I live in them (summer/winter) with no socks. They keep your feet at body temp.

I seldom use the internet for shopping because of a slow dial-up connection. The service from Zappos was excellent. I ordered these boots on 12/23 at 1:00pm. They arrived 12/24 at 2:00pm in Montana. Boots are absolutely wonderful. Warm, soft, comfortable with good footing on slick ground. Thanks.

I'm loving this cute little boot -- how can you not? It's super comfortable and "just right." I found the shaft to be a tight fit when I first got them, but it has loosened up since (I do have a wide calf). This is my first pair of Ugg boots and I'm sure not my last!

I bought these for my sister for Christmas and she said they are like heaven on her feet!

I'm years late to the party, but these are deliciously warm and comfortable boots. I have very wide feet, so for once I did not have to worry about shoe width. Definitely waterproof them before wearing, and don't wear them in wet snow/ slush/ rain. The shearling inside is not as plush as on EMUs, but still very warm for those days when it's so cold you can't feel your toes.

Loooove my Classic Shorts - just as comfy as my Talls, but I think I have a bigger soft spot for the Short Classic. They can easily be worn with my boyfriend fit jeans without that nasty bulge that some boots have underneath jeans - if you decide not to tuck them in your boots.

I was hesitant to purchase these because I have feet problems. I was able to put a shoe lift in them due to the fact that they have no arch support. I went to the Patriots game and it was cold out. I loved these boots. They kept my feet so warm. Gave me no problems walking in them or standing during the game. I'm glad I bought them. I bought the black. I wear a 7 to an 8. Depends on style. I got a size 7 they fit just right. The 8 was too big. I wish they came in 1/2 size. Now I know why everyone is wearing these. I got my husband the lace man's boots from Ugg. He thought at first I was crazy because they were not red wings. He wore them to the game and bought another pair for work.

What a great place to order items. I was panicking before Xmas because I couldn't find what I was looking for. I tried the internet and found the site for Zappos.com. Within just a couple of days I had my item and everyone was happy. I would definitely order from here again. Very pleased customer.

The Ugg boot was as expected, but following the instructions about going down one size since the boots run large gave a too tight boot. We ordered a size 9, my wife's shoe is a size 10. We are returning for the same boot except in a size 10.

I was hesitant to purchase a pair of Uggs, since my teenage daughter wears them regularly. They are so much more than "the trend" - comfortable, warm and great to wear around the house or out and about. The gray color was nice change from the popular chestnut color I see so often. A great boot for everyone! I even bought my 87 year old mother a pair and she loves them!

I love these boots.I've tried other name brand boots but I always go back to Uggs.I ordered the wrong size but Zappos sent me out another pair super fast Thanx to their excellent customer service.

Purchased as a gift for daughter. She selected style and color. Since we had already purchased these boots in another color, I felt confident fit would be fine.

I ordered the Raspberry Rose one. Super cute and love the color! Even better when it's not a color everyone has. I tried 3 other websites who said that color was in stock and then would get an email saying they weren't in stock after I ordered. Zappos A+ on their accurate in stock #s! I only went a half size down, a little extra room but not too much where my foot slides around. Fits the same as the triple Bailey. Super soft on the inside. I wish the tags weren't so hard, sometimes they rub a little I might have to cut them. I always have cold feet in the winter but never with my Ugg boots even in -20 degree weather. Definitely worth the money! It's okay to walk through the snow in them, but I wouldn't try them in the slushy stuff. I sprayed the repellent on them right away just to be safe. Not the best boots to walk on ice with but I haven't slipped yet. Shipping time was average (ordered on a Friday came the following Thursday).

I just received my first pair of Uggs and I am totally impressed. Very comfortable. I've worn them with or without socks. I had foot surgery 4 weeks ago and unable to wear shoes because my feet isn't healed just yet. A coworker recommended Uggs. They are extremely comfortable and worth every penny. Thanks Zappos. I bought these Uggs for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She had asked for them specifically. The price was competitive, but what was great was the free shipping! They fit her perfectly and she loves them, so we did not have to return them, but knowing that if we did it would also have been free shipping made it easier to shop on line. They came in perfect condition and like I said, my daughter loves them!

The items shipped fast and plenty of time before Christmas. Brand new in box just as advertised. She loved them and I'm happy Zappos was able to accommodate.
