The Uggs were a gift for my niece. She got them very quickly and they were perfect! It helped to have the review about the boots being a size larger. I ordered her a smaller size and they fit. Love the service and quality!

I bought these as a Christmas present for my wife the week before. They arrived in two days rather than 4-5. The boot is like no other. She always complains of her feet hurting with any other shoe, but not these. They're stylish and uber comfortable...a big hit and worth every penny. The only thing to really consider outside of style is the size. I ordered one size smaller than her usual size, as instructed, and they fit her perfect.

All I can say is wow! I ordered these boots at 5:00 on a Tuesday night and they were on my doorstep by 3:00 the next day. That is amazing! Thank you Zappos.

Love these boots! I'm always a size 6. So I ordered the Ugg classic size 6. Huge! I looked so dumb. I'm short and looked like a duck when I tried on the 6. Too much toe room. So I ordered the 5 and they fit perfectly! And on extremely cold days, I'll even wear socks with them. It keeps my feet/ankles even warmer. With the socks, they're still perfectly snug. And returned the size 6, no prob.

These boots are super! They are warm and wear great. I thought they were expensive, but they are worth every penny. Great investment! Thinking about getting another pair in a different color! If you are deciding if you should buy a look-alike rather than investing in the Uggs, get the real deal. You will be glad you did!

This is a warm and comfortable boot. I suggest purchasing the care kit with them to keep them clean and the fleece lining fluffed. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered this pair of boots as a Christmas present for my sister. She absolutely LOVED them. They do run about a size larger. She usually uses a size 8 and I ordered her a size 7. Fit perfectly! I also ordered a size 8 just as a back up, but I ended up returning the size 8 since the 7 fit just fine. There was a SMOOTH return, and I was credited back on my card.
