These are extremely comfortable and warm. Wear them without socks so you can feel how soft they are.

Although they aren't the prettiest shoe, this is my second pair. I am a 9.5 but got an 8 and they fit perfectly.

Zappos is excellent. They always seem to have what I need in stock when other stores don't and they ship extremely fast. They also offer free shipping both ways which most stores don't. I continue to shop here time after time because they are excellent!

Love this boot! Only bad thing is that at first they are a little more slippery than my Emu boots. Not as good of traction. Zappos.com is a great site to shop from. Ordering was easy and shipping was great. I would def. recommend this boot and Zappos to a friend.

These are my first UGGs and I'm so glad I tried them! They keep my feet warm and cozy these cold winter days and they are comfy to wear. I did need to get used to the flat sole, but this didn't take long! One more thing, Zappos' customer service can't be beat!

My experience with Zappos.com is super excellent. I received my order earlier than expected. And the procedure is super easy. This Ugg boots are comfy and used as casual and semi dressy. depends on the occasion. Love it.

I love my UGGs! Before I bought a pair, I wondered why people would wear such ugly boots! They are comfortable and warm. I go to work feeling like I am in my slippers. Zappos makes it oh so easy to order and try. Happily I did not need to return.

Definitely order a size down as the shoes are cut big. I followed others' advice and did that. The boots are warm and comfy. I bought the waterproofing solution to be able to wear them in snow but I wouldn't risk walking in deep slushy snow with them.

I love these boots. I already have a couple of pairs of Uggs, but I really like this color. I find that they kind of go with everything. Be sure to get a size smaller than you'd normally wear because they do stretch, and make sure you treat them with some sort of spray before exposing them to any sort of water, or they'll be ruined.

Great boots. Very comfortable. Feels like you are wearing slippers. My kids are crazy about theirs too.

I ordered my normal size, and they fit perfectly in the foot - the upper calf was little tight, which was unusual. I have always ordered my normal size in Uggs, and they fit - no problem - but this time, they were tight. I figure they will loosen up as I wear them. As usual, Zappos has outdone themselves. I ordered only a day or two ago and I received them today! I can always count on them to get them to me fast, and for the shoes to be FABULOUS!

My granddaughter loves the boots. Even though these boots look big they are true to size. I made the mistake of ordering a size smaller and had to exchange for the right size. Zappos customer service is the best - they had the new boots to me in two days.

I bought these for my daughter's 13th birthday. They came very quickly, fit perfect and are holding up great.
