wearing a size 5 for the last 2 pairs I've bought so naturally this year I ordered my chocolate browns in a 5 and they feel a bit tighter then my last two pairs and if compared sole to sole they appear a little skinnier in the width and at least a quarter inch shorter in length. I'm not sure weather or not to exchange for my true size of 6? Has Ugg changed their sizing recently?

Zappos saved the day! My wife had ordered Uggs for my daughter through another website and then it came back that it was an "unsafe site". My wife started asking mothers and they all suggested Zappos. We were very well pleased with the outcome of getting the Ugg boots my daughter wanted for Christmas and with plenty of time before Christmas. Most definitely will do Zappos again.

You may think that Uggs are not the most greatest shoe in the world, but you are wrong. The short classic Uggs are my favorite because they are just the right size in height, they are extremely comfortable, and I love all the colors you get to choose from. My advice to you is to get the Uggs you want fast before they all get sold out because of how popular they are!

Great boots. I gave them as a gift and have been told that they keep your feet very warm and dry. Walked around in slushy and cold temps was never cold or wet.
